They were extremely disorganized. I asked for the address they told me to look it up couldn’t even answer my text. The company is Parasailing Oahu, but the boat says Seabreeze Ocean Express, the office door says H2O. So nothing matches. They wouldn’t let me pay to be an observer with my kids, said they were safe. My kids were tossed from boat to boat for an hour before they even parasailed. And the boat captain was rude and unhelpful.

Staff in the office and in the boat were courteous and professional. however, I am giving the owner a 1-star review due to poor communication and misleading website info. Parasailing Oahu no longer exists, as was apparently taken over by H2O Sports. Website directed me to a downtown Honolulu address, which was 20 miles from correct location. When I called office, actually talked with some booking agent and not the actual business location; they misinformed me on parking options, which further confused us in finding the place.I would have give 4-5 stars to real staff and 0 to the company if I could have.

I’m so glad my family and I spent our vacation here! The staff is friendly and very respectful. They made sure we had a great time. They explained all of the safety measures with demonstrations which lets you know you are in good hands. Parasailing isn’t so scary after all! We will definitely come back for our next vacation!

Great professional staff. Free Waikiki Transportation. The flight was amazing with spectacular views. Parasailing while we were in Oahu was definitely checked off our bucket list.
