I’ve been with StateFarm since 2001in New Orleans, La. I move to Houston, Tx and found an agent closer to my house, this is the most helpful and professional one since my hometown. I enjoy the staff at this location and they work as a team.They all took great care of me though my whole process, with my financial situation.Great Team!

Speaking as an Auto Insurance Adjuster, I highly recommend you find a better/different agency.I had a policy with State Farm for at least 10 years. I started with another agent, Chad, who was great. He retired and I was sold over to Patricks office.I tried for a couple months last year when getting married to update information on my policy and add my wife and would call and be told that I would get a call back and never did. When I called them they told me it was documented in their system that they had returned my call and left a voicemail. Again, I handle claims so I am very affluent on the ramifications of issues with your policy so I am always on top of it. I even emailed Patrick directly with no reply.Now a year later, after my wife has been on the policy, my whole policy has been dropped allegedly due to my wifes conviction from 4 years ago. I have had no accidents anytime in the last 7 years. Thats fine and all but I never received a notice of non-renewal. Thats a big deal. Of course they claim they mailed it to me. They also claimed they returned my calls.I highly recommend you find someone else.

Best customer service and they treat you like family. I started my with my auto insurance and now I have many policy in Patrick office. I know my family and I are well protected in a worst case scenario. I referred my father that had insurance with Farmer insurance for more than 15 years and my mother had all state insurance more then 20 years. my parent said they will never ever change their insurance they will just get a quote and now both of them change their insurance.They not only saved money but, got much more coverage with state farm and are so grateful and happy with the customer service. I recommended anyone Patrick Thach State farm.

They keep charging me for renters insurance after calling and emailing them multiple times!Customer service was great up until then.

Worst customer service ever! Very unprofessional and childish behavior! My personal car policy got randomly assigned to this agent and my business policy got assigned to another agent! I went in to have them change my agent and have the business policy agent handle both the policies! The agent Patrick got really mad and started undermining the agent I chose to go with. I would not even give him one star if it let me! Seriously needs to improve on his customer service!

Was here for a quote since I got my first car. Prices were very high, but a beautiful Hispanic girl (The Manager) helped me get a great price for full coverage insurance! I loved this office, very clean and very nice personale. Thank you for the service and my free coffee and coke 😊

Ive requested two very important call backs that never happened.The first one was to discuss a possible car refinance which should have happened a month ago but never did. The second was to review my complete policy. I was told I will call you back tomorrow (2 weeks ago) never heard a thing. As a your valued client its best to follow up and provide me the services that I PAY FOR. I will be getting a new agent as soon as possible.

Hassly was absolutelty AMAZING! She was such a huge help! She was very professional and patient when helping me refinancing vehicle loan, geting a credit card and transferring blance. She gave me the best rate I could ever find on my auto insurance (and believe me I have been searching everywhere!) If you are looking for any type of insurance, Hassly is the woman to go to! This place stole my money! I cancelled an auto and renter policy a MONTH before renewal...these people never even processed the request until after the policy renewed and the money was drawn out of my bank. The request still has not been processed as I call customer service and they said the policy is still active. Upon calling Patrick Thatch back, they just keep saying I will call you back and I get nothing. They will be hearing from my lawyer!

They came to visit my house to fill up the form but, They gave some fake information about my house to SF so he could get the deal as I thought it was cheaper than other insurances. Later on, SF cancelled my policy when they realized what have been done. They should be fired !
