I ordered a storage online on Sunday (sight unseen). When I got to the storage with a fully loaded truck on Monday, the storage was too short length wise and didn’t have the height the sister property had. I went to the office and they just happened to have a bigger unit available; the girl was seeing it out as we pulled up. They made the transfer very easy and no hassle. I did have to pay the difference but the gentleman asked me if that was what I wanted to do vs assuming. I appreciated the customer service.

Owen was absolutely AMAZING. Super amazing company to work with. Very fast to answer any and all questions.

The process for reserving and renting a space was simple. Filled out a form with my requirements, and they contacted me within 5-10 minutes. Answered all my questions and asked me plenty of follow up questions during the phone call to make sure I knew and had what was going to be required to use their facility. The lease agreement was done online and it was a very easy process. After completing all, setting up an online account for information and payment history was very simple and user friendly.As of writing this, I have not yet used the actual facility. This review is just of their customer service and reservation process. Looking forward to following up later with details about my actual experience on site in a couple days/weeks.

The staff here are very rude and dont know how to even talk to someone correctly I went to assist a retired military man with a battery issue on his 5th. Wheel and was talked to like Im trash by the staff here very non professional I must say.

I booked my storage unit online, it was amazing! I was impressed on how streamline it was. The next business day I talked with Nate and Jerry they where very helpful with assisting with additional paperwork and questions I had. Overall 5 star service.

Ive had my storage unit for over 3.5 years. Today, when I called to make my payment I was greeted by Regina. Her customer service is exactly what an employer looks for. I cant thank her enough for the time she took to make sure my updated contract was correct and reasurring me that if I ever had any questions she would be right there to answer them. Terrible policies. I cannot park my Waverunners in storage because they are registered in my wifes name. I could list storage under her name, but then I cannot park motorcycle because its in my name. They refuse to list a married couple on account. Go somewhere else that doesnt have stupid policies.

Extra Space Storage was has such an easy access. I rented off of Stephanie Pl. so I didn’t have any busy traffic trying to get in and out. The renting process was easy. I did it online. The staff followed up with emails and phone calls to make the process even easier They furnished a lock and when I arrived everything was good to go.

I am waiting for my house to close and had to move my things into a storage unit. I was able to book a flash deal for $106 for a 10x25 unit, which is an excellent price compared to others I saw on line. When I called to pay, I was pleasantly surprised. Tanner was amazing! He shared with me that they were having a 1 month free promotion and all I ended up paying was a $24 paperwork fee and the insurance...less than $80 total!! I am so thankful to Tanner for saving me money and alleviating some of the stress of the double move process!!

Michelle was very professional and polite. She listened to my concerns and helped me to pick the right storage unit for my needs. I changed my insurance coverage after I already filled out the contract and she was very understanding and helpful. After we came and saw our unit I noticed a swamp cooler unit with some residue on it, I became concerned as I have a lot of wood items and I didnt want to risk them getting damaged. Michelle was awesome about changing our unit and was extremely understanding. she offered helpful tips for storing things and made us feel comfortable about leaving out things in storage at your facility. She is an asset to your company and I appreciated her help.

I stored my household, thought I would need two storage bins, I didnt. It was not expressed to me that they were combining two storage bins with separate walls combining them to make two storage bins. I thought it was one large bin, like they had given me previously, that I have my things stored right now. I was told they put it in the computer like that so I could not get rid of the bin unless I got rid of both of the storage spaces! Once I was told if I remove my things to another space they could help me, it took 6 men to store my things how could I move them alone. So Im paying for a storage bin that has nothing in it! What a rip off! When I move my things I will never use extra space storage again. Plus I was told they were air-conditioned they are not!

Best service Ive ever had working with a storage company Rosa at the sunset store 3008 and Tanner at the 1051 storage where i will be moving my things. Would recommend to anyone moving into Henderson or Las Vegas Nevada I will use them again

I used this storage for several years and was really happy with the service. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They are also very helpful if any issues arise. I also like that you have to enter a code going in and out. It makes things a little more secure. I highly recommend them.

I was told water cooled air conditioning would be on during hot days. I moved items out of storage on August 15 2020. The outside temp was 108. The air conditioning never came on.Our stored items had mouse poop, dead mice, and bird feathers all through out. When I spoke to management over the phone they thanked me for relaying to them about the mice and birds. No apology - no concern for the customer - NONE!!Management continued to raise the rates from $325 for two units to over $400 a month.

Everyone I spoke to was awesome. First covered space I rented was to tight to get my 35ft trailer in and the space in front of me the occupuants were 5ft over in my space. The issue was immediately addressed the next day and I was able to move to an uncovered space with great accessability.

Rent this space yesterday came in and saw Mike he was very quick about showing me the place and getting me checked in and checked out. Easy access 7 days a week 6 to 10 p.m. so that should work very well for me space was clean and should be very easy to use until I get my new house

I have one 5 ×10 Extra Space Storage for the last five months in Chandler Arizona ( 5 STARS FOR AZ ).. I still have that one but I needed to put some stuff in the same Extra Space Storage different location in Las vegas 5×5 , and they still charged me ANOTHER administration fee when all it is is copy and past from my current account with them. That I dont understand , is it just me ?

I sent in my interest on a unit the night before, and I was called by Alice right away the morning after. My online rate was good, lower than nearby competitors, and with the 1x admin fee and monthly insurance plan, my total rental rate is very fair for the unit I’m renting. Everyone involved with this particular Storage Space business was very professional and courteous. I received a text message confirming my reservation, including the exact location phone # and the name of the on-site manager. Next, the manager personally called to make sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was aware of all of my options, based on my storage needs. The office location itself was very neat & clean, and the staff was amazing - Kevin was the representative who helped me specifically. He was wonderful! Also, the process of getting signed up was very thorough, yet hassle free, prices were more than reasonable, and the storage spaces were nice-sized and clean. Id definitely recommend them for your storage needs!

A wonderful location not far from the airport. We are leaving our RV today to fly back home. The staff ( in particular, Jennifer) were super responsive and efficient. The facility is nicely maintained and very clean. It appears to be very secure, too, with so many RVs parked in this facility. So, we joined the right club!

I found this location through yelp and the prices were definitely reasonable compared to other places. I needed a unit ASAP. I was able to see the unit first before I made any kind of commitment to the place. I met with Ivan, who was so friendly and welcoming. He was able to take me to the unit I inquired about so there werent any surprises. The paperwork was easy. When I was unsure about certain things, Ivan was able to explain the policies in a more comprehensive way. I would definitely recommend this location to future storage customers by just the customer service alone.
