Technician was friendly and knowledgeable about our Thermador refrigerator. He found the part that was causing our compressor to not work and replaced that. A small deal for him but a big deal for us not having to look for a whole new and expensive unit. Thank you!

My Bosch dishwasher had a power problem, so I called Bosch customer service and they gave me the names of four companies in Houston that could do warranty service work. I set up my appointment with Factory Appliance Service, the technician called the morning of the appointment and arrived when he said he would. My technician, Joe, was clearly familiar with the Bosch products and was able to resolve my issue fairly quickly. I would use them again.

We called them to get a quote for a dryer repair (belt and pulley) they quoted us $180 for parts and labor. When they arrived they wanted to charge us $265 for the same repair discussed over the phone.

They came out to fix my ice machine. Ordered the part and was making ice again with in the week. Very nice people to work with.

They came out same day to check out a Hoshisaki ice maker that wasnt making any ice. They were able to fix the machine right away at a great price and even threw in a free cleaning.

I’ve been using this company for over 15 years and have had no issues. They are straight to the point and will advise you when you’re wasting your money... seems fair if you ask me! Scheduling most times has been pretty quick for the most part, I guess it just depends on where I’m Houston you are. I like how this is a family owned company. I’d rather support small businesses than be jerked around by the larger ones.

When I called to schedule and appointment I was told I would be charged a $95 service call fee which would be applied to labor and parts. When the technician came it was a very simple fix but wanted to charge me labor on top of the $95. I explained I was told the $95 would apply to labor and he started negotiating with me. After much back and forth he applied a discount to the labor. When I called later to complain I was told that they had never told me the $95 would apply to labor or parts and totally changed their story. It was clear they had spoken to the technician. They had been recommended by a friend who told me that they did indeed roll the $95 into her labor and parts cost just a week before. These people are total liars.

Called for an appointment per the instruction of Speed Queens customer support but was told by this company I would need to provide proof of purchase before they would book an appointment - I knew not to waste any more time having the discussion!

Charged a $95 fee just to come over - spent literally 5 minutes adjusting a door and charged another $80 in labor. Refused to reconsider the labor charge as excessive.

DO NOT use Factory Appliance Service LLC, they will take your money and not perform the work. We had them come out and give us an estimate to repair our beverage refrigerator and they took the $95 service fee and never provided the estimate. We have called numerous times only to be told they will call us right back with the estimate and never do. This is a dishonest company - do you use them.

Extremely poor service. Made appt and some guy came her with a girl/girlfriend. He stated he could not do anything to the dishwasher because the garbage disposal (which was being changed the same day) was not working. (schedule and changed since) As much as I stated the problem was present for quite some time prior to the disposal going out he insisted and then left with his girl. I rescheduled. On the morning of he stated he will be there btwn 12:00 and 3:00. I stated I was not going to be there until 1:00. He said fine then called shortly 12:11 and stated I had to put the dishwasher on. I then informed him per our earlier conversation that I was not available until 1:00 but will work on it. I got someone to agree to come and turn the dishwasher on at 12:20. He then text at 12:16 to reschedule.Is there a reason he could not have done the reschedule in the morning? I loss time from work for this !!!Does 9 minutes make such a huge difference?I get the impression this guy does not want to work and looks for every excuse to get out of it.Also the receptionist was really NOT helpful.But they have my money. Checking with the credit card company to see if I have any options.

He came out found the problem, ordered the part and came back to replace the defective part. Joseph was very professional. He took great care with my counters, cabinets and the microwave. I would highly recommend Factory Appliance Service and Joseph for any future appliance issues I had.

I have a GE built-in side-by-side which was icing/frosting up the ice chute in the door. They came out two times and still never got it fixed. The second time they replaced the solenoid, but not the flapper it attaches to. I dont understand that since it would have required no more labor and the cost is extremely cheap for the flapper. Plus, since they only waive their trip charge for call-back within 30-days, and the frosting occurs over several months, we were outside the 30-days. The serviceman was nice, but so is the cashier at the grocery store. Never again with these guys. I called a different contractor, and they showed me the warped flapper, which was then replaced. No more problem.

Website is very misleading or maybe they are just li__s. The claim that they service a wide area and they do not when you call.
