HORRIBLE staff. They were extremely rude and then towed my 2020 Camaro to an auto body shop and left it on the street WITH THE KEYS INSIDE hours before the shop even opened. I’ve never encountered such a disrespectful bunch of imbeciles in my life.

This is one of the towing companies used by Las Vegas Metro Police Department. As mentioned in other reviews the customer service is horrible! My vehicle was impounded with them. And the people who work here dont do anything to help put you at ease. You are already frustrated and emotionally drained by this experience. Im disabled and my vehicle was towed because my sticker was 3 days past due. I called before going in asking them what all was it that I needed to do to get my vehicle back. Never once did they say that I had to go to the DMV and get my new sticker BEFORE my vehicle could be released back to me! People rely on the business to be thorough and give correct information.So, after standing at their window being totally ignored for several minutes, a man finally came too help me. He then left me waiting and after about another 15 minutes you see him come back in, he stops to talk to a co-worker and he then comes back to window to tell me I had to give them proof that my registration was now current before I could have my vehicle back!So, off to the DMV I had to go, pay to get a temporary permit so that I could get my truck back. And then back to towing company.When I get my vehicle back I search my vehicle inside and out and found several problems. Items were stolen, and my right front blinker was broken!! Of course they dont take accountability for any of this, saying that it couldve happened while in Police possession! So, be careful and take pictures of your vehicle before you take it off of their lot and hope that nothing happens to your vehicle.

Most disrespectful and rude staff I have ever encountered. Not helpful to the customer and would not try to help. I hope HPD never tows my car to this facility again. I do not think anyone there cares about anything except money. I am 72 years old and had an accident and look a Uber once I was dismissed from the hospital to get my car. Although I was in considerable pain with evident injuries they refused to work with me in ANY way to get car my released. I did not choose that tow yard and would never have after the last tow. I do not understand why HPD uses this place but I hope to find out soon.

Speaking with many car dealers I found out that the value between a manual transmission and an automatic is the manual transmission vehicle will go for from $800 to $1200 less than the vehicle with an automatic transmission and manual transmission vehicles stay on the lot much longer because very few people want one anymore. So, for you to only credit $158 toward a comparison on a manual against an automatic doesnt make sense.Notes: TOP OF DASH DISCOLOREDGuideline:Significant scratches and/or gouges.Components damaged and/or cracked.Significant wear. I had a dashboard cover on the dashboard. There were no gouges or cracks unless caused by accident.How can you compare vehicle condition between my vehicle and the comparison vehicles. You deducted $685 for condition but did you physically go look at those vehicles? Condition¹ - $ 685 - $ 685.The report you pulled from was over a month old. The value of vehicles change in a months time. Your report showsUpdated Date: 05/03/2017. So you failed to use a current report. Please review the comps I sent you and see if they are acceptable since they are more current than yours. Bill Haynia tried to low ball the value of my vehicle. I even sent him 5 comps to show the value.Felt bullied into taking the amount he offered because Geico stopped paying for my rental car even though I just got an estimate on Wednesday, I had to give up the rental car on Thursday.

Horrible I mean HORRIBLE service. Part for employees and an hour wait for customers. Hope I never have to go back. Should have seen how they treated a man with disability, talk about low.
