This is definitely my type of community I love to be in. The environment is friendly and peaceful… people seems to be reserved in their own space but being of each other…… privacy and quietness is very important this community so far is just that…… five thumbs up!!!!! Oh yeah, the staff is grade A in my book!!!!

Mirna and her associates are very professional. We are extremely satisfied with our new home and the community is very lovely. Also, the amenities, are PERFECT.

I have been six years in this residence and in my last movement the management charged me an expense because Carpenter Cleaning, which was not fair as per the stain was produced by the pipe burst during the last snowing in Houston. I blamed and explain this situation to the administration and manager but they didn´t heard me, even the apartment was submitted to repairs (Wall, painting) for this flooding but the carpenter was nor reported to Insurance Claiming and at the cost of this cleaning was put in my billing without any way to get their recognition that it was not my fault.

These apartments are beautiful. The community is calm and friendly. I havent had any issues with noise or car theft like at my previous apartments. The manager Terrence is friendly and helpful, excellent customer service and care!

My few years at Camden Oak Crest thus far have been exceptional. Management does a very good job notifying me about maintenence and theyre quite professional as well. Also, I admire the cleanliness and upkeep of the complex- My friends, family and guests always mention how pristine the buildings are. The Community Manager Terrence Haggerty is always there to answer my questions and delivers outstanding customer service.

I was relocating to the area and had scheduled a few appointments for apartments to view. I met with Nicole first and she showed me what Camden Oak Crest had to offer. I was not only impressed by the apartment and location, but also the professionalism of the staff as well. Needless to say I didn’t view any other apartments and submitted their application the same day. I’ve been living here for about 3 weeks now and can attest to the other positive reviews regarding the responsiveness, quietness, and conveniences of the location. So far so good; kudos to the management team and staff.

Moved to our new apartment home 2 weeks ago and thus far, have nothing but positive feedback for this property.The staff is very professional and responds to all concerns in a very timely fashion.The apartments are very quiet, and the community is friendly.Plenty of great points of interest, dining, shopping etc nearby, some within walking distance.....a surprise for Houston.Should have been calling Camden Oak Crest home a few years ago!

I highly recommend this property. The move in process was super easy and effiecient, my unit was spotless and any issues that I have had in my 6mos of being a resident the Property Manager, Terrence jumped on it and handled it very quickly.

Becomes worse and worse recently. Road is potholed but no repair at all even after many complaints. Was charged a large amount of fee due to so called “damage to carpet” but no one told me why.

This place has the best staff ever, all are friendly and sweet: cant never stop talking to them, almost makes me excited to pay rent just to see them.. almost lol. Love the environment always clean and sophisticated, always improving. Its quite here and nice Swimming pool and gym are my fave areas as well. Great experience 100% guaranteed!

I chose this apartment complex because the reviews were good and the area seemed decent. I have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive and professional the office is during both normal hours and emergency conditions. They communicate any issues to the whole community so youre prepared and dont feel blind sided by anything happening on the complex. The area has multiple grocery stores located close by and is convenient and quiet over all.

We just went to tour our new apartment and filled out the application as soon as we came back home to move in February after searching for a new home for weeks. Mirna is a delight, very professional, pleasant and very informative, community and property look very well kept, clean and modernized, and also quiet and feels like home. Cant wait to join the community.

Mirna and Nicole have been absolutely amazing. From every email to any phone calls they were very responsive and answered all my questions immediately. My moving process was very smooth and probably has been one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. They provided me a beautiful welcome basket that came with Home essentials. My second day here I need assistance with maintenance and I put in a request online the next morning Will, the maintenance man, came right in and handle the problem and was done within a matter of minutes. ALSO, they keep the property very up-to-date and clean and also offer several amenities including a full-size gym and community center. This is a great living environment.

Bravo to the community manager Terrence Haggerty! During this recent ice storm we had. He showed so much compassion to the community with updates on the water and power outages. I can only imagine the stress levels for anyone managing that problem. Supplying meals to those in need. He was personally affected , as many are but was a selfless a man of service. I moved in at the beginning of this month. The leasing staff answered all of my questions before I applied and the process was very easy. I had a decision instantly. I was very worried because I moved here from Atlanta. The property is BEAUTIFUL, and very well kept. Also, the neighborhood is West Chase and very accessible to all of my needs. The highways are close, the people are friendly, and maintenance is 24/7! I could not ask for a better place to live. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is a wonderful property. It’s always quiet, and near a lot of attractions and great food places. They’ve recently updated the pool area with new furniture, and lounge chairs. The office is always courteous and friendly. I love how diligent they’ve been adhering to social distancing and mask rules. I would def recommend. 10/10. 😊

Ive had to call about only 2 things in a little over a yrs time and Camden is very responsive and quick to fix the issue. Ive seen other complexes have theft or pest issues and I havent had issues with either. Management is great and Mirna is always helpful if I have any questions. Would recommend this Camden property.

This apartment complex is full of honest and hard working individuals. They are by far the best. The staff is helpful in every step of the process through the application process to the upkeep of the property. Not every property has staff who is available and readily available to help the way they have had for the residents at this community. I love this place😃

I wanted to give kudos to Camden Oak Crest and manager, Terrence. Unfortunately they didnt have any availability for my time frame, but I was highly impressed with his customer service and the grounds of the community. Everyone that I came in contact with at the community was nice and eager to help. The floor plans were spacious and I loved the location. Hopefully when its time to move again they will have availability.

I recently visited this community and was highly impressed with the grounds, clean units and amazing apartment staff. Nicole was very informative and helpful on our tour. The property was also very clean and secure with gates. Very few properties keep their place up the way this property does and they have an amazing staff to match!

This place has a good maintenance staff, it’s also clean, quiet and gated. Best place I’ve ever lived and close to my kids schools. The office is really friendly and responsive.

I have truly enjoyed living here. I’ve been here two years and it’s been the best decision I’ve made moving to Houston from Detroit. Any time I have issues (which is pretty rare) maintenance is super responsive, within 24 hours. I highly recommend living here.

Initial Review as of 11/25/20:Actual Unit: We love our new apartment home and have lived here for about a month. Its a bit more of a traditional type of home, not as modern or newly renovated like other competitors, but the cabinets & countertops are well-made & of good quality. The complex is very clean & most importantly, theres an in-unit washer & dryer! There are a few cosmetic problems due to a previous water leak of some sort. It is visible & can definitely be felt when walking on the hardwood floors, but its probably from a previous repair job, we just hope it wont be a problem in the near future since Houston does tend to flood a lot.Leasing Experience: Nicole was our leasing agent and she was very quick and responsive. We didnt get a chance to tour the unit before leasing it out, but Nicole went above and beyond by recording a video tour of our actual unit. On move-in day, we showed up a little before closing, but Mirna and Terrence made us feel very welcome. We really appreciate everyones efforts and were really glad we chose to make Camden Oak Crest our home.

The best community that I have stayed with of all my travels to USA. I say this because you get best service during the stay be it front office or any other services. The staff are so courteous and friendly which is hard to describe in words. I shall quote an example of their courteousness two years after my stay in this community. Mail from IRS was send to this community address. I did not even called them, with just an email follow up, I got a positive response and I was assured that they would keep me posted once they have the letter. Internally they had to approach the current tenant of the apartment, shared my details and requested on my behalf to handover the letter in front office. I got a prompt response from office regarding my letter and my friend will be picking this letter soon. Really, like the way of helping a person in need in such current situation the entire world is going through. Thanks once again for all the people involved and special thanks to Mirna Mayorga, the Assistant manager of Camden with whom I started my initial email conversations. We just moved into Camden Oak Crest about a month ago, and it has been the absolute beat experience ever!! Mirna was so helpful throughout the whole leasing process, move in experience, and after the move in! She made sure my move in went smooth. I was working the day I had to move get my keys, and they made it a stress-free experience for me. The community is absolutely beautiful so it was easy deciding to move here. Maintenance also made sure my apartment home was perfect! It was so clean and so gorgeous! Absolutely love Camden Oak Crest Apartments! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a luxurious place that still makes you feel at home. Mirna and Ashley are wonderful. Any concerns we have, they acknowledge and handle them with no problem. I was honestly shocked at how respectful the other residents are. In my hometown it’s the complete opposite. There was a medium sized pool party today. Normally, that would be a huge issue for me, but Mirna assured me that they wouldn’t be too loud, and the party would be over with before sundown. She kept her word! They cleaned up after themselves, which is rare these days. Very respectful. 10/10!

I have lived at Camden Oak Crest for the past 2 years and I absolutely love it. The grounds are always immaculately landscaped. The maintenance team is amazing and super responsive. Mirna and Ashley both work in the leasing office and are always extremely pleasant and helpful. The complex is quiet and family/pet friendly. There are frequently activities going on or resident appreciation events. The only reason that I am moving is so that I can get a larger unit (townhome) This is the perfect place to call home!

The new management have poor communication, week management skills, and incosistency between employees and management. I been living here couple years now and will be moving out once my lease is up

I love that there is a 24/7 fitness center. I can cancel my gym membership. The pool is beautiful. I will hopefully be moving there soon. Came in to visit the property and noticed how clean the grounds are. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the complex seemed to be very serene. Pool was clean and sparkling and very well manicured. This complex is gorgeous!

A lot of congratulations to this staff, they are great people. They are sweet and always available to help and listen to us. We are very happy to live here. We are in family! The maintenance and leasing staff respond quickly to our request. I love the gym, and all of the greenery. A heated pool would be nice, but otherwise, its beautiful. My daughter and i hope to live here for many years. I recommend this place to all of my family and friends. They have a warm smile every time i come in the office. I absolutely love these apartments. It feels like home. Between the amazing staff, maintenance and beautiful landscaping, it has been an awesome place to live. Another thing I have noticed is that they stand when you walk through the door and greet you with a smile or hug. This is mind blowing to me because you just dont see that anymore. She addressed all of our concerns in a timely fashion, and talked us through the whole process of renting an apartment as a friend instead of someone who was just trying to fill a spot. I toured with Camden Oak Crest a couple of days ago and absolutely loved my time there. All the ladies introduced themselves and made me feel at home. I like to stay here because, from the beginning it was well received and met, my accommodation was also very good. the apartments are in perfect condition and I enjoyed as I found the house will be a good place to stay while Im here in Houston. The service company of Camden works very well, something was received that I help for my adaptation here, they provide an excellent service and are attentive and are attentive to my worries. I hope that it continues while you are here and continue doing that good job. For not speaking English would be harder with your help, attention and understanding, everything became easier.

Camden Oak Crest is a serene environment, kept clean and well maintained at all times. There are always workmen silently working on the premises to ensure that awesome ambience of the environment is maintained. I had over 520lbs of packages sent to my apartment in my absence and Camden ensured that they were all safely put in my apartment without any one missing or damaged. The best part of staying at Camden Oak Crest is that the staff are super friendly and helpful and just make you feel at home while going the extra mile to ensure that all issues concerning your apartment or stay are resolved. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone thats looking for a serene and clean environment to live in either short or long term. There is a hospital and super store all within 5 minutes from Camden Oak Crest

My experience with the Camden oak Crest location has been anything less then superb. The entire staff are some of the nicest and most helpful people I have encountered. The property is very clean, quite, and Ive encountered 0 problems with parking. I also love how everything is very convenient; maintenance staff are on 24 hour call, office are open on the weekends at residences and future residences convenience. Computer lab and workout gym are also 24 hours. I highly recommend that the Camden oak Crest location be a must visit if your looking for a new home. 10 stars from me.

In a city where safety is a prime concern (not to forget bugs, roaches etc), Camden Oak Crest provides a safe, secure, serene, peaceful and well maintained environment. Just moved from a different state, explored over 20 communities and finally zeroed in on Oak Crest for peace of mind. Location is perfect with several shopping stores at a walking distance. Ashley was fantastic as my leasing consultant walking me through n number of questions I had before I finally signed the lease. A star taken off because the property mandates to take add on technology packages along with the lease, but if your requirements are indeed getting a cable, then its a 5+ star community!!- reviews based on pre-move in..Post move out: The community definitely deserves no less than 5 stars, so filling the missing star. Leasing office team and maintenance crew are very helpful and prompt. Maintenance issues are mostly handled within a day. And the community is not a loot unlike many others who charge an exorbitant amount after you move out. My stay was a pleasant one without any untoward incident. They host community events occasionally which is a nice for residents to commingle.

It has been 4 years since I moved in Camden oak crest and I have to admit that it is an excellent place to live. Very clean and spacious place. Great location next to a huge supermarket. Very quiet area. It is a well equipped place with everything you need, the views are beautiful. Also, Mirna Mayorga and the staff in general are always kind and cordial with me. Living at Camden oak crest is wonderful.

I love the Camden Oak Crest Apartments! I have lived in many other apartments in my time here in Houston, and this is my favorite! They have great staff that is very friendly, and knows how to help you to your needs. The front office staff loves to get to know you and will want to help in any way they can. The gym is very well kept. It is clean and has most everything one would need to have a side workout in the morning or the evenings. They have an office with two monitors that you can do work on. There is also a printer for anyone who needs one. Great job Camden!

Great place to live! The office ladies are really nice and helpful. I really enjoy working out in the fitness center, they have great equipment. The pool is nice and clean. The grounds is well maintained. Hector is really nice and very attentive. My work orders get completed right away. I really enjoy my apartment is quiet and close to everything. Galleria is about 15-20 min away which is great for me. Thank you for making it a nice and friendly community.

Ive been living here for over a year now and it has been a great experience. I feel very safe and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff in the leasing office and the maintenance staff are all very friendly. The gym is fully stocked but comfortable with a view of the gorgeous pool. I especially love the regular community activities which includes Thursday happy hours, holiday parties, and fitness classes. Highly recommend!

The apartments are great and I love living here its a niceplace to stay. My favorite place is the workout room. the equipment in there is by far the best i have seen in any apartment complex. and also the workers, maintenance crew, and property managers are all friendly and helpful when it comes to issues that needs to be fixed. Havent experience no disrespect or rudeness. During our terrible hurricane they really was very supportive and helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone out there looking to be in a comfortable and loving environment.

Camden was the perfect place to live! Actually it’s the best place forever! The maintenance team are fast! Any time! I remember, my a/c broke down at 3 am and they went to repair it at 3 am! Amazing! And the staff are super friendly, thanks Mayra for all your services, you make that place much better than it is.

I have lived here at Camden Oak Crest since late May, and I find it to be the best complex in the Westchase area. The maintenance staff are always very responsive and go above and beyond. Parking is never a problem, no matter the time I come home. One thing I was pleasantly surprised with is that all apartments come with a washer/dryer. Priscilla and Ashley at the front office are super nice and dont make you feel like a customer, but as a friend! I really cannot recommend this place enough! :)

Priscilla, is excellent in what she does. I have never had any issue she couldn’t resolve. We requested better internet service, and she kept me informed about the whole process including when the service will be available which is March. We need more people like you Priscilla. The maintenance crew is amazing and the grounds are kept up beautifully. The front office staff is always making sure my dogs and I are happy. The gym and pool are also amazing.

This is a great place to live. The office and maintenance staffs are nice and friendly and get the job done when called upon. Please go and talk to Mirna or one of the nice ladies and make this your next home. 🙂

Camden Oak Crest seemed to be a pleasant place to live in the beginning when we first entered the condo, however, lately it was seen non-residents entering the condo, tailgating residents when entering the main entrance by car. Numerous times I’ve noticed a car waiting near the front gate and as soon as a resident releases the entry gate, the car tailgates and enters the condo. Within 2 months, 2 crime alerts inside the Condo: a resident vehicle being stole and an apartment break-in! Also, constantly see people complaining about their mail being stolen. Safety precautions have to be made immediately for this Condo!!!!
