The staff are great both in person and online. I order quite a few parts online, over the phone and at the N. Las Vegas or Henderson yards. The parts are exactly as they say they are. Ill keep using these folks. Ive been a customer from when I lived in Oregon and now Las Vegas. A+++ service

I Recommend going to the Henderson Location. Joe was extremely helpful, he walked us to the location of the parts, brought one of the cars down on a forklift and when we bought the AC compressor he hooked up a nice discount. Ill be going back for sure.

Order part online website for pickup next day had limited to no shipping or pickup information, got to location to pick up my part and did not honor my order was told they had my part but could not give me my part until monday. Company inconvenience me causing me more fees on my car for storage. Wish I could give them 0 star!

I have used B&R for years now and the customer service has just gotten terrible, all the employees seem to not be happy nobody greets you I said thank you and not even a reply I have purchased a lot of engines from them. I own my own auto repair business and I will just not use them anymore just for the fact they don’t have good customer service. The wait times in store and on the phone are insane. The products and inventory are great but you need to fix your customer service . Upper management you should really look into this and request for better service. I will start using LKQ for parts now!!!

Had a 2010 Explorer a client brought me for an engine locked up. B&R was on it. Found an engine with 80k. Dropped it in and swapped over all parts required. Engine runs smoothly and no issues.

Came in 1-26-2021 around 3pm looking for parts for a Ford Fusion. The two guys at the front desk were super helpful & patient, I havent been to a salvage yard in 10 years. They helped me find what I needed & recommended other vehicles that would have similar parts. They made a new customer for life.

Ordered an engine, upon delivery I found 4 broken exhaust manifold bolts. I was told sorry our bad and sent me a resupply from a car in oregon. Had to wait 2 weeks for another engine to show up with exactly the same problem. This company cant be bothered to do a basic visual inspection on anything. How does the same issue happen twice in a row? They dont care, thats how. Mean while employees are stealing each others sales and not helping each others clients. I Was literally told thats not my sale, I dont care when I inquired about my refund yesterday. Take your business elsewhere.

Mark was more than helpful finding me the part I needed online somewhere else as he didnt have it. My first visit and happy I went.

Wow!!! This place is amazing! They are ethical, kind, professional, timely and go beyond what one would expect! I needed a knob for my radio that had gone missing and they took the time to find a replacement for me and mail it within 24 hours free of charge! This place is really amazing. For starters you can check the stock on their website before even calling or showing up. Once you do decide to call or show up everyone is super friendly and helpful and the prices cannot be beat. I highly recommend B&R if you are looking for parts.

My biggest complaint with B and R is that they do not have enough staff at the counter. They have a number of yards, so they can usually find your part. If anyone will pick up the phone. Every time I call them, I am on hold for ever. Someone from another yard usually eventually picks up the phone, but sometimes not.

If you need your parts in any sort of timely manner look elsewhere. Good luck getting a hold of a sales rep and pray that they don’t manage to damage your parts in the process of removing them.

They usually have the part you need. Decent prices. They pull the piece for you! Great alternative to the old school junk yards! Last but not least, the customer service has always been pretty decent if not very good!

She was EXTREMELY patient, waiting with me on the phone while I was running around my shop looking for the information I needed to find and obtain the correct parts I was looking for. She went above and beyond, by even calling the location in Henderson, NV closest to our shop, to ask if they could have the part ready for me to pick up by 4pm same day! It was imperative that we get this vehicle out of our shop by closing time today, and she made that possible. Got an engine that they assured us it had good pressure- put it in and turned out the engine had 0 compression in 3 cylinders and 40 in 1. now they want us to pay for pulling it out so they can test it. got us into a 2000 dollar hole

Not even sure why this place is in buisness its ran really poorly and on top of that they dont really even know what there selling so your better off buying it from anywhere else besides them. Just shut this buisness down already they have poor communication skills and on top of that there quick to take your money and have lack getting you parts.

They couldnt have made it easier. I went online, picked my part, saw actual photos of the part/parts ordered and had it shipped to a local location. Fees for shipping are more than fair if you are picking up. Its where im going from now on.

I am a do it yourself person so I always have tons of questions .Regardless of how busy he was Eli answered all my questions without rushing me out the door after my purchase . Didnt have what I needed

The part was in Oregon and I was in las vegas. In the end I would have paid equal to a new part. Not their fault, logistics.

Parts were okay but missing bolts, and parts were supposed to be in on Friday and they were supposed to call me to let me know when it had arrived... No one knows how to use the phone to call, and when I tried to call, I kept getting the run a round... I should have spent some time on the internet, because I found New part for less than the used part I bought... Took over a week after they said it would be there... I ordered it from them because Im handicapped and had someone to put the part on, but they were moving, so I thought I would get it quickly, but it didnt happen, and now I dont have anyone to help me now!!!

I really really wanted to leave a 5 star review... in fact, I did upon first calling. These guys seemed exceptionally organized and dedicated to providing good customer service. Jesus, the representative I was working with, seemed understanding of the timeline and delivery parameters I was working with. He was very friendly and seemed to want to go out of his way to help. I guess I posted my original review too soon because in the end, the window I badly needed was never mailed out. Apparently the item was misfiled in their system and they didn’t actually have it, but no one ever bothered to tell me that the order was cancelled, so I wasn’t able to get a replacement in time for my work trip requiring this vehicle. When I called about it a few days later, I was left hanging AGAIN by Jesus who was working on getting a replacement shipped out overnight from another location. We spoke several times throughout this whole process. The window never came. Jesus never followed up. I still don’t see a refund, which means I will have to call AGAIN. I’m most disappointed by the professional ruse these people put on... I’d rather have one of those gruff guys who speaks directly and gets it done or otherwise doesn’t waste your time.

I went to Pic A Part today and didnt find what I was looking for. The guy there referred me to this place and said they can look it up for me and maybe find what I was looking for. I came here right away and Bob was really nice and helpful. I found one of the 2 car parts I was looking for. I give them 5 stars with their customer service and will definitely come back and refer this place to my family and friends. Great customer service! Keep it up! : )

I thought B&R Las Vegas was bad until I went to their Henderson location. I called and purchased an AC compressor. They told me they would call that day when they had pulled it, they never did. I called the next day a they said to come on down, They had it. I drive 25 miles and the office sent me out back to be then told it wasnt there. It would be an other hour before it arrived from their other location. Now, I still wait. Plus they lied and said it would be pulled from a vehicle at that location. If they had been honest I would have just picked it up from their pathetic LV location 3 miles from my house.Every experience Ive had with B&R has been bad, I youd think Id learn my lesson!

Found my go to wrecking yard with B&R Auto Wrecking.Moved out from California and was exploring different Salvage yards within Vegas. From first visit the staff have been friendly and helpful. I was happy to find the seats Ive been looking for a long time here at this store. Always looking for better aftermarket or replacement parts for my car and this store had just what I was looking for. One of the staff even showed me a car ahead of time before it was put out in the lot.They have fair prices and even give a good deal the more you buy. One staff member Beau was very helpful the last time I visited.Overall the yard is organized well and has a variety of newer and late model cars. I highly recommend this store for all your parts needs.

Ive never been to a junk before also I didnt know what to expect. I came across Beau and hes such an amazing person! If it wasnt for him I think I wouldnt be driving my car today. He was very patient with me (I have no knowledge of cars what so ever) he explained everything so well to me that I was able to fix my own car as well. The prices here are amazing! Beau is definitely my go to guy.

Came to pick up some stuff for a 350z last weekend and was able to find all the stuff that I needed. Prices are really good and they pull the part for you! If you are looking for parts in good condition, this should be the first place you call.

Horrible horrible horrible, waste of time. Went there because pic a part did not have what I needed and it was recommended. I went online and it says they had our car in stock so I tried to call to confirm. The phone rang for a good long time and I was being patient, but it finally just went dead no more ringing. I tried again with the same outcome. Its not far from pic a part so I went to the place and they would not help me. I was told they had them but in private stock and had to come back early in the morning to be allowed in. No phones ringing by the way at least 4 people there to help and not one was willing to come out of their seats.

Very RUDE and unprofessional staff. I was at an auto repair shop and overheard the tech trying to order my parts. The first person answered and seemed very irritated because the tech had an accent, that guy put him on hold and ended up transferring him to someone else. When the new guy answered we were both confused and the tech said he was transferred ... the new guy said “Well who were you talking to??” The tech said “I didn’t get his name, he said he was putting me on hold” then the new guy in a very condescending tone said “well you didn’t get transferred then because you don’t even know who you’re talking to”Ummm ok... the tech was very nice despite being given the run around. But this guy just kept talking fast and was rude the entire process. Next thing I know, this guy ends up hanging up.We look at each other in disbelief in the way this employee was talking to him... ughhhh I wish I got his name, because this was totally unacceptable!This is no way to talk to a customer.

I called to see if they happened to have some of the parts I need unfortunately they didnt but the service representative had great customer service skills as I ran a list of about 10 to 15 parts for him to look up !

I came into the Henderson store around 9 am and was greeting by all four gentlemen on the counter. These guys were full of life and smiles. Made me feel good about this place right away. I was having trouble finding my part, they said they didn’t show to have the part in their system. A guy named Elias and beau took me out and showed me their cars anyways. It was nice of them to take me out and check just Incase the part might be in the car. We couldn’t find it and right when I thought my luck ran out? Martin found another local place that might have it! The Henderson store has a great team! I recommend everyone to go and see them.

We went to B and R in Henderson for the first time and couldnt have been more pleased with our experience. We were there to pull our own parts and Beau at the front desk gave us a list of trucks and locations to check out. We ended up finding more parts than we had planned on and the agreed upon prices were very fair. We were from out of town and Beau even recommended a good place for lunch (Raising Canes chicken fingers which was also excellent) If you ever find yourself needing parts and either want to pull them yourself or have someone else pull the parts for you I would highly recommend checking out B and R in Henderson! We also really liked that most of the lot was paved. It seemed to keep the vehicles and parts cleaner and in better shape.

TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE * * * * *First i talked to Daniel Stone top of the line service directed me perfectly to what i needed, once at the place the guys in there took the time to take care of me.

Not too happy bought a used transmission but was damaged mechanic had to replace four strip bolts in the transmission pan and the modulator the gentleman I talked to about the transmission being damaged talk to him and they said they would call me back they never did thank God for my mechanic I do not recommend this place and if they try to counter my comment I can prove what I say

I have been in the car business for about 40 years. I have never dealt with a more well run Salvage yard than B&R. They have taken it to a different level. Normally customer service is lost in salvage yards and are run by neanderthals.They have the insight to hire true sales people like Beau Mcdonald in Henderson who I refer anyone I know who is looking for used auto parts. I would never think of referring anyone but him to my clients and friends. Sometimes a person just HAS IT and Beau clearly does. He is usually slammed and dealing with 10 people at once. There is a reason for that. He is the MAN people go to for results. His customer service is off the charts. So hats off to B&R for recognizing real talent.
