Had my 2007 Corolla in for a grab bag of necessary repairs and what a difference!Car is running smoothly,so much quieter, which I admit, surprised me; funny how we become enured to those knocks and pings.Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful, and the charges for all the repairs were very reasonable.I especially like supporting local business, and when they are this good, it makes for an easy choice.

We recently had our family minivan—which suddenly began misfiring—repaired by Integrity. The ultimate cause was rare for the age of the vehicle (blown head gasket on a six year old engine), but there were symptoms that suggested simpler causes (plugs and coils needed to be replaced), so of course we tried the more likely fix first. While its never fun to hear that the straightforward interventions didnt fix the problem, the Integrity crew brought me along with the process of continuing to troubleshoot in a very transparent way, presented my options in understandable terms without jargon, and went way above and beyond to give us a solid fix while staying cost-sensitive.After picking up the vehicle (cleaned and washed, a great surprise), I immediately scheduled our other car for service—its hard to find a shop that builds so much trust during a tough experience like this, and theyve made a customer for life.

This outfit was recommended by another mechanic. I ran into a misfire problem that I couldnt diagnose. Though it did take longer than originally quoted, they did find the problem. Unfortunately the fix would have cost more than the car was worth. Phil and Rob were up front about the issues and at no time tried any up selling of diagnostics I didnt need. I liked the text messages with a link to their findings and solutions. The price was fair for the work performed. I will use their services again.

Let me start off by saying, nobody touches my truck... having worked, managed and been deeply vested in the automotive world; specifically in aftermarket for almost 20 years... I do all my own work.But things happen, and my transfer case let go on me about 5 hours away from my home. Not left with a lot of options, I left my truck with a local highly rated shop in that area. I had some specific requests on what parts they use, other than that, left it to them to get it back to 100%After over 6 weeks of waiting, they said they had it finished and was ready to pick up. So rent a car, drive across the state, only to see the job was done but just enough... linkage was backward, other parts were not used and were not holding up to the trucks power. I did drive home thankfully.Upset, called and to their benefit, they recommend integrity as they were close to my location and they would take care of any issues they had messed up in cost wise. And they MADE GOOD in this promise.I reached out to these guys and I immediately felt some reassurance. I spoke specifically on what parts I needed in my truck, they did not even bat a eye at the request...Within 3 days... 3! I had my truck back, correct parts in, and all the minor issues I found fixed.I still continue to turn my own wrenches, however if anyone asks, I have no hesitation to send anyone here for work

Great mechanic shop that does good work at a stellar price. Very honest with the work they do. They will tell you what has to get done now and the things that can wait a while. Doctor Rob is very friendly and straightforward person. The videos and pictures of my car that he sends me, after the diagnostics, gives me insight into whats going with my car and give me control over my car.It really gives me a sense that he is working for me. To make a long story shorter, I was visiting my daughter in Hillsboro, I’m from California. Her car needed repair and I wanted to help with that. There was a parasitic drain on my car battery for a couple of years. Dr Rob at Integrity Auto Care was willing to diagnose it, found the problem and solved it within a few days. It was a great outcome considering I had not had any luck from visits to other workshops. I commend Dr Rob for his persistence and transparent conversations, and recommend folks to check him out.

This was our first time using Integrity Auto Care and we will use them again when our car needs some care in the future! Our interaction with Angie in the front office is always a pleasure! Working with Brad to understand the issue our car was having was also really easy... he is kind, genuine and explains things in a way that makes them easy to understand but he doesn’t talk to you like you are a dummy! Had an electrical issue that would not allow my 98 Jeep Wrangler Sport to start. Had no crank, no start. I did about 3 days worth of diagnostic work, it seemed there was a problem between the Clutch Pedal Position Switch and the starter. I called Integrity and Rob explained how he would diag the issue and assured me he would find the problem with his diagnostic tool. It took him less than a day to find out it was the after market alarm system that was installed. He removed it and the Jeep started. He also cleaned up the wiring Rats nest under the dash board. He was real good about returning calls either via text or by phone. I plan to bring my Jeep to him with any other issues I have. I would recommend Integrity to anyone who needs something done to their vehicles.

I was very distressed. My husband is seriously ill and in the hospital. My car was repaired but sitting behind other cars. I started crying. The owner, god bless him comforted me. He was so kind and got my car out right away. How nice to have a business with the human touch and not just a dollar sign. My car runs great. You cant go wrong at this auto repair.

Amazing people. They helped me arrange drop-off outside their normal business hours and kept me informed on every step of the repair. They sent me pictures and videos as they worked on my car. 1997 Honda Odyssey Van 250,000milesExcellent customer service! Very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining what the problems are. Replaced the radiator and thermostat, replaced outer tie rod, replaced seals for transmission and other transmission maintenance, performed break system flush, and replaced harmonic balancer. The car is running well.

Overall, I got the impression that the place is competent but way too expensive. I received a qoute to replace valve body for $1,500 and used replacement part. I ordered the part online (barnd new not used) and total cost was $1,100. Labor cost me $250 at the dealership, while the shop qouted 570. They seem to be competent as they correctly identified the problem. The prices dont make sense. More expensive than dealer at least that was my case.

After careful consideration and reviewing the work this shop did on both of my cars, I cant give them 5 stars for the reasons I will disclose shortly.First car I brought them was my 2007 Ford Mustang, I was referred to them by a transmission guy who wanted me to get the electrical checked out on the car, since he thought it was not a transmission issue. I left the car with them in the month of July, shared all the mishaps I was having with the car and what had been worked on already.Right off the bat, the communication wasnt all that great I had to call the office 3 times before I finally got an answer. Sure they were so backed up apparently that the importance or urgency I had I guess had to wait. Once I got a response and a message with a bunch of information I never asked for nor wanted to know, I was told that it was the cars transmission and nothing could be done. Apparently they had to do a Level 2 diagnostic, and it was almost 300 dollars just for them to write out the following:All electronics on transmission test out okay the technician advanced to level II diag. and he hooked up the scan tool and he scanned the system for codes and there were multiple codes present see the BOT inspection. The technician then kept the scanner hooked up to the vehicle and he monitored all the electronic data in the transmission section while performing an extended test drive. He paid close attention to the data coming from shift selector switch and noted that all the inputs looked correct as he cycled the transmission selector switch through all the gears. He also monitored all the inputs and outputs of the transmission system and all the data was correct as well. Recommendation: Replace transmission assembly.So they didnt explain what any of that meant, and I had to look up the codes myself, to figure out what they all meant. Then after they informed me of the car transmission needing replacement they asked for there payment immediately and when I was going to pick up the car (mind you it isnt running well at this point.) They were however nice enough to hold onto the car due to circumstance, and I also educated them that I would be bringing them my 2007 BMW.In August I brought them my 2007 335i, I asked them for the following:Oil change, replace the 2 front lower control arms, an alignment, and a few other things. Mind you when it was done, I never received a video like I had on the Mustang which I didnt request on either car, once I did pick up the car and paid them a total of $1689.80 for both cars, I left thinking everything was fine.Not only did they put my safety in danger by not tightening a bolt on correctly that well was basically controlling my tire but, they acted like it was no big deal. I had to go back and have them find out why my right front passenger tire was popping in and out of place. They tell me it was a loose bolt and the gentlemen who they let work on my car apparently didnt care anymore, because he was leaving so I suppose he decided not to do a very good job. Come to find they never did an alignment which I had asked for and they had also recommended a transmission fluid flush which YOU DO NOT DO ON BMWs.As for my 2007 Mustang after replacing the torque converter and rewiring, and finding faulty cables, the car runs just fine. No transmission rebuild or replacement was needed. So I paid almost $300 for a fancy description and incorrect diagnosis, and the rest I paid for a job that ended up putting me in danger. In any case if you wanted to give them a try and have more luck than I did I wish you the best of luck!

Ya know, I dont really ever leave a review at places I go, most reviews tend to be questionable on whether theyre real or not so I like to ignore them all together but this place is definitely worth trusting, the people working there are super chill and cool, the work they did on my audi a6 is solid and its working like when I got it off the dealer again, as far as price goes for things Im not sure I have the best 2 cents to put, seeing how this is my 1st car and its an audi but I definitely paid less than I was afraid I was going too.Definitely hit this place up if you need something worked on or even checked 👌.

My 2013 Ford F-150 has been less than stellar the last 7-8 months. Integrity Auto has always solved my issues in a timely, professional and honest manner. I highly recommend Integrity for all auto repairs.

Long story short, I paid these guys 135.00 to tell me I had a dead battery. It took them 2 days to find that out. For them to replace it would’ve cost me over 300(that’s including the stupid 135 “diagnostic fee”) ...for a battery. Said no thanks, jump started it myself and left. My lesson? There are lots of reputable shops that don’t charge diagnostic fees. I’ll never come back to this place.

Although Integrity ultimately didn’t complete repairs on my vehicle they did run an awesome inspection with all the bells and whistles! The communication with Brad was fantastic and forgive me for forgetting the front desk gals name. She let me take more than one of your pens! 😁I will recommend integrity at every opportunity! I had taken my car to the stealership, as well as a performance shop, and another mechanic shop for an intermittent issue. PCM was replace 2x but still had the issue with my car. Finally after being recommended to them I took my car in. They went in depth and isolated where the issue was. Got it fixed and my car has been running great ever since. I have had a wonderful experience with Integrity. They have saved me from a miserable situation couple days ago when I need help.Couple days ago while I was driving back home, the windshield wiper on the drivers side stopped working suddenly. It was 5pm and the rain was pouring down on my way home. What makes my situation even worse was that I have left my wallet at home and didnt carry any cash, credit card, or check with me. I managed to stop my car in front of Integrity and rushed into their store asking for help. The people in the store were extremely nice. They comforted me and reassured me that they are going to help me. It turned out that one of the screws is loose, which makes the wiper malfunction. They fixed the problem for me without charging me a dime. I had a mysterious problem going on which caused my car to perform poorly for several weeks with no engine light on. I stopped in at a parts store to see if they had any guess. They gave it their all and finally suggested I try Integrity, pointing out that they are really smart at detecting and correcting problems. ...and very honest. Since they are right on my way to and from work, I decided to give them a try. Everyone was so helpful, incredibly courteous and very good at communicating with me, a woman. They got my car in right away, and took care of it painlessly. Then they picked me up from shopping and brought me back to pick up my car. I wish I would not have waited as long as I did to get it taken care of. I did not need to stress after all.

I went in for a heater core issue on my jeep. They were very knowledgeable and happy to explain things, they offered to fix the problem via a cheaper and quicker solution (rather than just starting with a total replacement and more money for themselves) and had incredible customer service the entire time. Worked with us until we were 100% satisfied.

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE. If you take your car in to get one simple thing fixed or checked, they will somehow charge you for a whole bunch of other jobs that you didnt even request for. Also be warned that they charge a shop supplies fee even if you go in for a simple job like a headlight replacement. They dont disclose all their hidden fees upfront, so be warned from what they quote you to what you actually have to pay. More like Home of the Dishonest Car Doctors.Note the owners response: Job had nothing to do with a headlight replacement, but to have some wires added to the battery. There were no issues, so it was purely a cash grab when they claimed that a diagnostic needed to be performed.

Rob, you and your people are my heroes today. Today when we came by to to have you look at my radio really quick, you stopped everything that you were doing to fix it so I could have music for my road trip this weekend.My boys are especially happy because now they don’t have to listen to me sing made up songs about nothing just to fill the quietness in the car. It was brutal not to have music, as I always have the radio on 🙂

Rob and his team are top notch. When I called because my brakes were squeaking and grinding, they offered a free full inspection. They then sent me an estimate of the repairs needed and Brad, the service manager, called and reviewed everything in detail with me. Not knowing much about car mechanics, he explained it all very well in laymans terms. Then when an unexpected issue arose while replacing my brake pads (the caliper seized up), Rob himself stayed late after hours to work on it. They knew I was planning to head out of town and were very considerate of my time. I am very thankful for Integrity and recommend them highly!

The service they provide is second to none. On an average week I work over 60hrs and my free time is very valuable to me. Ive had a work car for the last 4yrs and recently traded it in for a car allowance but my 2009 Chevy Impala had been sitting for the majority of those 4 yrs. Integrity Auto Care helped me get my car back on the road. They did a comprehensive inspection, communicated all of the results with me and helped me decide what all needed to be done on my vehicle to be drivable and reliable. During the process with my crazy schedule they drove my car to Les Schwab for new tires for me and when they found some recalls they called ahead to the local dealership to make sure they had the parts on hand, scheduled an appointment for me, transported my car to and from the dealership then performed another inspection afterwards to ensure the vehicle was still good to go. Theyve earned a life time customer in me and Ill suggest all of my friends and family to them as well. Truly a mechanic shop you can trust and you cant beat the prices either!

I went in to get a pre-purchase inspection on a used car that I wanted to buy. Rob, the car doctor!!, was very thorough, helpful and friendly. He explained during the process whatever he was checking with the car. He and his team answered all of my questions and concern. Most importantly they were very honest and transparent. There was no pressure and no up selling services tactics. They also mentioned that they offer complimentary concierge i.e. pick and drop if needed. Definitely recommend giving them a shot if youre looking for laid back honest mechanic.

Expensive! About double the cost for the same repair compared to most other places I looked at. Service was fine, but I didnt like the fact that you had to have my car for a couple hours and tell me everything that was wrong with it just to be able to give me a crazy price quote for the one thing I wanted done. I wont waste my time with you next time, unless I win the lottery first.

Had some major problems with my car took it to a shop near me and got alot of maybes and ohh its gonna be expensive, these guys integrity auto treat your vehicle like its theirs they make sure your taken care off, they even gave me a loaner car, if you guys have any problems with your car please see these guys 1st, wont waste your time and deffinatly not your money. Integrity Auto has very friendly team members who really work with their clients to get them the best care for their vehicle. I had some shoty work done from another mechanic recently and Integrity Auto fixed what haf been done and got my Truck up and running again. They worked with us on the finacial end in such away that they were taking a huge risk. I will continue going back for all my mechanical needs. BEWARE!! driving home I saw Integrity Auto Cares shop and read the honest mechanic sign, I pulled in. The truck had failed one Single test. It was a known issue...a pcm needing to be reflashed, it was all over the internet. He would first do a full diagnostic for $90 then let us know what was found. If it was just the pcm ..cost about $350 for him to refresh it. Not only that, but they would take it and run it through DEQ for us. We thought how nice of them. All we wanted was the one thing fixed in order to pass DEQ and if we chose to fix it, the $90 would be deducted from the cost of repairs done. So we took it to them and agreed to that. Racer Rob called to tell us it wouldnt pass we needed a whole new pcm and he couldnt reflash the one in it. A couple of days later I get a call from a Jennifer, a previously unknown party, apparently does his office work. The quote was $789.50. Nope. Now it was Friday before valentines day, they had it for a week and we had plans to go to the coast and as Friday afternoon at almost 4 pm it still wasnt ready. I said fine I would check back monday. No call from them on Monday so I called about noon. No answer. I left a Facebook message as there was no machine, I left a message on Robs personal line. No answer. A couple of hours later Jennifer calls. It was done, but they hadnt gotten a chance to run it through DEQ. I was incredibly frustrated by this point and needed the second vehicle back home. I asked for a final tally. JENNIFER started him hawing and telling me that Rob has to do something special with a gas cap and that he spent an extra 3 1/2 hours on that Saturday... adding....wait for it...another almost $400 dollars to the bill for a total of around $1189.00. She started going on about Rob working on Saturday and needed to be compensated even though he hadnt bothered to ask us if the extra parts or the work he was doing was ok with us. She started backtracking and I told her wed be down to get the car being held for ransom and her guilt trip . I asked her why Rob didnt call us and advise or ask us if he could tack on more parts and more work WITHOUT mind you even bothering to call us and ask our permission. Keep in mind he spoke with Myself and my husband and told both of us the only thing that failed the diagnostic was indeed the pcm. I specifically told both of them we had a strict budget and the original quote of $789.50 was exceeding that, but we agreed to that much. So we went to pick up the truck that was being extorted for over $1100.00 now, not to mention had been in their honestshop for a week now . When we went into the office with Jennifer, Rob followed and guilt tripped us stating he made a PERSONAL JUDGEMENT by working on it WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION but wanted to be compensated for his time anyway and didnt want to bother us on our trip....nice thought but unscrupulous and infuriating! Then he gave us some song and dance about the fumes or some thing failing testing and said the DEQ pressurized the fuel tank and it would have flunked again of he hadnt fixed what he did WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. If that was the case why didnt that part flunk when i took it through the first time BEFORE i made the $1100.00 mistake to take it to him to be fixed? OH AND BTW....THE NICE GESTURE OF TAKING IT THROUGH DEQ FOR US.....YEAH NOT SO MUCH....THERE WAS A $21.00 CHARGE FOR THAT, NOT TO MENTION THEY CHARGED US FOR FUEL THEY PUT IN IT TO DRIVE AROUND ON FOR A WEEK WHEN IT HAD ALMOST A FULL TANK WHEN WE TOOK IT IN! HOW FAR DID HE HAVE TO DRIVE IT? I ACTUALLY DID THE MATH....WHEN HE CHECKED IT IN...170,077...WHEN WE GOT IT BACK....170,203!!! THATS 126 MILES FOR THREE OR FOUR DRIVE TESTS!! WAS THAT REALLY NECESSARY? NO WONDER YOU HAD TO PUT GAS IN IT!!DEMAND THAT YOU ARE CONSULTED PRIOR TO ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT YOU AUTHORIZED IS DONE! CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH JENNIFER. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!Pam and Brett Sturgeon Hillsboro, OR.

I am a DIY person, but had a shock absorber that I could not get off to replace with the other three on my 2001 GMC Jimmy SLS 2 door RWD. Integrity not only got the shock off and replaced it with the new one, but spent several hours diagnosing a Service Engine Soon light that I have had since I bought my vehicle in late July, in spite of replacing every Evap Systems component that I could get to. The 2nd level diagnostic showed that there is a malfunctioning Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. I have ordered the part and will be contacting Rob and the Integrity crew to help me drop the tank to replace the sensor, once it arrives. Rob also is excited to take on my 1994 Saturn SC1 with a driveability issue which a dealership in the area has not been able to duplicate, even though they had the car for three separate days. I highly recommend Rob and Integrity Auto Care.
