This company is horrible! We order a tow services and they never showed up they had my husband my two kids and I waiting for over two hours for a tow truck when they said it was 10 min away, while it was 110 outside. We requested our refund back in July when it happens and to this day we still have not received our refund and are still fighting to get our money back! I would not recommend this place what so ever, they lack customer service and satisfaction and they told my husband and I that are refund will be In our account in 24-48 hours and that was two months ago!

This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever tried to use. We were STRANDED on the I-15 in the middle of the night and this company accepted the job from our Chevy Roadside Assistance, accepted payment and gave a 55 minute ETA. 45 minutes later we receive a call from them trying to extort more money to come tow our car to the dealership. Then 2 hours later, they just cancel because they dont want to accept the job. They should be ashamed to leave people stranded on the side of the road for over 3 hours because they want to gouge Chevy Roadside Assistance. I wouldnt recommend this shoddy, unprofessional company for any service.

I called to have my non-running vehicle relocated and the process was smooth and simple. Payment is facilitated thru an online app that is texted to you, they also call and keep you informed on the status of the tow truck driver. The driver arrived and gave me a courtesy call and delivered the car all within a reasonable amount of time for a Sunday afternoon.

Call anybody but these people. Worst experience ever. Dropped the ball. Never scheduled truck, I had to call back to find out they didnt follow through. Should have taken the hint at that point but I didnt. Caused me to be stuck out in 109 degrees for well over an hour with no protection from the heat or sun because of their total incompetence. Would have gave 0 stars but not an option. Tried to see about cancellation fee for canceling and after taking 15 mins to come up with an answer. They said I am on the hook for the full amount even though they will not be towing because I agreed to their terms which werent given to me, explained or anything. Piss poor.

Dispatch agent was a human. She was patient and remained on hold for me as I searched several solutions for the right battery / location to be towed to. She was nice and helpful.

Called and was told at most was a 1 hour eta. No problem since I was broke down by willow beach. Received a call 30 minutes later saying it was a minimum 2 hours possibly more unless something came up. Will never EVER call them again except to get a refund

After realizing that I had a flat tire, I called AAA to get a service tech to meet me at my house. Chris C. arrived within a reasonable time and was happy to fill my tire with air, but realized after doing so that it was leaking pretty quickly. He followed me on my way to a tire shop, but was happy to pull over and put my spare on when the tire shop told me over the phone that they couldnt fit me on the schedule that day. He was super friendly and helpful!

They came and helped when I needed a tow. The car was transported safely and without incident.

Dispatch was very friendly and chipper despite it being in the middle is the night. I thought it was a reasonable price as well. And super easy with a smart phone i was able to pay for it before the truck arrived.

My daughters transmission went out on her car. On Friday July 3rd the day before 4th of July. I pulled into a Chevron station and because it was already late there was no point in having it towed right away to the dealership because everything was closed and would remain closed for the rest of the weekend. I called Henderson tow to set up an appointment for Monday at 10 a.m. to meet them there to tow the car 7 miles to Henderson Ford. When I called they originally quoted me $132. I told her thats not what you advertised on your website and she said please hold I found a coupon code and she reduced it to $122. Again I told her thats still not what you advertised on your website she said please hold one second and then reduced it to $116. Once again I told her thats still not what you advertise on your website so she said please hold let me see if there is a supervisor coupon code she can use and got me down to $97 which still is not what they advertised on their website but at this point I was willing to take it. I just didnt know it was a bidding war to try to get a quote for a 7-mile tow. The lady on the phone is from a call center they dont even have an actual physical location in Henderson its just a PO Box. The lady on the phone tells me that she can take payment now or they can call me an hour before at 9 a.m. on Monday to take payment and then they will meet me at my appointment time to pick up the car at 10 a.m. . I tell her just call me Monday morning at 9 a.m. and I will make the payment and meet you at 10am, she said no problem. Saturday July 4th I get a call from the call center, and the lady goes were on our way to pick up your car. I explained to her that I had an appointment for Monday morning at 10 a.m. she said oh sorry no problem. Then on Sunday the next day July 5th I get another call from the call center. Sir what time are you meeting us to get your car today? At this point Im losing patience they have now called me two times for appointments I did not make. I explained to her the situation and once again she says no problem well call you tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. lo-and-behold tomorrow morning the 6th rolls around and at 9 a.m. I have no phone call to make payment I wait till 9:15 I give them a call and they say that my appointment and my order was canceled. I explained to them that it was not canceled and then they told me in order to get the truck out there they needed to take payment I said okay but we have an appointment at 10 so I made the payment. The guy tells me that they will be there at 10 I go out to the car and I sit there for over an hour until 11 a.m. and a tow company that has nothing to do with Henderson tow shows up to tow the car. Not that drivers fault he was just dispatched to come get the car. But do not trust this company they do not have the mental fortitude to even keep an appointment that was booked three days in advance. Do not trust, do not use, go with any other tow company. And definitely go with a tow company that actually has a physical address. Henderson tow is just a call center in the Philippines that dispatchers other tow companies to do their work! I will be disputing the charges on my credit card and filing a complaint against this company!

Would give zero stars if I could. Waited over 4 hours for a tow truck, right off the 95 freeway headed towards Reno 20 miles out. Worst experience. Each time I called them they had no idea what was going on, and would put me on hold. Would not recommend this company. Hugely mislead.

Very friendly operator on the phone. sent and received text messages for my coordinates. only takes a few moments to get a truck dispatched. secure text messages so you can pay with card. itll be the most expensive gas you ever bought but its worth it.

Communication over the phone was very difficult. Part of that is the connection on our cell phones was not very good. When we did have a good connection I kept having to repeat I hope I dont get these people again

Homeboy was there, hooked up, got our info and took us to where we needed to be in like 90 seconds. (Safely) the fastest and most efficient company.

Was given a 60 minute ETA. Called back 40 minutes later and was put on hold while they figured it out. Was left on hold for 12 minutes before calling back again only to be ignored entirely. Well over an hour now and couldnt tell you whats going on.

Totally inept.Very hard to get ahold of once they have your money. They were over an hour later of when they said they would arrive and so my son had to miss his tutoring session, which cost as much as the tow.Choose someone else, their dispatchers literally had us on hold for 20+ minutes at a time because they had no idea what was happening with the trucks.
