I can’t say anything but GREAT things about this place. Everyone was extremely nice!! The washer and dryer I bought were in excellent condition and very affordable. We also had same day delivery and even the delivery guy was extremely nice. I will definitely be returning when I need any new appliances!! Thank you for everything!!

Great experience and good price. They took the time to message with new inventory that fit the specifics I was looking for and when one fit the bill - extra effort was made to address a concern I had about it. I really wished there was something like zero start because that is what Justified APPLIANCE deserves. I can’t wait to write more about this company on African magazines.I got a call from my wife saying the electric stove was bad. Unfortunately I was driving by justified appliance.I stopped by justified Appliance and got a used stove for $300. When I got home I realized that the reason the electric stove was fine and the breaker was off and that was why my stove was not working. I called justified Appliance and explained it to the lady that answered the phone and she said they have a no return policy. Mine you this is 15 minutes after I bought the electric stove.When I called back and to speak to the supervisor I was told they can buy the stove back from me for $50.I can’t wait to write to my black community and African magazine Cautioning members to stay away from this company. Stay-tuned because I have article coming out based on this company. Terrible; just terrible

I dont understand some of the negative reviews at all. My experience at justified was beyond amazing.I called in and asked what stainless steel gas stoves they had. I specifically told Oliver I wanted the most responsibly priced one stove and quickly. Oliver text me pictures of a stove that we decided was too big for the space in my kitchen. He quickly sent another stove that would work. I agreed to come down and take a look.I saw it, it looked great. There is obviously a few scratches and dents but nothing especially heinous or visible in the front (where it would matter).I paid for the stove and the delivery. I told Oliver and a lady (I did not catch her name but she has amazing blue eyes and pretty curly hair) if there was any way they could deliver tonight...and THEY DID!!The delivery guys were too busy so Oliver delivered my stove and set it up. Showed me everything was functioning and even moved my old stove to the garage!!!This business went above and beyond for me. If youre looking for a accommodating and reasonably priced scratch and dent appliance shop I literally would not go anywhere else. Dont even waste your time with another shop, just come here.

Warranty fraud! Buyer be ware that the company will refuse to honor their warranty unless you have the original copy of the sales receipt. My 82 year old, blind mother who is on a fixed income bought a washer from them over the phone and was NOT told that the warranty would only be valid if she had the original HAND WRITTEN receipt. She misplaced it and now six months later they will not repair the washer. Talk about a lack of honor and respect for their customers. They claim that since they operate off of hand written receipts, they cannot do their own due diligence to go back and find the purchase for themselves. We have the credit card transaction from the bank but they will not accept it. And the manager is terrible at customer service. I have asked that the owner, Mitch, contact me. Maybe he will respect his commitment and be willing to do the right thing......I will update this accordingly.

I walked in not knowing what parts I needed because I didnt know the name of the part,, but after but the 3 individuals that greeted me asked me a few questions and 5 minutes later I had the replacement parts I needed.In addition, while waiting I noticed that they have a lot of new and barely used appliances at very reasonable prices. So, if you are looking for appliances, please look them up.

BAD SERVICE!!!!We bought a washing machine a year ago and it began to give us problems when washing, my husband brought the washing machine to be repaired 4 days later he returned to ask for it and they told him that if it was ready, to our surprise the washing machine returned as we brought it, I tried to talk to the owner or manager and it was never possible, they simply told me to bring it back to see what the problem was, as if it were a simple bicycle that I can get on and off from a second floor of my house and put it on the car, I dont think its fair for me to pay for their transportation just because the staff didnt feel like fixing it and telling us that it was repaired, they completely refused to help me with the transportation and I live two lights away from this business

8/10/21 UpdateReceived a notice back from the Better Business Bureau regarding the complaint I filed with them stating that they had closed the case. when i inquired as to why they stated The letter that was sent list a few reasons why we would be unable to pursue the complaint, in this case, the business fails to respond to BBB complaints that’s are sent to them. In other words, they just ignore any complaints files wit the BBB. Clearly they have no intention of improving their business or their ethics.for those who post that they dont understand the negative reviews, notice that almost all positive reviews are from the initial sale. Sure they want to take your money so they are great on the front end....my experience was also initially positive, in fact I still have a washer/dryer that I bought from them 15 years ago and it is working fine, BUT I never had to use the warranty....Just wait until you have a problem and see how you are treated!7/21/21 Update:Filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division today. The vagueness and lack of written warranty policies is suspect to say the least. If you want to tout your 3 year warranty policy put it in writing on your website and keep electronic records of your sales.See the attached image of the warranty information that IS written at the bottom of the receipt. Not only does it NOT say that the warranty will only be honored with a copy of the receipt, as the manager I spoke to claimed it does, but it also states that they charge a $64.95 trip charge to warranty the item in the home! Sure they will service it for free, but who takes their major appliances in to the shop to be serviced???? Ridiculous!I have also included a screenshot of their listing on the Better Business Bureau website. Of the five complaints listed in the past 3 years, 4 of them were for warranty issues.Finally, note the tone of the owners response to my previous review. Ask yourself if you really want to deal with a company that would respond is such a sarcastic manner to an issue involving an 82 year old blind lady! Or, would you be better off paying a little more for a new machine and a real service plan from a big box store.

Bought a refrigerator in July 2020 started having problems with it in November 2020. Since then they have been here 4 or 5 times trying to fix it, or to just look at it. They have replaced the same part twice after me telling them that wasn’t the problem. They always have an excuse when it comes to repairing it. Ordering parts, talking to the repair tech or telling me they can’t come because it’s not malfunctioning at the moment. I have lost everything in my refrigerator and freezer multiple times because it just stops cooling. On top of that, it beeps constantly and there is no way to stop it. I will never buy another appliance from them again and I will never recommend them to anyone else again.

Spoke with Crystal on the phone. She started off rude but then adjusted her attitude. Many concern is that they do not honor what their sales people or technicians say at the point of purchase or at the time of service. You can be told one thing and they will say something else, or that you were misinformed. They claim to have all new staff, because the previous staff were liars and scammers. But we as customers are punished because of who they chose to hireVery dissapointed with the company.

I feel completely robbed, we purchased a washer machine and it stopped working less than 9 months of having it. They offer a 3 year warranty but have yet to repair or replace our washer. Horrible customer service! I spent $900 on appliance and washer broke. I spoke with rep to have washer picked up and was required to pay a trip charge of $70. Paid the fee. I was advised that I should expect the repair to be completed 2-3 business days. A week went by and no updates from the company. Called to determine the issue as was advised that it will be complete within 2-3 business days. That was a lie. Technician was out ill and never received an update regarding repair. Called back and was advise that there were no certainty on when the washer will be repaired. At this moment I requested refund on trip charge and manager would follow up. After a few days, refund was finally given. Its now 3 weeks in and no new updates regarding the repair. Upon call rep advise that there were 5 other repairs ahead of me and there should be an update on Monday or Tuesday. I asked the rep was it possible to pick up once completed and she then advised that repair will not be made until trip charge was paid. While speaking with rep I requested to speak to manager and was advised that I was on her bad side and she would not be able to offer me any assistance. WOW! So confused at this point as Ive been given the run around regarding my repair. I do not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from the company based on the horrible customer services and company not taking any responsibility in lack of service rendered. DO NOT SHOP HERE! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

DONT BUY ANYTHING from this business. I bought a washer, $400. We brought it back 6 weeks after purchase. The tech couldnt find anything wrong, even though we told him and wrote it down. He did find a leaky hose which didnt leak before. We brought it back home and it still does the same thing AND IT NOW LEAKS.😡 We just wasted $400. It was definitely an expensive learning experience.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a dryer from Justified three weeks ago on 7/14/20. The dryer stop working on 8/10/20. They offer a 3 year warranty that states EXCHANGE OR REPAIR. I told the manager I wanted to do an exchange, she then said I could only exchange if they could not fix the dryer. I pointed out that your warranty states exchange or repair, at this point she became irradiated and being screaming at me. I asked for the owner, she said shes the manager and if I dont want to deal with her then too bad. The situation escalated to the point to where I tried to call the police to come over. After I left, I checked on the BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, and much to my unsuprise, I found that this company have 8 pending unresolved complaints with the BBB right now. 4 of those complaints are, you guessed it warranty issues. I will never ever do business with this company again, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!! If you want to check these claims out for yourself, just go to the BBB site and type there name in,youll see it all for yourself.

Went to look at a washer and dryer set. Mitch gave me a really great cash deal with a 3 yr warranty AND took my old washer as a trade in. Place had a weird smell to it but hey, thats neither here nor there. They were very nice and accommodating. I will come back and change to a 5 star if my appliances hold out for a while.

This business is surviving by ripping people off, complete scammers trying to fleece unsuspecting or not knowledgeable customers. Trying to charge 7 to 8 times the retail price for a part. I left they got no sale, just this review about the underhanded way they try to conduct business. I would advise you to not do any sort of business with these people unless your into being treated like a moron. Very dishonest, no integrity.

We just had a very pleasant and successful experience shopping at Justified Appliance for a second refrigerator for our garage. Lorenzo could not have been more accommodating. He showed us several appliances that would work for our space and meet our need. He also gave us his opinion as to the one he felt was the best choice. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We have made several purchases at this location over the past 15 years. They have always honored their warranty if needed. Justified will continue to be our go-to place for major appliances.

Bought a used Gas Dryer from them. When we installed the Dryer and it worked great, except it will not turn off.... Bad timer. The technician Kurt came out and replaced the timer very quickly and was very respectful and friendly. The dryer works great now...!The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars, is that it took a lot of calls and over a month to get it fixed...

Horrible customer service! Stay away. Brought a dryer in for repair and was told, after diagnosis, that it would be fixed next day. They called and said it was the wrong part and would take 5 to 7 day to get it. When I spoke with the owner about it he began to berate me and ask what I was unhappy about. At that point I wasnt, just wanted more info but his attitude was very rude and he then he told me he wouldnt fix it.This was the owner acting like a disgruntled employee. He certainly doesnt care about his own business so why would he care about your property. Also to repair was a $35 part with $215 labor, RIP OFF.

Words cannot express the unprofessionalism this “company” possesses. I bought a fridge that I had to have a technician out to repair FIVE times! Every time I call to schedule a service call I get a very rude Spanish speaking woman who seems to have no idea what she’s doing let alone unable to communicate effectively in English. Needless to say, this is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend anyone looking for appliances to look elsewhere. You’ll only experience headache and frustration.this establishment must be run by uneducated, halfwit, high school drop outs.

I bought a washer, dryer, and refrigerator. The dryer belt broke within a few weeks. They did come out and replace it, and did not charge the $85 trip fee. They give you a 3 year warranty. but charge a trip of $85 unless you bring the appliance in. I also had a leak coming from my fridge, they also fixed that without a trip fee. They let me know since it had been 90 days or less they did not charge trip fee, but would from this point on. Its too early to tell but Im concerned I will keep having issues with my appliances. I would not recommend them. There are many other used and overstocked appliance companies. I wish I read the reviews before buying.

This place does not live up to their word. If I can give them negative stars I would. They suck. We bought a fridge and it has a shortage. When you open and close the door the fridge shuts down. This problem happens randomly. I told them they sent someone out and that tech said that they will replace it. Then they never came and called us liars and told us to call them when the fridge is not working. So we did, that same day. But the fridge turned on but I recorded it and showed the tech, he said that he would show them the recording and that we do need a new fridge. But they never sent one over again. So today the fridge was off for about 30 minutes and we called them to send someone out and they said no that we are liars and that I faked the video. It was their sorry excuse of an owner that made that comment too. He said that I tweeted the video.... that someone was behind the fridge unplugging it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. JUST PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND GET A BRAND NEW APPLIANCE. You will REGRET it if you do!!!! Also doesnt take an idiot to notice that all the good reviews are done by them.

I have always been a fan of supporting locally owned and operated business, however Justified Appliance has lost my business. My wife and I purchased a new refrigerator from them 2 1/2 years ago. I had top pick it up because they could not deliver it to us for a week and obviously we needed a refrigerator for food at our house. Last week it went out (stopped cooling and freezing). I called to set up and appointment to have them come out for a warranty service and they said that since we picked it up it was against their policy to come out to the house and service it. They told me that they could work on it if I brought it to them, well, I now have 2 herniated disks and cannot move it and obviously my wife cannot do it on her own. I tell them this and their response is maybe a friend can help you. I tell them that we are willing to pay the service charge for them to come out and fix it and their response again was that it is against our policy. Well Justified Appliance, your policy is terrible. On your website it says that you pride yourself in being HONEST and FAIR to ALL of your customers! How is this fair. I think you all do not want to honor your 3-year warranty that you all are so proud of! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is the worst place to buy used appliances. Delivery of my appliances was 4 hours late. They did not call to let me know it was running 4 hours .My dryer broke down the second day. I called them and they said they would pick it up for repairs on Thursday between 2 to 5pm. I took off work early half a day so I could be there. At 5.30pm no one came. I called them and they said they were running behind and would pick it up Friday 10 am to 2pm. On Friday tat 2.30pm they called me up and said it I would have to pay $75.00 for pick up service before they would head to my house. I asked them why did they not tell me this when i called the first time. Anyway I called the office and gave them my credit card number.After waiting a couple more hours they finally came and pick it up.4 days later they said it was fixed and ready to schedule a delivery date and time. we agreed on deliver for Wednesday 2 to 5pm. Once again I took off work half a day for delivery. I waited and waited. At .30 pm I texted the office to find out why it was has not been delivered. They said they would deliver it Thursday 10 am to 2 pm instead. This happened to the Refrigerator I purchase from them also. They will not keep an appointment and will not call and give explanations. It is what it is . Good luck with this horrible company. I will never buy another appliance from this horrible company. The guy that runs it has no respect for peoples time and money.

He offered expert advice to help us pick out the best appliances: gas stove and dishwasher.We are long-time clients of Justified Appliance - had our dishwasher 15 years with not one problem in all that time. Over priced and bad customer service.The owner doesnt bargin at all.So amazon had the part I was interested in for my stove for roughly $20 and of course 3-5 days waiting. I showed the product on my phone and he tells me $95 if I want it now smh. I walked out, mind you that thanksgiving was the day after.

Honestly they don’t even deserve one star! Purchased a refrigerator from them two months ago and already went out. The refrigerator has a 3 year warranty. I called this morning to get someone out to fix it and they told me I needed to pay a $70 trip charge. I asked to speak to the owner and they said he wasn’t there. I have purchased from them before and the owner is always there. I went up there to talk with the owner and he got irate and started yelling at me saying that he doesn’t deal with sales and that I would have to talk to they lady that was there. Funny how he doesn’t deal with sales yet he was the one that sold it to us. These people lie and and the owner should not own a business if he can’t talk to his customers. My husband and son took the refrigerator up there when they got home from work. My husband calmly confronted the guy over the way he treated me and the owner got scared and went and hid in the back. Bought a refrigerator on 9/9/18. I had a freezer door issue within a week and paid a trip charge to get it fixed. Couple months later refrigerator totally stopped working called and said another trip charge and also lost all my food waiting for a loaner. Then the loaner they left also stopped working. Constant texts saying they will show up that it will be fixed and nothing (I will post all the texts). 1 month later they brought back my old fridge and it only lasted 3 weeks. Lost all my food again. Today they are taking refrigerator again and another loaner. All I want is a new refrigerator equal to what I purchased. They dont realize all the trouble time and money lost. I will post an update on what was done. 01/26/2019.

My dryer broke down and took it in, they were very straight up with me and were transparent on the cost. They offered me a cheaper purchase option which I would have took but my wife wanted to fix ours so they worked with me and did a fantastic job. They are super nice and professional. I will definitely be back if I have any more appliance problems. Thanks guys!

My dad bought appliances from here before,i saw a ad on face book i asked the guy what were the prices on the stainless steel fridges he said 450 and up so he sent a couple of pictures I liked what I saw so i came in we a got there a lady was helping me i told her i had cash 450.00 for stainless and hopefully free delivery i stay 4 miles away she .said no 550 is the cheapest with 45 delivery ,and i told her i have cash but she would not go down on the price at all.I LEFT AND WENT DOWN THE STREET AND GOT FRIDGE FOR 400.OO

I have been doing business with Justified Appliance for almost 30 years. We have never had a problem with them. Only one time did I need to use the three year warranty and Justified was there promptly with a replacement.

Just go buy a new one! These guys are horrible, they made me not want to buy anything used again which is bad for small businesses who are out there trying to make an honest dollar. I bought a refrigerator for $400 and within a months time it froze over and after i called them to set up and appointments they never showed up. It takes no genius to see that all there good reviews are done by justified appliance them self! I feel disturbed for giving them a 1star rating because they dont even deserve that.

Let me start by saying this is the worst company i have ever done any kind of business with. The sale and installation portion was good and efficiently performed but 5 months down the road, both the fridge and washing machine broke down and they wanted to charge me 140 to fix both items(yes folks, there is a $70 per item charge to fix their items), when their receipts and policy states that it is $70 per technician trip. So why do I have to pay twice for one visit?! Then the person who was scheduled to come pick up the items rescheduled on me three times, made me stay at home with no communication to explain why they couldnt pick up my item, wasted my day and finally told me they would take my item away for up to 3-5 days and refused to provide a loaner item. How am I supposed to store my food and wash clothes for 3-5 days? This company is a complete joke. Their three year warranty is a scam and I personally do not have the time nor energy to go chasing after them to make them do the right thing. I would not advise doing business with justified appliances unless youre willing to invest extra time and your sanity because you get what you pay for. They simply do not care. Save up some money, if you can, and purchase from a reputable vendor.

STAY AWAY! We missed other bad reviews so dont make the same mistake we did. Youll think youre saving money and MAYBE you will, but if anything comes up dont expect much of anything from Justified to help you. Incorrect installation caused the washer to flood our house. We paid money to have it cleaned up and installed correctly (after paying them to install it in the first place). The dryer was missing a safety plate over the wiring in the back too. They never reimbursed us for the extra costs we incurred due to their poor work!

Over priced and used!

Just moved in house on Jan 12th, here it is Jan 20th and the fridge is leaking water already. It also sounds like the microwave is running but its the damn fridge. This is why I dont do refurbished nothing. They can come back and get it. Ill rather pay for brand new youre better off.

I bought both my refrigerator and dishwasher from them. There guys came in installed it the next day. The Installation technicians went above and beyond. Ive already referred another customer to them and they were satisfied with their service as well. Theyre my new appliance store!!!

I bought a high end model dishwasher from them which did not work from Day 1. The guy who installed it did not check it properly. I then called the sales guy on the main number. Instead of helping me, the sales guy referred me to the technician. I had such a hard time getting hold of the technician because you can apparently only reach him through text messages. After my persistence in trying to reach him, after many days the technician came home and took a look. He took the dishwasher back and installed a temporary low end dishwasher as a loaner. Then I did not hear from them for a few days. After many desperate attempts, I was finally able to reach the technician who informed me that my original high end dishwasher was not going to be repaired. He asked me to use the low end loaner dishwasher as a permanent solution. So basically now I was stuck with a low end dishwasher that I did not want to begin with. When I requested him to take the loaner and refund part of my money, he said that they sold all their stainless steel dishwashers at the same price. This is so not true and this is misleading the customers. This is bad business practice. I was treated very unfairly. I hope others dont go through this poor experience. I am very disappointed. I will never return to this business.

Appliances we have bought are of very good quality. Excellent services and courteous and generous. All still working after years of use. Give excellent prices

Dont!!!!!!Bought three appliances from them thought I got a great deal, That I sent out definitely wasnt experience took him four hours to install. The washer doesnt spin well, the dryer doesnt dry, the dishwasher was forced in scratched up my wood floors, top rack is broken and to top that off my dishwasher was infested with roaches thanks justified appliances. I called in and complained and they still havent help me, gave me the runaround. Paid 800 not worth your time wish I wouldve never called them .

I bought a washer and dryer at a good price works great. Sent my mom in for a refrigerator and she is happy. Great job guys!!! Thank you again!

My experience with justified appliance has been horrible. I purchased a matching washer an dryer, and a fridge all at the same time. Within a few months the dryer went out they charged 70 dollars to come out. They replaced the dryer with a different one. A few months later the washer went out. They charged me another 70 to come out. It took a month for them to come replace the washer they argued with me over the phone everyday for a month saying they will be there the next day but never came. the fridge lasted one year and is now not working. Again they want to charge me 70 to come out to fix the fridge. The service man told me the only replace broken parts with brand new ones. he came looked at the fridge and determined the fan needs to be replaced. He then asked me if there was a used appliance store near by so he can find a used fridge to take a fan from after telling me they only use new parts to replace a broken part. I told him that is unacceptable that he told me they only use new parts to replace a broken part. After shouting backing and forth at each other he said he can either get a used fan or just leave a broken fridge at my house. WORST customer service i have ever seen or had to deal with. I would never refer any to this place ever hopefully this post will help prevent someone from having to deal with all the lies and headaches the have caused me.

Amaizing customer service, met delivery timeline. Eli delivered and installed the dish washer and stove in a timely manner. He tested out everything to make sure they worked. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recomend this company.

Well..... Its true, this place has terrible customer service. I purchased 2 frost free freezers from them , within 2 weeks one goes down. It was literally 75 degrees in the freezer. Called to have it serviced and they charged me a 70 trip charge to bring another freezer that didnt accommodate my needs. I asked if I would be able to get the same one back when it was done being serviced and they said yes for another trip charge fee. Basically $140 if I wanted my old freezer back. Why sell me a faulty freezer to begin with?! Never in my life would I ever buy from these guys. PLEASE PEOPLE, READ THE REVIEWS! Surprised theyre still open! Then he has the audacity to say, business is business.

Bought a dryer in a pinch here years ago !Been replacing all my appliances with them ever since ! Quick , easy, long lasting and affordable

Just bought my second washing machine from Justified. Why? Because of the great value, service and warranty. This will not be my last, I am sure.

I am a real customer not just somebody that knows someone who works there .These guys are very honest and straightforward I have bought appliances from them and my in-laws have brought appliances to be repaired by them they have always done a great job they care about their customers and they’re not just trying to make a buck.

I bought a dryer from this company and the knob on it was broken and the timer was stripped. So the maintenance guy who fixed it brought me another one and that dryer made a loud noise and would stop drying after 10 minutes. So I called and left a message for someone to call me but they never did. So I texted the guy and he would respond when he wanted to or he never did. But I understand that it is a scratch and dent place. Then today i got a dryer that is making the same noise the last dryer made. I need a dryer that works. I would not advise anyone to buy anything from them.

They are quick to sale and take your money! When it comes to servicing after purchase they are a hassle!! Mitch has no customer service at all!!! I was promised a service date. So, I called at 12pm to find out an estimated time and was told it wouldnt be possible until 2 days later. Nobody had the courtesy to call me early that day to inform me they wouldnt be able to and try to reschedule. Mitch was extremely rude about it and expressed no sympathy for the inconvenience it had caused me of changing my work schedule to be available for them to service my washer. They made a promise they couldnt keep! Mitch needs to take classes to educate himself on having customer service skills that will further his ability on providing excellent customer service. If he doesnt want to deal with customers, then he should just stay behind closed doors and hire individuals that know how to provide excellent customer service and support.

Always good prices and a better guarantee that new appliances. Been doing business with them for about 15 years. Ive bought dishwashers, washer and dryer, refrigerators, and freezers. I even got a Craftsmen air compressor from them off craigslist. They live up to the warranty too!

These people are deceitful - be carefull- filing with BBB ASAP - paid $500 cash for a washer and dryer - the washer stopped working - was willing to pay trip charge $70 under warranty - they refuse to fix it now . All I want is to be able to wash my clothes. Will never buy anything from them or recommend them.

Fast, knowledgeable - was in and out in a 20 minutes and had our unit installed later that afternoon. Good Job!
