This is the second car I have bought from Crown Motors, and the second good salesman and sales process.Obed (Obie) is very good at what he does. He mostly listens and talks when needed. I would suggest him to anyone in the Holland area looking for any type of vehicle, new, used, any make or model, because Crown has them all, and Obie will get it for you. You review according to good service, or bad service. How about no service? Weve had our Pilot for 2 years, been a great vehicle. Needed tires and the alignment checked before we left on vacation. I was told to talk to Jordan. Left a voice mail, stating the urgency. Still havent heard a word. Tomorrow will be a week. Ended up getting tires from Best one. Pathetic

We leased a 2nd car from Trevor at Crown Motors this week. Hes great to work with and super friendly. We worked with him back in December to lease our other car and because of his great service in December we requested to work with him again. The entire team at Crown Motors is wonderful to work with.

Recently needed to get a bigger vehicle for our family. We went to several dealerships and were surprised by the lack of customer service that other dealers provided. The female service technicians there operate by a double standard. I had one tech repeatedly call me “Honey“ over and over again. Mind you, if the roles were reversed, and I were to call her “honey“, I would be so fired!

Most of the people from whom Ive bought cars from were much less acquainted with the vehicle they were selling me, but Chase was well informed of the features and standard equipment. I recently traded in a lease for an FJ Cruiser and I have to say, overall my experience was just great. There was a little miscommunication between my salesman and I around signing which was a little unfortunate. BUT, a month after buying the car, he gets ahold of me and told me that it was supposed to come with extra off road tires and wheels and that I could come buy anytime and pick them up... no charge. They could’ve easily sold them and made A quick $1000, but instead they honored their end of the deal, even though I had forgotten all about it. Andrew was a great salesman. Really appreciated his attitude. Gerard was a fantastic financing accountant as well. He even drove to me (an hour away!!!) to help me resign on some paperwork. This dealership definitely puts its money where it’s mouth is, even when the customer (myself) is being annoying. Thank you so much for the wonderful vehicle guys!!! I couldn’t be happier.

Just got home with my new Honda Civic EX-L! I hate buying cars, but Chase Chambers from Crown Honda sure changed my attitude around. He is not playing around when he says its worth the drive (an hour for me) to do business with him. We tried several dealerships asking for bottom line best offer but they all wanted to play the game. Chase was straight up with us the whole time and got the deal done. I recently leased 2 vehicles from Crown. The first was a non-event and the sales team was more-or-less responsive. The second more expensive vehicle was not what I’d expect after purchasing 2 vehicles in a 5 week window. The new car arrived without a working second key, the license plate didn’t have the recreation passport although we requested it, the dealership failed to follow up with Honda Finance and I ended up paying for 2 cars at the same time. I made multiple calls to the team and was treated like an inconvenience.I guess I should have observed the red flags. The carpeted floor similar to when my dad got his 1985 Oldsmobile, the lack of a follow up asking how the car was performing and most alarmingly no purchase survey from Honda Corporate.I tried to follow up with the sales manager but that went radio silent as well. Be cautious.

I would go back again, I was helped out when I had issues with my suv. Took a while to get ahold of someone who could actually help, but they got me all set and good to go.

Very disappointed. Our vans doors no longer open, and know we needed a dealership to fix it.Had them look at a few other things. The amount charged is outrageous! $500 quote a fix my mechanic can do for $300 and then to simply allow me to open my van doors is over $600 and no help or payment plans- this not being able to fix it.And we traveled 30 min just to get the van there.Super super disappointed and will never go back. Or recommend their service. Nice guy, but prices are awful and now my kids are stuck climbing out the trunk to get in and out!We have no other choice without a payment plan!!! Very disappointed. No military help either for a war veteran and army man. Very very very disappointed.

I shopped pretty hard for used vehicles for a few weeks and Crown Motors was near the top in customer service. I worked with Kerry Wheeler. He was considerate, listened, available when needed, and very personable. They worked with me to get a vehicle and pricing in my ranges. Ultimately I bought somewhere else who gave me a slightly better price, but Id definitely consider working with them for my next vehicle.

Now his choice in football teams are sub par, but his customer service and attention to detail are well above average. The whole process took about a week, as my wife kept changing her mind on what car she liked/wanted. The whole time Eddy returned our calls/texts with questions we had, called and let us know of any new cars that might fit my wife’s criteria, and also helped us figure out the best way to finanace our new car. Im not going to BS the reader, you know they put these guys (and occasionally gals) through salesman training and some of that popped up now and again but there was another element to it. Eddie wasnt sleazy, he wasnt pushy, he wasnt demanding or aggressive.He knew what I was there for and (and this is key) wanted to help *me* achieve my goal. There are sales people that sit you down and you know, you just know, they view you as another mark on the calendar, another day another dollar. Salesmen who view you as a means to an end.Thats not Eddie. It became obvious early on that Eddie wasnt in the business of selling cars, he was in the business of helping people and this was how he was going to do it. And thats why I say go to Eddie.Because I can tell you right now Eddie is going to have a long LONG career in this business so its best for *you* to build a professional relationship with the man while you have the opportunity. So that years down the road, however many cars later, you have a guy you can turn to and say Thats the guy I can trust. Hes the one whos got my back.Eddie Rodriguez. All I can say is that this place is a mixed bag. Sometimes I get great service. Sometimes they make simple mistakes like forgetting to put valve caps on my tires or over torque my bolts or do add on services without consulting me first. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Paid to have EPC censor fixed. Censor came on today. Kinda funny how my last review got deleted. Brought my VW in for diagnostic check. Was quoted $1600 to fix. Second I drove off the lot issue was still there!!! Now being quoted $5600. I would of scrapped the car and now I’m out the $1600. Was also told by the employee they would make it right after they failed to even test drive the car before telling me it was fixed. Still waiting for that to happen. My car still over heats and doesn’t go in to gear and loses oil. I was told was fixed in text messages. Just don’t get it.

I ordered a part for my Honda on 12.26.19. I was told it would be in today 12.27.19, between 9:00am to 9:30am. Went to pick up the part. Was directed to the Parts Department. Went to the window where a man behind a computer told me it would just be a second and someone would be with me. 6 minutes later and still no one waited on me. Even though I saw two other people back there and the man on the computer just sat there behind his computer. So I left without the part. What a piss poor way to run a business. Crown Honda has no respect for a persons time. I could NOT ever recommend Crown Honda to get your parts from. Instead I will go to Betten Baker Honda in Muskegon or Serra Honda in Grandville to get the part. AJ

On 12/27, my sister and I were driving home to Wisconsin on 196 when we hit a patch of ice and slid off the road. The car was stuck in the snow and wouldnt start. We were towed to Crown Honda to have it checked out. Melissa was so helpful and efficient in getting the car looked at and making sure we were comfortable while we waited. It had been a stressful day but Melissa went above and beyond to make sure we were treated extremely well. The service was excellent and Melissa is a real asset to Crown Honda. Thank you.

Completely dishonest people. All about the sale! Make promises they cant keep. Dissatisfied after I purchased a brand new vehicle that they said I could pick up in 2 business days. 2 business days became 2 weeks and at the end of the day, I had to compromise the car I truly desired for something they had on the lot in order to NOT wait any longer for the original. Ridiculous process, irritating employees, and no compassion for people. Would advise you check other dealership options before buying a new car at this location. Not impressed!!!

After totaling my Civic in a hit n run I knew I would be needing another vehicle and wanted to cash in on some Honda incentives that were expiring the weekend I bought the car. I had the pleasure of working with Erik Lee and the Crown Honda team on leasing a 2018 Honda Fit EXL. From pricing to service I couldnt have had a better experience! I was injured in the crash (and couldnt drive the car myself) and he was kind enough to offer to send someone to pick up my fiance and I in Kalamazoo so the fiance could drive the car home. Didnt end up taking the offer of the ride thanks to family, but really did appreciate it. When we did get there my fiance had engine/transmissions questions Erik could not answer, but gladly took him straight to a repair tech. Fiance left happy. Everything was clearly explained and super easy. Highly recommend!

Service is not timely. My 3 year old (2015) vehicle that I just purchased a month ago from Crown wont start until the 4th/5th try. Probably a faulty starter as it eventually turns over. It will be 17 days before they even have an opening for my vehicle. The receptionist I talked to really did not sound like she cared.Poor customer service.

I took my accord in there for recall parts. Which they did but trying to convince me to get my car tune up through them was irritating. I turned them down 3 times knowing getting your car fixed through a dealer is more expensive.The lady at the front desk got snippy at me because I was reading what I was signing. She did a huff and got a sudden tone. Lady....you should always read what you sign...Always.

They always take good care of my Mazda. And they always wash it.

VERY POOR SERVICE.Scheduled an oil change appt for 12:30, showed up for my appt at 12:20 (early) they did not take my car back until 12:45pm and then to compelte the oil change it took 1.15 hours. I was there waiting for a total of 1.5 hours total. I asked what was taking so long and no one seemed to care or ackd the fact that it had taken this long.I normally go to Crown Toyota on Chicago drive, Ive never waited for more than 30 minutes there.Never again will I be back to Crown Honda.

Worst place in the world. When they lie about something they say sorry the person that helped you isnt here today and when they try transferring you to them they never answer. But when you go there no one is on there phone. Im done with crown motors take 3days to fix my nissan alternator ? All Im saying is DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM CROWN MOTORS.
