Good luck getting your account rep to ever call you back. Each time I try to speak to my rep it takes 2 weeks and I typically have to escalate it above them. While my company has had issues with this over the past year..... Ive only called twice and this has been my experience each time. They also never update the account information and continue to email EE no longer with the company on top of that.

I worked closely with Ricario Ramirez- He was fantastic. I had 2 car & 1 Home policy that were too $$$. He really worked hard and was tenacious in saving me over $2700/yr and spent the time with me to make me feel comfortable the coverages were the same. Claudio was very good to deal with. Unlike many brokers I have used in the past Claudio was very careful to understand my insurance needs, which are relatively complex.Claudio was also careful to make sure that the information sent to underwriters was accurate. We have used Dean and Draper for our companys group health insurance for the past 5 years. They also provide our employee life insurance, dental, and vision. Every year they shop for the best price and coverage. We have switched carriers a couple times and theyve always been very helpful, guiding us through the process and hosting meetings with our employees to explain the coverage. We trust Dean and Draper, we highly recommend them, and well continue using them for all our companys insurance.

This company got involved with another insurance company called Alpha Omega Insurance. I guess Deana in Draper picked up or bought this insurance company which was horrendous. I gave Dena Draper a chance to fix my issues but they fumbled the ball. I guess they pick up the bad habits from Alpha Omega Insurance and carried it forward into this company. They over charged me, overrated the value of my properties, refused to reevaluate my properties, refused to refund me the money they overcharge me and then on top of it sent me to collections. I gave them a chance to fix it and they failed. I would avoid them like the plague. I have since moved on to a reputable insurance company who evaluated my properties fairly. I am contacting my attorney to see what can be done at this point.

Was looking to switch my companys insurance policies over to them. Asked if I could send them details of my current cover and then let them provide a quotation for the various insurance premiums, but the guy told me I should send them my current policies with my current costs and premiums and then they will look to quote me. I asked if they could just quote me their options, without me having to disclose what I currently pay, and the guy seemed rather disinterested. Rather slack and poor business attitude.
