Not sure whats going on over at this clown show but since COVID has completely disrupted the appliance supply chain and its taking 6 to 9 months to get some appliances in (Bosch dishwashers for example) Im sure they are slammed with people trying to get appliances fixed that they would normally just quickly and easily replace. Their website is nebulous as to whether or not they service Bosch dishwashers that are NOT in warranty. So I called to ask. First call, a guy picks up and says K&N Service and then immediately places me on hold without another word. I wait a couple of minutes, he comes back on, I ask, Do you service Bosch appliances that are NOT still in the warranty period? He hangs up on me. I call back thinking maybe its just an accident. A woman picks up this time. I say, Hello. I am just trying to find out if you guys service Bosch dishwasher that are not still under warranty? She hangs up on me. Bewildered, I call back a THIRD time in less than 5 minutes... get a different woman, I ask the same question--she says Yes. Whats the address? I give her the address... she clicks a few keys... then says The service call to diagnose the problem is $135. $135... for... oh.. a few minutes of drive time (they are 1.4 miles from me... due north across 610) and probably less than 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. (Dishwashers are not that complicated.) My normal appliance guys charge about 1/2 that amount... but they dont service Bosch right now. They probably KNOW that parts are just as hard to get for these at the moment as completed machines... and/or the repair will be so expensive that it simply wont be worth it; so theyll pocket the $135 for 15 minutes of work and move on to the next sucker. Looks like Ill be buying a Whirlpool this time... :)

Ice maker wouldnt make ice. Tech said needed new ice maker and would order and set up installation. Never heard from them again. So I started learning how they worked. Ended up being a broken pin in the harness. Spliced a new connector on it and it’s solid as a rock. K&N is terrible. The techs are not very good technically Or professionally

I spoke with a crystal and she was so rude and talked over me the whole time. Her customer service skills were very poor and I didnt feel like my business mattered since I didnt get even a chance to clearly explain my issues or what I needed done. I own a company that does outdoor kitchens so I was actually looking to hire you guys for some service of them but I am taking my business else where. Crystals attitude and demeanor towards paying customers will put you out of business

I had a terrible experience. It took me over a week of back-and-forth to get someone even scheduled to come over. Once they finally came over they charge me $225 to basically clean the freezer and tell me that it’s going to cost upwards of $800 in repair and they weren’t even sure that would fix the problem. It would’ve been nice knowing all of my freezer food was left out long enough to thaw out. I wound up having to throw away about $250 worth of food. The guy said he’d call me back the same day or at the latest the next day with an estimate. After hearing nothing from anyone after a couple days I called to see what was going on. The person on the phone said that someone would call me back. No one did. After almost 3 weeks of no word and leaving two messages I finally got a hold of someone who said they would email me an estimate. When I got the estimate...here was the email response:Apologies for the delay on getting the info for your freezer, but appears I have incorrect data and I have been unable to research the parts needed. Is it possible to send over a picture of the tag on the unit? It holds all the information.Basically I waited 3 weeks for them to put me back to the beginning. Ridiculous!Do yourself a favor and go with companies with a five star rating. They’ve earned a five star rating for a reason. I should’ve done my research before calling this company. Will never use again and highly recommend that you don’t either!

Have had two other repair companies come out before K & N. Travis was the first guy who was thoroughly knowledgeable about our Viking refrigerator. It took two trips to get it running correctly as we had several issues. On the second trip Travis brought out the part he predicted we needed. We are running good and do not need to buy an new one!

I called to have an appliance serviced and was hung up on twice and told to figure it out myself. Do not deal with this company. They are very unprofessional and rude. They would not offer a manager to speak with to resolve the issue.

An incompetent service company. Paid them a $100 service fee to come inspect my refrigerator. Technician said they would call with an estimate. They never called after a week so I called them. Was put on hold both times for over 15 minutes and eventually hung up. They still have not called and almost 2 weeks. Person that answers the phone is very short and rude. I would like my $100 back.

Dont not use!!! Incompetent says it all. They have been to my house 5 times over a 5 month period and my ice maker still does not work. Every time I call, all I get is nobody available that knows whats going on. Sorry.I would give them negative stars if I could.

If I could give them a negative star, that would sum up this service provider. I was trying to get them to service my Thermador under warranty and they never made an intent to show up. They constantly made up excuses: techs are out sick, we only have 1 tech in today, what appointment? You werent on the schedule. I am tired of their excuses. DO NOT HIRE these unprofessional, excuse-making crooks!

Was definitely dissatisfied with these guys. After I explained that the icemaker was overflowing after a plastic piece had broken, they said they knew exactly what the problem was and that it could be repaired same day. They came out to do the repair and didnt have the parts. They charged me for the parts, service call, and labor. The tech left promising to return later in the week to do the repair and then never called or came back. A call into the service phone number led to an argument that he had in fact done the repair. They did agree to send someone out to do the repair. The repair didnt last until year-end. They say that the part is warrantied, but I will have to pay for the service call plus labor. No thanks...

My Parents recently bought a house with a lot of older Viking appliances that needed to be serviced, so they contacted K&N because they are the authorized Viking service company for the area. $500 later they still have 3 ice makers that dont work, a freezer door and meat drawer that do not open properly, 2 torn/cracked gaskets, and a whining compressor/fan. Basically, they paid $500 for a technician to shim out a roller guide rail in one of the refrigerator/freezers and call it a day (and that drawer still doesnt function properly). He said everything was working just fine and he could order and install a part for the freezer door for an additional $300. Seriously?
