Astro Appliance was contracted by American Home Shield to fix my dishwasher. I never heard of this company, so I Googled it. Then, I went to the BBB site, and I saw their ratings and reviews. This company had terrible reviews. I was very worried. I decided to stay with this contractor and see what happens. Its hard on companies when they get a bad review. At least give them the opportunity for improvement. I think its important to give companies the credit when credit is due. In this case, Im glad I stayed with Astro Appliance.Astro Appliance did more than I expected. I felt this company was organized and worked as a team. From customer service, scheduled appointments, ordered parts, technician fixed problem, and the company follow up. They let me know when parts were ordered, and scheduled appointments as soon as parts arrived. I didn’t have to call to check on the status. They went above and beyond with communication. The technician was very professional and explained to me that he would order a part, then come back and install it. He told me that if it didn’t fix the problem, he might have to order another part and come back to install it. I felt the way the team worked together was effective and very efficient. My dishwasher is working!!! I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I dont normally write reviews, but if this warning saves even one person from going through what we did, then it was worth it. This company was assigned by my home warranty company to repair our LG refrigerator/freezer. Without even coming to look at the fridge, Astro determined that it was the compressor and said that it was still under warranty so they would take care of everything. I was so relieved.... until over 2 weeks went by. I called Astro daily for updates, pleading with them that I needed our fridge fixed since I have children at home, and all they did was lie to me (waiting for authorization, the part was ordered, the part was on its way, waiting for a revised authorization, telling us that LG insisted that WE pay the labor costs). ALL LIES. There was no sense of urgency on their part at all. I finally made ONE SINGLE call to LG and they told me that the authorization was sent to Astro immediately, and LG assured us that they would never expect us to pay for labor since it was still under warranty. Total lies by Astro Appliances. LG sent someone to fix our refrigerator hours after my one single call to them. They said if Astro wouldve explained the situation to them they wouldve taken care of it immediately. Astro dropped the ball and they dont care about customer service at all. I wish I wouldve read these horrible reviews in the beginning because I wouldve found someone else. My home warranty company assured me that theyre taking Astro Appliances off of their list.

On March 23, 2021 a Russian Tech arrived at my home to find a leak in my washer. The tech said the leak was the cause of bad washer gasket.On March 31, 2021 the Tech disassemble my washer for more than two hours, and was unable to get to the gasket. The Tech left my home for more than one hour, only to turn later that nigh and said he would return to finish the job. On April 3, 2021 at 4:30 pm, the Tech still could not get to the gasket to remove it. No repair was done on my washer!!! The Tech could not finish the job and he left my washer in a total disassemble. Please be aware of this company....Do Not call this company for repairs.This company was referred to me buy Sears Home Warranty Services!!!

I dont typically write reviews, but wanted to forewarn other potential customers.. please do not use this business. I had to use them as I have an extended warranty from Lowes on washer/dryer. Astro Appliance was assigned to me per Lowes to fix my washing machine. My washing machine was banging around my garage like it needed an exorcism! Astro Appliance first stated it was the suspension rods, which they replaced.. but it did not fix the issue. They came back and said there was nothing wrong. I have attached a video to show just how bad my washing machine is. Lowes then denied any further repairs because Astro stated it was due to consistent overloading huh?! I have no kids at home and you can see from my video that the basket near the machine is still half full.. so how could it be from an overload? I barely fill it! When I called Astros to ask them to please reach out to Lowes to get it fixed.. they stated they did not tell Lowes it was due to overload, but they told them it needed a new transmission. So, I called Lowes back and they sent me the statement made by Astro Appliance, which I have loaded that specifically states it was caused by overloading.. so they lied to me (Astro Appliance) . Now I cant have my washing machine fixed, which is only 2 years old, plus I have $250 for the extended warranty. It is such a shame that I spent over 2 months to try and get this fixed, had to take time off from work, multiple phone calls.. to only be left right where I started and with a broken washing machine. Please dont use ASTRO APPLIANCE.. they were unprofessional and LIED, even when I submitted documented proof from Lowes.

I had to deal with Astro Appliances due to my home owners warranty company requesting them for the repair. The service itself was subpar but the customer service both from the tech that came out and Shelly who works in their office was super rude. I called to tell her that the rubber gasket was falling apart 2 weeks ago and she told me she’d give me a call back and never heard from her. Just called back today and she’s telling me she told me to send pictures of the issue in our last conversation. Explained to her that I was never told that, she started talking over me and being rude and persistently telling me that she did tell me to send pictures. I asked if calls are recorded and she said yes. I asked to speak to a manager and of course one wasn’t available. Hoping to get a call back tomorrow or I will be persistent to get this done so I don’t have to deal with them ever again. Do not recommend this company at all!

The initial tech came out on 04/08/2021 who had to come back after ordering parts. The reason for the call was that the error message was displaying on the refrigerator but it was still working. The tech came back a week later and put the new part in which didnt work. At that time he advised that he would send the master tech out. After a week a called was placed to ask when the master tech would arrive. The lady who took the call placed me on hold and made a few calls. The master technician came out a few days later. The master technician came he was an hour and 15 late and work on the refrigerator and advise more parts were needed and that he would be back after the parts arrived. some additional time went by and a third technician showed up, he was also an hour late, with the new parts. He worked on the refrigerator asked me for a vacuum cleaner; i provided a shop vac; he asked for a step stool which I provided and a towel to clean up water. After and hour he advised he didnt know what was wrong with the refrigerator. But it may he is not sure need defrosting. I asked him why would it need defrosting if it is producing ice. VIa the translation app he said the water is frozen and it needs to defrost. my response was how is the water frozen if the refrigerator is still producing ice? He said again I am not sure but we could try that. Now they reported back to homeshield that the refrigerator needed defrosting. despite the tech telling me he was not certain. three days later the refrigerator begins to beep loudly and error message displaying every 15 minutes. I contact Astro and they schedule a technician to come out. In the meantime the refrigerator has completely stop working the refreeze is not cooling. Nothing is working. The tech arrives today works for a while leaves and there is water all over the floor ( no he did not clean it up) and the the appliances that he moved have not been replaced back and the items that were taken out such as the shelves and some food items are on the counter.. I place a call and I am told i have wait until the technician submits their paper work to determine if the refrigerator is shot . ... This is who home shield has contracted with

Make sure you get next steps in writing.Technician said I needed the supply line fixed to call back when it was done. I said if its the supply line then why would I call you back. He said dont run it. Well when I called them back they changed their story saying it was fine to run (and had closed the work order! 🤬) What they said not to run out now they closed my work order?Well lo and behold the mechanism still isnt spinning (fixed huh? and they said I needed another work order. Well this last work order was never finished and first American only gives you 30 days. In otherwords they Astro doesnt warrant their work. Luckily they assigned someone else but Im out another deductible.Heres a tip Astro, if the dish washer isnt filling up properly, manually fill it up to see if its the only reason the mechanism isnt spinning. I shouldnt have to give you advice. Do better. I dont get to choose the company and I will inevitably get you, but for dam sure Im getting it in writing.

Our main and only refrigerator stop cooling; and for a family of 6 with 2 toddlers living on milk we were at a panic! Astro was able to schedule us for the next day and saved us money by making us aware that the compressor is covered by manufacturer (LG). The repair was fast, efficient and all done so with safety measures. Will definitely be using them again and again!

2 of my appliances stopped working, I had to call and request service through my home warranty. Astro called me same day I placed my request to schedule. I was concerned a bit when they told me parts could be delivered 3-5 business days, but the lady on the phone was very nice and professional explaining and updating every time I called to check. I got my microwave and fridge repaired , tech was very polite.

This company was contracted by my home warranty service to address my washing machine and my ice maker. After two trips out, around 5 hours of work and diagnosis, they reported back to the home warranty company the wrong diagnosis so that nothing is fixed, and all the requests to fix my appliances were denied. I tried talking to Astro to get the reports corrected, and they were very rude and refused to change the report to match the actual conditions. The tech was nice, but did not speak clear English, which also made it hard to communicate the issues. At the end of the day, I have wasted 8-10 hours of my time, money on the terrible American Home Shield Warranty, and still have broken un-addressed appliances. Beware.

Very nice. Coming back tomorrow with parts that had to be ordered. The tech said we could use our GE Dryer if we could handle the high pitch squeaking that is ear piercing loud. So.. I had to dry clothes.. than.. no heat.I think we have to buy a new dryer... We tried to keep this as long as possible... 10 years..

Sears came out and diagnose the dishwasher finding the computer board was burned up. First American home warranty wanted a second opinion and sent Astro Appliance out. Astro came out three times saying there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher.Finally got Sears to come back out and replace board dishwasher works fine. Because of Astro Appliance we did not have a dishwasher for three months. I will never use them.

Absolute terrible service!! Did not even try to fix my dryer but had no problem charging service fee. My dryer was tearing up my clothes. Some guy came out and looked inside and told me there is nothing wrong..... He didnt even turn it on. I would have taken 10 minuet to put a shirt in there and turn it on and show him it tearing. When I called the company back they said they were going to have someone reach out to me and never did. Had to have another company come out and they were able to fix my problem in less then 10 minuets because he actually took the time to see what was going on. This company is trash and will never recommend them to anyone.... and on top of that my appointment was from 12-5 so they had a 5 hour window to make it and he doesnt even show up until 5:30. This was on a Saturday so when I tried to call in at 4:30 cause I had not heard any thing I just get a VM saying they are closed.

What ever you do stay away from this company. Especially if you have a warranty service that recommends this company.Astro Appliances has sent the same employee, Dan, to our house multiple times to “repair” our fridge. During this last encounter all he did when he arrived was open the back panel, touch the compressor and say “ouch it’s over heating”. He checked the temperature in the fridge and confirmed it wasn’t cooling as it should. He called his manager and confirmed that this fridge is no longer repairable and left. We even got it in writing from him that it cannot be repaired.But what actually happened is that after we signed it, without us knowing he scratched out “replace fridge” and wrote down “repair fridge”. It has now been two weeks and you know what he has told our warranty service? He told them that “there is no mechanical issues with the fridge and the customer just wants a new fridge”!!!!!! The manager now even denies that he never approved for a replacement of the fridge through the warrantyWhen I call Astro Appliances to figure out what is going on all they keep saying is call your warranty service and Sears keeps telling me to call Astro.This so called repair man also broke my stove top saying “he just needs a part” but it’s been two weeks and there’s no movement on their part.If you want to save yourself from months of headache trying to deal with these people then go to another business. There are many more capable businesses out there who actually know what they are doing. These people lie and cheat and to what benefit I don’t understand. They are unresponsive and do not own up to their mistakes and do not stand by their own words.You have been warned.

Not recommend at all! The technician was not able to figure out the real problem of the microwave.I tried to help the technician and he doesn’t even understand a basic English. So disappointed and I called the company to send at least another one but they are all the same. The lady that I spoke asked me that his report is saying that all is good. I saw his when he wrote the report but still the microwave was making horrible noises as you see it on the video attached below. Please don’t get a service from this company.

I was transferred by AHS from another company who had been working on my Washer for over 3 weeks. Astro appliance was able to fix it within a week and I even got a same day appointment! Definitely using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

The most incompetent company I have ever come in contact with. Lied constantly over the phone and to AHS . Technician came out 3 times to fix a dishwasher and left without fixing the problem. Mainly because he couldn’t figure it out.How AHS uses this company is mind boggling.If there was a ZERO rating that’s what I would give them.

Absolutely terrible experience. I made a claim with my home warranty May 5, 2021 bc my refrigerator stopped working. A tech came out in May and couldn’t tell me what was wrong so he took the control board to run diagnostics. They came back a few weeks later and told me whatever the first guy said was the problem was not the actual problem and a part needed to be ordered. Fast forward to the beginning of august, 3 months and a number of phone calls later, they tell me they have the part in and are coming to fix it. They came back August 2nd and told me whatever the last tech said was wrong isn’t what is wrong with it either. It is now August 5th, I have no answers as to what is wrong with my fridge or when they will come back. When I call and ask what the problem is, they tell me they have to call the tech to ask him and he’ll get back to them within 24-48 hours. I have yet to resolve this issue through the warranty company American Home Shield or through Astro Appliance. Absolutely terrible experience with the person who answers their phone and the technicians.

First time called by our home warranty, they were not responsive and took two days to come out to,look,at our refrigerator. Then, the technician said he would have to order a part. We didn’t hear from anyone for over a week, when we called to check the status, we discovered they had ordered a compressor just that day (a week later!). 4 day later a different technician came out, worked on the fridge and determined it is not repairable. We are now three weeks out with no fridge and still no determination as the tech hasn’t sent the report to our home warranty company. Frustrated? You bet! How would you like to be without a fridge for even one week? This company needs to be fired from ever doing anyone’s repairs...ever!

Ive worked with this business 2x through my home warranty program. The tech did good work. I had an issue where I thought a piece was broken during the commission of work. I reached out to the company and sent a picture. They were supposed to get back to me but never did. I contacted AHS and the company was supposed to reach out. They never did, I called AHS again and they called on 3 way. The rep from this company, Diane was very rude. She said they communicated that the part was broken beforehand and said she told me that or tried to reach out any tell me that. She didnt. She kept talking over me and saying they dont do 3 way calls with warranty companies on the line and she needed to hang up and for me to call back without them. The dishwasher came with the home I bought and could have infant been missing that piece. Im very understanding but that rudeness was too much for me. Good customer service seems to be a past time for some companies.

This company was refer to me by Sears Home Warranty. If they ever mentioned it to you RUN the other way. In March 2021, the technician came out to my home to check my dryer. I was told that he couldnt find what was wrong with it because at the time he showed up the dryer starting working lucky me. Anyways, I was told they were going to follow up with me. A month later, my dryer dies completely. Sears assigns my repair again to astro appliances. I called and was told that they needed to speak with the technician to see if parts were ordered... Like excuse me, what? if parts were needed why did you wait a month to order them? Later the same day, I get a call and it turns out that before they return to my home they require me to have a professional company come to my home and clean the dryer vent. The invoice of the professional company is require to book my repair. My first thought is, why did they wait for my appliance to die before providing this information? Why did the technician not address this before closing and marking my repair as complete? This made me mad beyond belief. This company should not be in business. I would give a 0 starts review if possible. STAY AWAY, THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WITH UNREASONABLE POLICIES

They were hired by my home warranty company. They asked me to sign a waiver before any work. I hesitated but signed it. Then their technician was not able to fix my cooking top but caused additional head to fail. I guess they can bill the home warranty company and walk away. But I have to wait for my home warranty company to get back to me on next steps.

Highly recommend this company! Astro was assigned to us by our home warranty (AHS), and Im so glad they did! The office was easy to get a hold of and scheduled for the next day appointment, the tech called me on the day of the appointment letting us know of his ETA, did a thorough check and was back with parts within by next week. Will definitely use them again if and when need be!

Do NOT use this company. Selected by my home warranty company to repair freezer ice maker. After multiple visits, the technician not only didn’t repair the ice maker but basically ruined the entire freezer when he took it apart and then reported it to my home warranty company as unrepairable due to a non covered reason so that my home warranty company would deny the claim. I called the office multiple times and spoke to very very unprofessional office staff which were ZERO help. STAY AWAY from Astro Appliance.

American Home Shield always send worse one star business over. This time they referred Astro Appliances who came to troubleshoot my LG dishwater with AE error. Huge crack on the control panel but they said there were nothing wrong and reset it. AE error is back 30 days later and of course terrible American Home Shield wants another $75. Stay away from these bottom feeding companies.

This place is horrible! Do not use them! We did not pick them. They were referred to us by American Home Shield (theyll be reviewed next). The man who came to fix our dishwasher returned with a replacement part. After replacing what he said was wrong, he asked my husband,, so what was wrong with your dishwasher? Duh...really? Didnt you just replace what you told us was wrong? I knew then that a huge mistake had been made. Once the man, not professional or licensed Im sure, was done, my husband told him that the dishwasher had not been put back in place correctly. Sure enough, I came into the kitchen and the dishwasher was protruding out of the space. This man that Astro Appliances sent tries, unsuccessfully, to return it to its original position but cant and then he just gives up and says the company will have to send someone else I called Astro Rip-off Appliances and the rude and unprofessional lady who answered the phone hung up on me twice!!! Needless to say, our dishwasher is sticking out of the cabinet. It is crooked and the black rubber around it, which was not showing, is now sticking out on one side. This company should not be in business! I am going to contact as many consumer advocacy agencies as possible. Astro Appliances should be made responsible for what they have done and fix the new problem that they have created. Horrible service from the beginning to the end. I cant believe AHS would send them to service anyones needs.

Horrible service. Inexperienced technicians. The top rack of my dishwasher wouldnt open all the way and was getting stuck, the technician came out and broke the top rack. Its been nearly 3 months my dishwasher is still broken. Every time I call their office, they tell me the job is complete. I do not recommend this company.

I have never had a worse repair experience in my life. We are one month from the first call and our washer still does not work. We have called them repeatedly and they either make excuses or just hang up on us. They never call back when they tell you they will.Sears Home Warranty sent them out here and I will be talking to them next.Also note - we called GE, who is sending an authorized repair person out next week (at our expense). Although Astro’s invoice implies they are GE authorized, GE did not know who they were.If anyone tries to send this company to you, refuse them! I don’t think they could even fix a flat tire, let alone an appliance.

Very disappointed in the service this company provided. To say they have extremely poor customer service would be an understatement. The Astro appliance technician misdiagnosed what was wrong with my washer machine, and the supposed “General Manager” named Joseph was completely disrespectful when I called to get an explanation of what was wrong and a timeline for when the new repair was going to be fixed. I’ve already reached out to my home warranty provider and let them know that this company is not allowed at my house again for any future repairs, and they should consider removing them from their list of approved vendors.I would find another service provider if you still have the chance.If the owner of the company see this post I would encourage them to call me to discuss the unprofessionalism of their General Manager JosephYou can find my contact information by look at your service records by my name.

Astro Appliances was contracted by American First Home Warranty to service the Ice Maker in our Refrigerator. The technician left saying that they needed to order parts for the Ice Maker. The same day after they leave, our fridge and freezer stop working and by the next day we have no solution and hundreds of dollars food have spoiled. Astro Appliances insists that they did not break the fridge/freezer which is ridiculous considering that it stopped working the same day their technician works on it.I see several recent complaints against Astro and the home warranty companies here. Legal action should be taken to ensure that these people are not allowed to conduct business this way.

It pains me to be unable to give this 0 stars. The technician misdiagnosed the problem and in doing so caused my insurance to deny the claim. Now Im having to get some one else to service it and Im out my deductible.If at all possible do not use this service.

Hello, Ive never left review, but this company deserve for a great review. Technician was very polite and professional. After he completed his diagnostic he explained me why it happened and what I need to do to avoid this problem in the future. Because of COVID 19, suppliers didnt have part in stock, and Astro ordered directly from manufacturer with ETA delivery 2 weeks, but Manager joseph requested rush order for me and they received part within 5 days. Im really appreciated for job which they made.Thank you very much, Astro!

These guys were sent by the Home Warranty company. The technician choose to report the claim as physical damage without any merit. The home warranty company denied the claim saying it is not normal wear and tear. Very bad analysis and poor judgement by the technician. When I asked to speak with a manager, the receptionist literally said the manager is not available and she doesnt know when the manager can talk with me. Be aware. Looks like they have a pattern to report information in favor of getting the claims rejected.

They came out 4 time and my refrigerator is still not fixed! They made the problem worse on the third visit and did not want to take responsibility for it. So on the fourth visit I took pictures and made a video however the technician did not like that so he left without attempting to fix anything. I was told by the office that I am not allowed to ask the technician any questions. “I’m paying for service but can’t ask any questions regarding the repair” where do they do that at. They were the absolute worst and I would not recommend to anyone!

I was assigned this company through a home warranty contract with First American. The two service techs arrived on time but barely spoke any English which created a HUGE communication barrier--as I did not speak German/Russian. The main tech who looked at my fridge was very rude and appeared to be irritated because I had questions about what they were doing. Both of these repair men informed me over and over the refrigerator was not fixable and would have to be replaced by the warranty company. I found out later Astro filed my service call with First American as a fix that needed insulation--insulation that is a part specifically not covered by First American--who in turn closed my service call by doing nothing. So I essentially paid for a service call with this company for them to do nothing, be very rude to me, and and have them put me in a warranty loop hole that was beneficial only to them and the warranty company (I paid for the service call and First American had to do nothing). I completely believe my experience here screams class action lawsuit because it looks like a collusion between First American and this company--as their service techs obviously lied to me because they filed my service call differently with First American. My family and I lost a 26.6 cuft refrigerator and freezer FULL of newly purchased food and immunity supplements while in a pandemic and this company was absolutely no help to us. They only helped themselves and the warranty company. I personally would not recommend this company, and if I could give them zero stars I would.

I was assigned to Astro Appliances for a home warranty claim (broken cooktop). First, I was told that the service tech would be at my home between 8am and 12. I called at noon because no one had shown up or called, and I needed to be back at work by 1pm. I was told it would be another 15 minutes, so I waited. Still no show, and then another call saying it would be 20 more minutes. Obviously, I couldnt wait any longer, so I asked them to reschedule for the next day. After the tech finished his evaluation of the cooktop, he said that Astro would be calling me with the diagnosis and next steps (this was on a Thursday). By Monday, I had still not received a call, so I called them and was told that they had done NOTHING on my account (no reason, just nothing has been done), so now that Im calling, theyll go ahead and send the tech notes over to my Home Warranty company for review. They said they would call me back when they heard from them. No call back. So I called my home warranty who then told me that they had received nothing from Astro, so they put me on hold while they contacted them. They got the file and said that they would call me back. By Wednesday, neither company had called me back, so I called again asking what the status was. Astro told me that they hadnt heard back from warranty company, and they would call me back. No call back. So now its Thursday (again), and I get a text from home warranty saying my service order is complete... what? I call Astro and they say that the service is not a covered repair. Why? They dont know. Why didnt you call me to tell me this? Dont know. Call home warranty to find out, on hold 30 minutes now. So... avoid Astro Appliances (terrible customer service) and home warranty companies are a joke. Im now out the $125 service tech fee, and my stove top repair was declined by the home warranty because a screw was missing and they wont cover anything with missing parts. Wow!

I read the reviews and a bit scared to have this company in my home. Since I used my home warranty company I had no choice. Much to my pleasure, the scheduler was pleasant and professional, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He had to bring help because of the size of my built in unit. They were here on time, worked fast and quietly. They fixed my appliance and that was that. Very impressed with not one problem listed in the previous reviews.

This group is a FRAUD! There is a reason they have so many complaints on the BBB. They are now working thru Home Warranty services and when they cant fix an appliance, they submit a Completed report to the HW so they can get paid.They strung us out almost 8 weeks without a washing machine, after FOUR trips out and THREE electronic component replacement boards - and even told us they cannot fix the unit. Yet, they would NOT send this info to the HW so we could get on with our lives and just get a replacement unit through some type of settlement. Now, we cant even get this from the HW!DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!! Whether from a HW service or directly. They are BAD NEWS!!!

We received HORRIBLE customer service - from manager Joseph regarding request for repair of refrigerator/freezer. He did not care at all about our service needs or familys health/nutrition!!!The repairman came out twice, first time to order parts (fan and control board). We had to wait 1 week for the part, only for the repairman to inform us that it was not the correct part. Would take an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery and installation. Manager Joseph refused to provide us information on the owner in which he called Dan. We have a family with 2 small children in which we have to feed and provide proper nutrition for.Unfortunately, due to our refrigerator that is not working, this has made a major impact on our meal preparations and ability to store milk, dairy, fruits, veggies, etc. for our children.Please, if youre business is not about serving others with quality customer service, respect, and good products.... Please find another occupation.

So impressed with the service I received! The repairman was very polite and professional. He called ahead to tell me he would be at our home soon and then he already had all of the parts he needed to repair our dishwasher so everything went very smooth.

Very frustrating experience. Got sent to them via warranty company. Initially they promised one week. Then haven’t heard for like two weeks. called and customer service said they never said expected for anything to be fixed within one week. Isnt it right? Never!! I said that wasn’t what we were told. He said all of their phone calls were recorded and if I could tell him the date and time he’d look it up. I was STUNNED... obviously it is absolutely normal they couldn’t fix anything for 2 weeks! Imagine not having your washing machine or fridge or dishwasher for two weeks. Stay away and stay safe!

Used Astro Appliances through my home warranty company to repair issues with gas range. Appointment was set up 2 days after the initial request (issue was not urgent), specialist came in time (got half an hour notice), carefully checked the oven, found out the issues and requested required parts. In about a week (during quarantine everything is slower) came back and fixed the range and oven. Great professional service, no complains.

Then stating things that are not true that happened, as if she was at my home with the technician. I can’t believe my home warranty company even deal with companies like this. Terrible Company! I have a dishwasher that has been acting up for more than a month now. I contacted my home warranty company, and they assigned my repair to this company. I never heard anything, and when I finally logged into my account, it shows the repair as completed. Meanwhile, my dishwasher STILL isnt working, and has gotten worse. Just submitted another repair request, and they have, once again assigned me this company. Now, I just have to wait to see how long it will be with no contact this time before they cancel the repair again.

This company is a pure scam, look at all the bad reviews on Yelp. They have been sent to us 2 months ago by American Homeshield for a problem with our fridge. They gave us a written receipt saying that our fridge was not cooling, and they told us verbally that they needed to order a new part. They never followed up with us, never came back. So we called AMS and found out that they told them that our fridge was totally fine and that the job was completed! they are liars, and we have a written proof they are. Also, they sent 2 technicians at our place, and they dont speak english to each other, while you are in the room with them, which is very rude, so you cannot even understand what they are saying. If you have a choice, dont use them.
