The motorhome I own is used and the previous owner kept meticulous records and receipts and I found that he had Hill county auto to do most of the maintenance on it so while traveling through Texas I decided to have them take care of inspecting my brakes and do the service on my generator and after meeting with the guys at the shop I can understand why the previous owner used Hill county auto repair, not only was everyone very friendly they were extremely professional and helpful in every aspect of what they would do and if anything else was required they would contact me and let me know but luckily nothing else was required. The price I was quoted for the required work needed was very reasonable and nothing else was needed to be done for now but because of how friendly and accommodating everyone was I am going to try and make it that when required maintenance is needed I will try to be traveling through their area and have them do it. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs practically anything done for their vehicles to go and see the people at Hill county auto.

The team at HCAC is extremely dedicated in solving all problems that may occur with our automobiles. They have never performed any service that was unneeded or had not been preapproved by us. Scheduled oil change. Sent a reminder by text. Oil change and in all the check points they found a filter that needed replacing.Also rotated my tires and found a nail in a low tire. If you buy your tires there the flats are fixed free of charge. Rotation at no extra charge. They will send a reminder when my car needs servicing.

I went in for a state inspection. I am an owner of an automotive repair shop in Kennedale Tx. This place has a professional appearance. Since I have been in automotive repair as a certified master tech for over 50 years and understand the business from the inside out, I can tell that this is a place I would recommend to friends. I took my daughters first car to get the air conditioning repaired and the timing belt replaced. They said that the mechanic would thoroughly check the car for all problems and text me the results. It took more than the day promised. The quote for the work was too high. The report said that the tires were old and that it had a hole in the tail pipe. No mention of the ac, parking brake that did not work or rust on the frame. I went to get it the next day after it rained. The mechanic had opened the sunroof. There was standing water in the car. The manager charged me $129 for the report and accused me of leaving the sunroof open. I do not open roof or window when driving. I had to ride home with a wet backside! I called the owner and he apologized. No offer to refund $ paid or offer to help dry the interior. I would not recommend them to anyone.

From an out-of-town customer...I called them with an emergency at the end of the day on a Friday, and they helped get me a towing service, and took care of my car. Very friendly and helpful, and definitely a great place! Thank you so much!

My family moved From Waxahachie to Hillsboro in December and in need of a good mechanic. We have four vehicles so we wanted to establish a good relationship with a local business. After reading reviews for Hill County auto care we decided to give them a try. They squeezed in an oil change and inspection for us on a very busy Monday. We then proceeded to let them take a look at a van we had been having random cylinder misfires on for about six months. Two other mechanics had tried fixing the problem. We had all coils and plugs replaced, egr, timing belt and water pump, fuel pump, and intake manifold plenum gasket replaced. The problem persisted. After leaving the van with Hill county auto care for a few days they found clogged egr ports and cleaned them. The price was very fair and our van is still free of check engine lights!
