I needed a Whirlpool water valve for my washing machine. They didnt have it and sold me an Electrolux water valve instead. It worked perfectly and was less expensive than the one I wanted.These people are knowledgeable and helpful.I highly recommend this supply house for amateurs and do it yourselfers, like me.

Parts instore and price was very reasonable under $50....got till 1pm to close.So...this review is 100% legitimate.And I guess most of the others could be as well.

When I called the Houston office , and asked the person that answered the phone for a thermal fuse for my oven.They said yes we have it in stock. I drove over 40 miles one direction from my home to the store. The clerk/ salesman that I dealt with at the store said they do not have it at the Houston store. He informed me that the phone system rings to the Dallas office and they look on the computer for the company wide inventory. The clerk /salesman I was dealing with at the Houston store sold me the thermal fuse and shipped to my house at no shipping charges , above and beyond what was necessary.if you call the store looking for a particular part verify it is at the store you are going to from the sales clerk you are talking with on the phone.

Great company. excellent service. travis h got me the switch i needed in less than 24 hours. i tried for 2 months to get a ge infinite switch from 2 other companies. GE makes their switches in mexico and they put them in the wrong bags.

I had a wonderful experience! I needed a new oven rack. They had it in stock and shipped it out the same day I ordered it. I placed the order at 3:42 pm and the part was shipped that night and I received it the next day via UPS ground at 8pm :) The part looks great and fits perfectly! Is walk in available? Last time he went he said people were only picking up parts they paid online. my husband has to buy some parts and he is not computer literate to pay online.

Absolutely the best customer service! I stopped in to pick up an oven igniter and was helped by Kevin. The part was $85, but he recommended an identical part that was designed for hard-wiring (instead of the clip plug) for only $30. Just goes to show they care more about helping customers than making a buck. I could have paid $55 more and never known there was a different option. I will definitely come here for all my appliance parts needs.

Purchased a part, turned out not to be the problem. No returns, out $131. There was no mention of this policy when I bought the part, it’s at the very bottom of the fine print on the receipt. I guess it’s my fault, but it would have been nice if they had mentioned that you can’t return anything that’s been tested.

Needed to switch from a propane dryer to a gas dryer and got the required orifice here. It took a couple orders to get all the parts I needed but their prices were very fair, and they could get the parts in very quickly. Super friendly service. Highly recommend.

Didnt even have to place my part on the counter and the guy was grabbing the new replacement. Very fast and gave some good advice. Price was great and now my dryer works. Would not hesitate to buy from again, which hopefully isnt anytime soon.

U-line changed the design of the replacement part which created some challenges, but the people at APD figured it out and helped me get the correct part. They also suggested an inexpensive water filter to extend the service life of the appliance. The icemaker is now working perfectly, thanks to the good people at APD.
