All of them seemed like genuine people and that made me feel comfortable. There is no one else I would rather go to from now on. Reasonable pricing, and timing to get the job done. Ive always had a great experience at JJs and they charge a reasonable price for quality work. The paint looks better than it did when my car was brand new, and both the interior and exterior of the car were cleaner than when I brought it in. JJs is the best!

Very helpful! I was having battery problems and they jumped my car and cleaned up my battery no charge. They were very clear about not wanting to scam me or make me buy a new battery when I did not need to. Also they promised to even come to my house and jump my car and then bring me to a mechanic if it didn’t start again. Very honest, very kind. Highly recommend for any auto body needs.

The owner quoted us , very reasonable prices, but even more he did something you do not see know. He helped us decide whether it was cost effective to do the repairs on a used depreciated vehicle, even though he might not have gotten the job. That is Honesty. any type of body work that i will need in the future will automatically go to him. Kudos

The man working there laid out my options and got it fixed in no time further more he knew a way to do it so it came out much less than i expected. this helped me out a bunch big thumbs up to good service and competence!

I had backed into the garage door with my lift gate and it was having trouble closing and opening. The dealer recommended an auto body shop in Grand Rapids that wanted to replace the ENTIRE lift gate. This would have been at least a couple of thousand of dollars. JJ fixed my tailgate without replacing it, and the cost was a fraction of replacing the liftgate. So I recommend JJs as an honest, knowledgeable mechanic.

I would give this place a 5 out of 3 if I could! I was in Holland for work training for 4 weeks with a few coworkers, so I figured it would be a good opportunity to get some work done while I had the availability to catch a ride with someone else. I was SO impressed with the work Juan and his team did. I usually go to a mom & pop shop back home that Im loyal to, but I would come back to Holland just for auto body work! Not only did they perfectly complete the work at a great price (I would have readily paid close to double), but they cleaned my car while they were at it. Tire shine, windows done in and out, vacuumed the carpet, wiped down the dash. Even when I showed up and noticed a few scratches in the sun, they whisked my car away and it those were done 15 minutes later. Not only did they do a great job, but Juan was so personable, easy to talk to, explained the work, and treated his employees with respect. I would come back in a heartbeat!
