Ebony Love does not deserve this job. I was a resident at Longview Square for about 3 years.. Just moved out around July. We left our apartment CLEAN.. We even told the manager, which was Allie, about our move out date and left before it. We gave her a paper with a statement and our signature. Move-outate included. We were told that we were getting our deposit back since 4 and a half months ago.. Been calling Longview Square and Itex ever since and havent gotten a dime. Someone made an error marking where we were paying for two apartments which never made sense.. Then this morning, I called Ebony Love about the check again, which was supposed to have been mailed off for the second time in FedEx and she HUNG UP ON ME PURPOSELY. What kind of customer service and management is this?.. What does this say about you as a person and on your job? Definitely not appropriate for an apartment manager. This is NOT good for business Longview Square is ALL messed up and do NOT recommend that anyone move there. Your stay will be MISERABLE.

I have lived here for 3 years almost 2 years in no issues and a year and 9 months ago i have been complaining about a tenant lolita johnson who is rude, disrespectful and possibly has a mental issue, she drops things purposefully slides things slams doors and plays music loudly now. September 23 she has played loud music from 12pm until now and it is 1am and she is still playing it. July 27th she verbally threaten me i filled charges and management has done nothing. I have been calling brandy fox and paula watts since July 30 when i filled the charges. I leave messages with automated and front management does nothing.the tenant users her health issues for the the things she does. We are going to go to trial for the charges, she has a trespassing at my job because she came to my job. I have lived in this apartment for 3 years august 2 2015 and i am never late and this is how i am being treated. I am not on any assistance of the government yet she is and this is my not fair. I am being treated horribly. She does things all day especially during quiet hours of 10pm to 8am she waits till its those hours to stomp plays loud music that i hear through the walls. I have played the recordings for brandy fox and nothing has been done. I did a complaint on brandy with Kayla at corporate and was told it would be investigated and as soon as i walked in the office while brandy filled in at the office she was on the phone with Kayla talking about me and it is recorded. So this is retaliation. I am miserable here and i have stated to glenda the new management i am in fear of my life and nothing is being done. I have witnesses. Every cop and sergeant who has come out here states they can tell she has a mental issue
