Damaged my vehicle and refuses to be held accountable. Theyre police contractors 🐷🐷🐷. All i gotta say..

If i will be able to give 0 stars i will! The towing company towed my trailer+boat went the same paid the charges to end up finding out the trailer got damaged when they towed. Made me filled a damage report and told me to contact the next day for an update, its been 40 days and multiple calls from my end and no one can tell me when can i have the boat back. They keep on telling someone will call me and getting my info and no one single call back I received!

They are literally the best priced and most kind towing company I have had in the last 10 years. If you are in Clark County call them!!! I called so many places that were much more expensive and I had to wait for hours. They came to get my RV in an hour and I am in Boulder City. They are so kind and literally the most knowledgeable towers. I wish I found them sooner. Now that I have I will only be using their services! Call them if you need anything towed. They can do it quick fast and cheap. Plus they know more than these other tow companies in Henderson and Las Vegas!!! I would definitely recommend!!

Highway robbery. They waiting to call me after the fourth day just to make extra money. Then thought they were doin me a favor by giving me a 16 dollar discount on a $600 dollar bill

Very dissatisfied I lost everything including my home as I lived in my motor home I want able to prove ownership because the bill off sell was in motorhome and you cant go in until you prove ownership they did let me go in for a few to look for it but when they towed out everything went to bank off trailer and I didnt have enough time time look through everything there for Im now homeless with no belongings and even if I could prove I own it the cost to get out out now is way more then I could ever pay in fact its more than I paid for it

Wife was in accident.car was towed,by snap 125$ was taken from her wallet.from hookup to lot.waited 1 hr to retrieve items from car.forgot garage remote.was asked to pay 34$ for second trip to retrieve.office offered to finally retrieve it for free after complaining! Tow was fine.👎👎👎👎🛑using!

I had my accident on Friday. My sister and I in front of cops asked their tow driver to take my car to our own body shop which was only 10 minutes away from the accident’s location. The driver said no and he said that it was his responsibility to take the car to Copart. I came to copart and they said that I had the right to take my car to a different location and they also told me that snap towing always do that to overcharge their customers! the accident happened in summerlin, why did they take my car to North Las Vegas? God knows!I called them again and the receptionist on the phone was super mean and at the same time rude! I asked her what was her name, she responded that she doesn’t need to tell me her name! Excuse me? If you’re a receptionist, you have to introduce your name. Anyway after 10 minutes putting me on hold she said: unfortunately we can’t find the driver! And she said her name was Julie! I am 100% sure that she lied to me because she knew I’m gonna report her!Do not call this place and stay awayyyyyyy from them, they overcharge you and when you call, they say that they are not responsible for anything! FYI, I’m also missing my AirPods! If I could I would give them a zero star because they are not even a one star!

Like 98% of all towing companies this place is no acception all these places are a joke and they will never going to be on the side of the customers they are all about the money and dont care what your situation is and have no care for working with anyone who cannot pay their ridiculous fees. The hold your vehicle hostage while the feel keep accumulating.

I was told this place was a collision center and a ewing brothers tow driver decide upon himself to take it there after I asked for it to be towed to my house. And snap towing still charged me 492.62.

Called the company to get one of my feet vehicles towed and the lady answering the phone was not only rude, she stated that they only do account tows and highway patrol. She hung up and didnt give an option to setup an account.This is definitely not any company that you would want to associate with, totally unprofessional!!! How do they have any City or State contracts with their level of service?

The gentlemen who own this firm are extremely conscientious. Unknown to most, they make many contributions to help the community. They operate their business with integrity. I see complaints around charges which they have very little control over due to regulatory compliance. In comparison, they are one of the most economical choices. The owners are men of good character and should be recognized as such. While I have never worked for this firm, I have seen its staff and management team first hand. It is extremely rare to find good folks like these, in this industry.

I believe all these bad reviews and the sad thing is I have never used this company. Let me tell you why I believe these bad reviews and what kind of agrresive and rude employee I had to deal with. I’m driving on the freeway and one of their company trucks was driving erratically and aggressive. While I was driving behind this jerk, I put my blinker on to go around them. This jerk puts on all the rear bright lights on their vehicle in an attempt to blind me with these type of rear high beams. But sorry it didn’t work. All it does is show you are a mean person who suffers from road rage. It’s scary you are out there. Your driving is gonna cause an accident and when it does, I hope karma returns to you for all the bad things these poor people had to deal with. I wasn’t surprised to see all these bad reviews after this driver did this. Wow!

I would avoid this company at all costs they hire very unprofessional drivers. Traveling on the freeway and truck 130 started to veer into my lane of travel. I honked my horn to get their attention. When we exited the freeway the driver thought it would be appropriate to fly up behind my car and honk his horn and start flipping me off. If this is how they act on the road as a professional driver I can only imagine how they conduct themselves on jobs.

Simply a racket, these people are thieves straight up. Involuntary towing courtesy of the government followed by a towing charge thats twice what anybody else in town would charge you for the same thing. Government mandated extortion. Nothing else.

I needed an emergency towing and they came through! They were very kind and very quick. The driver was also very friendly and I had no problems with them at all. I would recommend them 100%!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received. I had everything in my truck ripped out AND THROWN AWAY, seat covers & dash may were ripped off and thrown in the bed of my truck, my license plate was literally RIPPED OFF. It’s unable to be used again because whoever took it off must’ve been related to hulk to pull it through the screws. They messed with the wrong girl & will be hearing from my lawyer :)

If it were possible to give these crooks a zero stars I would. They lied about the fees, added additional fees and were completely unprofessional. Whatever you do, do not do business with these crooks.

Had my pickup stolen from Idaho. They were unwilling to tell me if it had been wrecked, if it was drivable, or any information about it. I didn’t know if it was even worth driving down to pick up and bring home. If you have any other option, don’t use these losers.

Scooter was stolen and taken here after 12 hours tracking it they put Rate upeven more. I ended up paying what I paid for scooter in 1st place. And when I saw it to my shock mirror busted and battery cover missing said it was knocked over from wind few times. Not kewl.it was knocked over upon getting it in yard that pissed me off. And no bathroom my bladder almost exploded had to race out speeding to find a place to use a dam bathroom. Nothing good here, I dont care who says what, there lies. To many people put fake reviews, mine are absolutely real bad or good I say the truth nothing can bribe me to lie because people reply on these. Good luck anyone going here.except no sympathy even it someone stole your vehicle they dont care about you or nothing ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY POINT BLANK. It would be 0 stars if possible, thought all the bad reviews came from people who had their cars repoed. I had a car stolen, and no idea why metro uses these guys, absolutely 0 help. Cant tow your vehicle out even if you have your own tow truck, and they charge 52 dollars to tow your vehicle from inside the yard to the outside maybe 10-20 feet. No gas, not even for sale, youd figure a tow yard with recovery equipment would have some. And the attitude on that front desk...these people shouldnt be allowed behind a McDonalds counter.Btw they made me go on and tow the vehicle out myself, refused to refund me the fee they charged earlier...

They lost my keys but found them staff is 3out of 5 complacent but got results I needed in the end

Terrible customer service and business practices! I spoke to a woman in the office on July 3rd at 5:30 pm about getting my sons truck out that was brought in on july 3rd at 4:00 pm and i asked her if i left there overnight would there be any extra charges, she said no and she quoted me a price to get out on July 4th before storage was charged. But when we got there the price went up because she said its after hours for the holiday and she said there is $50 charge to bring it out side the gate since was not drivable. None of the extra costs or were in the original quote over the phone! So beware of their scams and be prepared to pay extra for your own vehicle if you use this company!

My car was stolen and later recovered at this impound. It was a super upsetting experience as you might imagine but the people at Snap were actually really nice and super helpful, especially Cody who helped me out with my car, and I am super grateful

Called in to have my car towed after breaking down, spoke to a girl named laylani, really ugly attitude & rude for no reason. Workers like these give a bad name to the company in my opinion, overall I would recommend taking your business elsewhere before wasting your time with this sorry company.

The people that work here need a lesson in customer service. Everyones car that they tow they treat customers like criminals. This place is the worst place to visit. I dont think any of their employees are nice. They need help in the common courtesy department also.

Technically they stole my car on jack stand and my spare with no 24 hr notice call for my stuff back and they dont have my jack stands or my spare tires/rims charging me 2grand for a totaled car that I was working in the day it got towed , I came home from going to autozone and my car was gone they had left marks all over my street and no paper or anything of a notice till a week later smfh learn how to operate as a company .

Me and my fiancé took a camping trip recently to Lake Mead where we got stuck in some loose sand on the side of the road. We tried to push the car out..had some help from several passerbys, with no luck and after about 20 minutes realized we needed a tow truck. I called the Lake Mead park service and they recommended Snap Towing. I called immediately and was told a driver was on the way. After an hour of not hearing anything and starting to worry about our dogs overheating we called back only to be told the driver is looking at the map now to see if they could come get us. They told us they would call us back, after a half hour of still no word and the temperature reaching 100 degrees, we called again. This time the customer service rep, Laylani, gave us attitude and told us the truck would not be able to pull us out of the loose sand. So nearly 2 hours was spent in the extreme heat just to hear that we could not be helped. Luckily we called us a tow service that was able to get to us in 45 minutes and he said it was one of the easier tows hes done lately and couldnt understand why another tow company wouldnt agree to help us. My only conclusion is that they simply didnt want to.p.s if you need a tow company in Las Vegas I would recommend Walker towing

As I was talking to the driver the rate went up for no reason. Outrageous price to tow my car off the median after a spin out or would tow it to their shop for twice the price and put a lien on it. STAY AWAY!!!
