I had a high pressure job happening on my house with roofers using a torch. Obviously, scary. I needed to verify that said roofers had insurance coverage that was in force and covered the torching work. I called Steve Weston of this agency and although my call went to his voice mail which said you cant leave a message because the mailbox is full (a pet peeve), an email to Steve got me a prompt call back from him. He was nice, took the needed time with me, answered all my questions, knew what he was talking about, and provided me with a prompt certificate showing that the needed insurance coverage was in force. I really appreciated that he was taking care of business enough to get me what I needed, especially since he wasnt making any money off of me. Ill deduct 1 point for the full mailbox and give him a 99% approval rating - A+ excellent. And....thanks Steve.
