Loved our jet ski and parasail experience. Beautiful views. Will add more photos after I download the photos they took of us. Here are some of the views though. Here are added pics of the jet ski experience and the parasailing experience. You should rent the goggles for your jet ski experience to keep that salt water out of your eyes. It burns otherwise. Just sit in the air and float and enjoy parasailing. A definite must experience in Hawaii.

Thus place has great customer service and you get what you seen in the pictures. They offer a wide variety of services like Jetsons, parasailing 600 or 800 ft above the ocean. I did the Jetsons and it was fun. The water was a bit choppy but I knew how to ride the jetski so it was fun. Also its important to wear goggles when you are jetting because they salt water burns your eyes. The customer service made me feel welcome and the people running the operation know what they are doing. They load you onto a boat and drive you out to the barge where the skis are located. I also did parasailing. This is the only ocean I felt comfortable swimming in. They drive you on boat farther out in the ocean and they put secure straps around you and they let you up with with strong machine that automatic. They also bring you down with a machine that pulls the rope back to the boat. I had so much fun doing these activities I cant wait to do it again. A go pro would be ideal for these activities and make sure its strapped tight wherever you put it.

We did the 3 package activity. Parasailing, banana boat, and Jet ski. Leroy and the crew was amazing!! Definitely showing the Aloha spirit on the boat and they made our adventure and activities worth it. We took a cooler of drinks, snacks, and food because it sure was a long day so don’t forget to pack for this activity. Bring your own camera for some photos. We paid $90 for all photos and boat and additional $15 to have it put on a USB drive. Other than that I know we will be back again. Much Aloha H2O 🤙🏼.

My group had a great time parasailing.Not a long wait to get our boat and the driver was so nice.When we made it out to the 2nd boat, we saw a sea turtle swimming by!After watching some people finish their parasailing experience, we were able to swap boats/groups.It took a few minutes to get our sea legs but the two guys were great at helping us.*wear what youll be okay getting wet (shoes, clothes, ect)*do not bring anything you dont want to get wet*make sure to bring waterproofing, like zip lock bags, waterproof case, gopro, ect.Half our group got sick/nauseous, while us ladies had a blast.The first boat came back for a new group swap and he took is back in crazy fast speeds because of our sick party.The package that lets you have both pictures and video, with a super cute USB is so worth it!*make sure you dry off before getting in your uber.

We had an amazing time on the submarine scooters. It was definitely the highlight of our trip. If you are ever in Hawaii its something you have to do. We even had a couple people in our group that didnt know how to swim or were afraid of being in open water but they were glad they made the decision to go a head and try it. AMAZING!!! You have to do it.

We went jet skiing. It was fun and safe. They give you the basic instructions and you go around a course for 30 mins. They offer other activities which you can do one after the other.

This place had a great review since it was surrounded by beautiful land masses. When we got there, we were taken to a boat to the water sport area. We had to wait an hour after our time to do our activities of jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boating. After waiting, they moved us along to the other activities pretty quickly.

If you are sea worthy this could be a good adventure for you to experience. Open water fun with ocean life to see. Go and check it out!

That was a fun experience! I have never tried jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boat, and this is the most frightening day Ive lived. All of the staff are nice and chilling. I think jet ski is great for the price. You drive for a quite amount of time. The banana boat and parasailing are really quick, but they are exciting enough!!! I hope we can try the bummer next time ❤

This place is a scam. We waited 2.5 hours on their “barge” before riding the 6 min ride. All they want is for you to buy their photos. It was scorching hot with no water to drink. Horrible. Not to mention after we had returned with our kids and decided to take a family photo the lady whom was working there had laid her fingers on my son without a mask and yelled in his face. Overall bad experience.

H2O has a good setup. There is a lot of shuttling that has to happen to move all of the people around that are there to play. All of the employees were helpful and professional.The rest of this review is for our parasailing. We were on Capt. Jordan’s boat. He was excellent and checked into the group. We had a great ride and Jordan provided the softest landing possible coming back into the boat. We got a great video and some fun shots out of it.Would totally recommend H2O. We didn’t add any other activities, but it all looked equally as well run.

We paid full price for my little girl, for my husband and I, at the day of leaving for parasail, my daughter had an accident, she bumped her head, we didn’t show up because she was bleeding, and we couldn’t stop the blood, so I called them 1 hour later, to explain the situation and they didn’t want to reimburse at least half of what we have paid to them, they are nice when you book the reservations, but once you have any issues they don’t want to help you, and don’t even try… very bad experience with them, people expect good service once they come in vacation to Hawaii, definitely don’t book with this guys…👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Went parasailing here. Greatest 6 min of flight in my life, next to my flight home from Iraq (of course that was a little longer of a flight). Friendly and funny captains. Courteous and knowledgeable crew who enjoy their jobs. This is a definite do again if you have a chance.

We have been there few days back and met with an accidental parasailing landing. It was looking alright then but my spouse suffered some bruises (mine is minor) which is painful and still struggling with those neck, shoulder and body pain. Hope this wont happen again from H2O with quality checked parasailing.

I signed up for a parasailing trip for me and my 3 kids with H2O for a 2pm time on a Monday. While a bit hectic in getting people out, they got us signed in and we were notified wed be taking a 2:30pm boat out into the bay. Once we arrived at the platform around 2:45pm we were told to wait our turn and after 30min were then notified that it would be another hour until we would go while we had to sit out in the hot sun in the corner of a platform out in the bay with no shade. We had other plans that we needed to get to by the evening (not expecting that a 7-9min parasailing ride required a 3 hour commitment) and so we told them to cancel our trip and take us back, which they quickly did. The kids were disappointed and so was I that they did not inform us of the wait time up front and were clearly focused on just getting as many bookings and people through vs a good customer experience.

Went on the 600ft Parasail with 2 teens, 1 child and 2 observers on an 830am slot. Fantastic experience, this is a well oiled operation and I would highly recommend this activity.Shuttle service was very accommodating even thought I made a short notice booking. Once at the HQ the paperwork was done efficiently and we were heading out in the boat very quickly.Friendly service all around. Once you transfer onto the speed boat, sit in the front to get the best ride.Beautiful views all around. Highly recommend this.

Had some confusion with my booking date being rescheduled and I was not aware that it had been rescheduled so I booked snorkeling with another company and wasn’t able to make the time it was rescheduled for. When the manager got in contact with me and I explained the situation he was very understanding and gave me a full refund. Seems like a very good company next time I come I’m going to ma or sure I book early because I wish I would have been able to go!

If we could give 10 stars we would! H20 sports truly showed Hawaiian hospitality. The two men that did our family parasailing were beyond awesome! They were patient, thoughtful, and just great guys! The bumper tube and jet ski guys were awesome and just put safety first and for that we are truly thankful. They made it fun and were caring. When my daughter and I fell off the jet ski they were right there! When I fell off the bumper tube they were right there. Good people all the way around from booking, setting up activities, transporting to and from the boats, to pictures and videos. H20 contributed to a beautiful family vacation and for that we will always come back to them any time we are in Hawaii!! Mahalo

30 minutes in a good jet ski, 90 minutes in wait time, mostly in the sun with not enough seats on a boat with everyone else. Value wise, there are others around the island with similar or better experience for a cheaper price. They offer pictures, which are also overpriced.

We had a great time parasailing with H2O sports. Very effortless with booking, checking in and enjoying the experience.If you drive yourself it’s in a shopping center parking lot, super tight and really busy.Also, bring cash to tip the crew, they deserve it.

We get there, check in, they put you on a boat get you to main area. Once we get to the next spot they tell me a have another hour wait because they are behind (its called over booking) set in the sun for a hour watching the jet ski go around in this little circle for a half hour thinking this is what i paid for?! Save yourself the money and do something else, their other activities did look fun and didnt seem to have that long of wait.I dont need to sit on a crowded boat to see the views of diamond head, its Hawaii, you can see it everywhere. Plus thats no excuse for over booking the jet ski tour. As you noticed be there response they dont care if you wait around they make some bullsh!t excuse why!

H2O sports showed us a great time. They Captain and crew knew how to make the trip enjoyable. They also provided the pics. A Must Do in Oahu.

Had lots of fun and staff was great but my 3pm parasailing didnt happen until nearly 5pm. Im glad I didnt have anything scheduled afterwards. Plus, we waited on a floating platform with no water nor restroom. Poor planning or greedy scheduling, idk. But they should fix it.

Really loved all the guides and support staff. We went parasailing and jet skis and it was so much fun! 30 min was the perfect amount of time on the jet ski (not too long, not too short). Would definitely recommend this to everyone to try. We didn’t have to wait very long for the 2nd activity/jet skis even though there were a lot of ppl on the boat. We spent the wait time enjoying watching others fall off the banana boat :)Took off 1 star because of the photo/videos ordeal. Like other reviews mentioned, they charge a hefty premium for videos/photos (almost like paying for a professional photographer for an event) and don’t allow you to bring your phone while jet skiing. Our camera/video chip got swapped with another party so we didn’t have a chance to see any pics or videos of the experience. I’d also recommend they lower the prices... more ppl would actually buy the package if they priced this reasonably and didn’t feel like it was a rip off.Besides the last point, still loved the experience and would 100% recommend!

This place deserves more stars than shown! I booked this through a recommendation by a friend for parasailing and Im so glad I chose them. Booking was made through phone call, they were able to accommodate us 3 days before our apt.I was worried due to the recent negative reviews. However, when we arrived on Saturday, the staff were very welcoming and sweet! It wasnt busy at all when we arrived.Me and my boyfriend and another couple did a 2pm apt and omg it was so much fun! I heard some companys dont dip you in the water but our staff dipped us twice!It is a quick trip, but worth every penny.TIPS:- Go before 2pm! (we were toasting in the sun!) it was a very hot day- Buy the picture and video packet! They take photos of you and a go pro shot from the moment you leave and the moment you come back- tip your boat staff, they work hard and dip you into the ocean

Not a very good experience, I’ve done jet ski many times before, but this time wasn’t fun at all, they make you go in a circle over and over, it was like 8 jet skiers were chasing after each others, not fun at all, very disappointed, for the price you pay, you expect more.

Originally booked a parasailing trip with another company. On the day of the activity, we were notified to check in with this company which turns out to be a nightmare. We signed up for a 11:30 tour which is supposed to end at 1pm but in reality we did not get to parasailing until 2pm and did not finish until 3:30pm. Had to cancel all afternoon plans. The coordination and logistics was horrible.

Reading the reviews is definitely key. For the money, find somewhere else. The set up was very weird. Our reservation was at 2. They took us in a boat to another boat, said we had to wait an hour to ride jetskis. The platform was in the middle of the water. There was no shade, no water, we were just sitting there waiting for 2 groups to finish. Once we got on our jetskis they said we only had 30mins. We couldn’t take any pictures on the jetskis, they make you use their gopros then charge $10 to view the pictures. Not. worth. it. Nice staff, just inconsiderate.

Great place and awesome staff with the exception of the gentlemen on the parasailing boat. One of the men was a White American from Las Vegas. His energy was very off putting and a bit rude. It’s these kind of transplants that give a place and an experience a bad vibe. The native driving the boat wasn’t very great either, but he wasn’t as bad as the American.. and while it’s parasailing which means you’re floating in the air they got a kick out of donking my boyfriend and I in water about 3x which wouldn’t haven’t been bad if we weren’t the only ones they chose to do that to multiple times.. from observation they did it only once to people for the sake of funny footage, but I just thought it was strange we were singled out on the boat we were on. I suppose maybe he has a disdain for POC? which would be odd because he lives here in Hawaii but that wouldn’t be the first time a White person moved to a country of POC and disliked the ppl there, right? Lol I can’t pinpoint the issue but they left a sour taste in our mouth. Everyone else was great and super nice!

I am terrified of heights, but this was surprisingly pleasant.

This was a huge disappointment for our kids. It was supposed to be a 45 min parasailing. Turned into 3.5 hours moving from one boat to another for a total of two min in the air. So not worth it!

The only bad thing was having to listen to a customer carry on for 10 minutes like a broken record saying “the wind has been the same all day” because she was too stupid to realize H20 canceled her reservation at the last minute for her family’s own safety. Dont usually write reviews, my 3 Daughters did love the jet skis & would do it again, but after i payed $250 dollars ($350+aus).On the boat they were told they should have goggles for safety at $10US Dollars each so they can see properly , surely for SAFETY this should be included as the life jacket are, we payed before and you think this should be included in the price or recommend at the counter, more about making money as the lady wasnt happy we didnt want photos either. I think because its a tourist destination they think they can rip people off,and they do.*************One day after Kathy gave us free photos as a nice gesture, I thank her for reaching out to us ,.I hope they see my point and be a bit more up front at the counter, Thanks

Fun fun

I visited with my family and another family. We both have 2 kids ages 14 and 12. We had the best day with H20 sports. The activities are perfect for teenagers and adults alike. The staff was welcoming and super friendly. I also loved that they captured a lot of our memories on video and photos. The experience was wonderful and I could not recommend it enough. Thanks.

Jet ski was a bit boring. Course is a small circle and you don’t go very fast. Banana boating was really fun and exciting. Andre was an awesome driver. He went faster when we asked him to. He will help you fall in the water if you want to. The guys in the barge were friendly enough. Overall jet ski - 3 stars, banana boat - 5 stars

It is my first time to ride on a Jetski and it was one the best feeling ever! The course is only in a small circle and you don’t go very fast, it is part of their safety protocol. The Banana boat was really fun and chill. Overall, I love the place and the activities but the customer service needs a little bit of improvement.

All of the staff were REALLY nice, but i think it just wasnt worth the money. 200 bucks for 15 minutes with the jetpack. it took that long to start to get the hang of it. it was actually pretty boring because youre just in learn mode. if i was able to get two or three more turns, then maybe the price would be justified.also i had to sign a waiver. no biggie, right? except it included a hold harmless agreement even in cases of negligence by H2O or faulty equipment

Such a well run operation. Could not have been happier with the service and safety considerations. Loved the shuttle boat ride to the launch platform. Friendly staff. Parasailing was exciting and the view worth every moment. The water was so blue.

Took my 6yr old daughter out for her 1st ride on Jet ski. She loved it. Was about a half HR ride and all had a good time. They put camera on Jet ski to record it so she will have it when shevos older to remember her Hawaii visit. Pricing was average and not excessive. Thanks

My husband and I went to Hawaii in August and the H2O water sports was a waste of time and money. At least for the jet pack experience. Plus we had to pay $30 just so i could go on the boat and watch my husband. We also called the morning of to ask if we needed to bring anything like goggles or anything else and they said no and then when we got there they suggested he wear goggles and we would need to rent a pair for $10. When instead they could have told us to bring ours when we called ahead to ask. We do not recommend this for a hawaii activity. They charge you for every little thing they can.

We had reservations at 8 AM , they called and canceled and changed it to 11:Am while I wanted to use my rest of day in other place, so I had no choice, they ruined one of my day in Honolulu it takes for ever to get to the lake because they do their activity not in the ocean but in the lake. The banana bait was like beIng in a regular boat nothing exciting I do not recommend this company if you want to stick your plan in Hawaii and get the most from your trip. You have to put the whole day for them because they don’t have any plans and schedule

I went to Oahu recently for the first time, and H2O Sports made the trip one of the best of my life! I had the best time going out on their boats and seeing the beauty of the island at sunset. The staff was SO kind and didnt care that we took dozens and dozens of photos - and they even showed us the turtle cleaning station underwater where we saw sea turtles coming and going. H20 Sports is a MUST if you are on Oahu!!

My husband and I had a great time jetskiing with H2O; they had a triangle setup for you to race around with, and the jet skiis themselves seemed new and nice. The first jetski my husband got was broken but they quickly replace it, so he was happy.The only thing that I didnt love was how desperate the staff on the water seemed for tips..

H2O provides such an amazing experience for everyone! From under water, to in the sky and all the water sports in between. They are all incredibly patient, and understanding of people who are wimps (ahem: me), and dont push you to do something youre not comfortable with.I will be making a day with them a priority every time I am in Hawaii!

We went 2 times with them. First time, parasail. Second time, snorkeling, bumper tubing, and scuba diving ( the best experience for me). The staff are friendly and great. We had a problem with our reservation, it was Expedias problem, and the manager was super nice and helpful.I def recommend this place.

We had a blast. Neither myself or fiancee have ever been parasailing before. For me it was a face your fear experience because I hate water. We would do it again.

The services are incredibly over priced for a short amount of time. We went jet skiing and parasailing. The Jet Ski route was just driving around a small triangle and the jet skis were very slow. As for the parasailing, the worker did not give any service unless he was tipped. Very rude person. Tips are to be given at the end of the experience but that person expected it before. Did not even acknowledge us because we didnt give a tip in the beginning like some of the other foreigners. Moreover, not only is the initial cost expensive , they have tip jars on every part of the experience and you can see that alot of the workers are only giving service to those who tip. Avoid this place, it is a money grab.

Another great experience in Hawaii.We did the extreme para-sailing, we really had a good time. The experience was very calm we could enjoy a beautiful view and even see dolphins and sea turtles.On the negative side, we didnt stay up 12-15 minutes but only 8!!! We did not go as high as written in the brochure, and we had to wait more than 1 hour!50$ to get photos and videos is outrageous!

People are great. The rides are just long enough. And a shuttle goes back and forth so when you are done you dont have to and wait for everyone else. It is well worth the money.

These guys were great. Did the parasailing and jet ski. Had a blast and the guys working were very hospitable and friendly. If you want to do some play time with the family and you have the money (it is a little pricey), I recommend H2O.

Parasailing and scuba diving rocked! It was awesome, however our experience with sea breeze was not great. We started at 8:30am filling out papers to head out and didnt actually parasailing till 11:30. They split our group of 8 in half and the others didnt get to go til we got back. Then we went scuba diving. Which was actually through a different company (island divers) and it was much better. I will not give business to sea breeze again. Island divers was great though. Go there for scuba diving.

We went jet skiing and everyone was SUPER nice, customer service was amazing BUT only giving 3 stars because the jet skiing experience was subpar. You end up jet skiing on a course which is 3 buoys in the shape of a triangle and it got real boring real fast. I understand why they do that but it was anticlimactic

Had a great time parasailing, staff was super friendly and funny. Free courtesy shuttle picked up on time from hotel in Waikiki. Boat ride out was enjoyable. Shuttle boat driver was friendly and made the ride out and back quick and fun. The speed boat driver was equally great, giving us a great view of the ocean and island. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend for couples to do while in Hawaii. Professional photos + GoPro footage was available after the event. Would recommend checking out.

All of the staff were friendly, respectful, an inviting. The fellas out on the water are vey laid back, knowledgeable, and safety conscious. My mom and I both enjoyed all three activities(jetski, parasail, bumberboat). I would recommend to anyone that wants to leave with a giant smile on their face. Also Iwould recommend getting off your phone, enjoy the view, swim in the pool while you wait relax and have fun.

I paid $110 for one water activity!! Strongly recommend you go upstairs across the dock any 3 watersport activities for $99

Might wanna look at some other company-Guys at the ski are 5* - interactive, responsive.Transportation service 2* - delay- need to wait for other people based on their schedule, if you have your transportation- will save a couple hours.Staff and office 3* do their busy work- small narrow space.Photo - video - 1* poor quality and variation- high price. They could take video/ phot while someone is taking a lap.Might find a better one.

The office staff were rude and misleading. After a 2.5 hour wait... we went parasailing. The guys on that boat were great. A very nice sail once we got to do it.

Dont be fooled by the videos they have online; those videos have nothing to do of what you will experience. Did the Jetpack at the beginning of January 2015. Reservation time was changed by 1 1/2 hours, which was wasted time for us. Equipment was modified and missing pieces. Only had two helmets, of which neater one would fit me; had to put rags into the helmet to make it somewhat fit. The throttle and safety switch was removed (this was controlled by a guy on a jet ski); this made it extremely difficult to keep your balance while above the water. The leg supports were also missing, which made it even worse to keep balance. Watched a 20 minute safety + instructional video, just to be told by the instructor that none of that would apply. The agreed price for pictures and video was also changed after the ride. I would highly recommend this ride with a different company. Very unprofessional company overall.
