I used to go to this yard all the time it used to be good they used to treat me good Ive had my service dog in here several times I drove almost 2 hours one way because I live way out of town I used to really like going to this yard now they wont even let me and my dog in when shes been in here several times I make sure shes in my cart all the time make sure she doesnt bother anyone and now all of a sudden its a problem they didnt even care I guess when you make so much money you dont have to care I will never return as a customer again I will take my money elsewhere thanks guys I will tell all my friends to not come here and Im sure they wont you just lost my business and everyone else that I know

This location is not huge but has a good selection of older vehicles. Nothing very new unfortunately but it’s only $1 to get in. Parts seem a little pricy for what you have to get yourself.

This junk yard has a bad service they just tell you they have the parts to charge and they dont have it be aware. I recommend you the north las Vegas location the are much better than this henderson the garbage disposal pick a part.

When looking for a part for my car I almost always go to Nevada Pic A Part. Not only can you find every part for most vehicles, but you get to remove the part yourself. I see this as valuable knowledge when trying to repair your own vehicle. Bring your own tools or borrow your neighbors or friends as this location doesnt carry tools. You can also go to your local chain car parts place and rent tools to remove parts.Using their website prior to going will show you if they have an example of the vehicle youre looking for. You can also use the parts interchange service on the website to see what other vehicles might have the part you are looking for.

Clerk Mariom made us wait to cash out while he finished his cigarette and conversation. I was shocked that he was the cashier. He was at the entrance smoking and refused to put out his cigarette and assist in a timely manner. He stated will be with you in a minute and kept smoking and talking to staff. I noticed your no smoking sign.

These guys at this pic a part are very lazy and disrespectful. Make sure to show up 2 hours before they close. Because they will close early when theyre not supposed to. They have absolutely no respect and were blasting spanish music in the front so you cant even hear when you are trying to purchase something. I had a pocket full of money and I was going to purchase my parts that I needed but they closed the gates hours early. I will jot be spending my cash here any longer and neither will any of my several friends that go here with me as well. You lost a lot of business.

Cleaner than north pic a part. Less selection tho cuz the yard is smaller. Also whole yard is concrete so working under a car your not all dirty

A-holes I drove 45 minutrs to this place, I spent 30 minutes removing a valve cover I needed only to find they closed their sales office sharply at 4:30. So I had to drive 45 minutes back home and come back the next day for the damn thing.

First time experience at pic a part in Henderson. Overall went very well. One of their security guards was very helpful when I was out of ideas how to pop this trunk open. Their prices are really good for some stuff but others are kind of high depending on what you want. Their inventory online is updated daily and is the list of parts which is a great resource. will definitely use them again.

Love to go to pic a part with my husband and was excited to go to this location as I have never been. As soon as we get there the guy at the front tells me I cannot go in with my purse, my purse that is the size of a wallet. Mind you, everyone carries tool bags. His reasoning was that I could have a gun in there!!! Are you kidding me?!? Great way to treat woman. You should pat yourself on the back!

Solo ladies: apparently being female gets you in for free, but a male customer decided to comment on how I was not dressed for the junk yard, (jeans and a tank top? Seriously?) not to get dirty, and called me a junk yard princess, to the staff. Staff: If you dont charge ladies as a courtesy, maybe try to dispel that kind of ignorant behavior. But otherwise, everything was fine. The check-in guy was really friendly, and getting the part I wanted and getting out was easy.

Wanted to charge 55 for a used part and I can get one brand new & delivered to my house for 35. Think its time these people get with the program. Use to be a great place to go but why bother when I can save time, gas, cleanliness and above all, not have to deal with the poor customer service as you exit.

They were not able to tell me over the phone whether or not they had a specific part I needed so we drive the 30 miles to Henderson. We got lucky and found the part at a great price.

Although in general Nevada pic a part is a decent place to get used parts for a decent price but on occasion they classify vehicles wrong on the website and its usually g-bodys and Cadillacs so inside employees can have their buddies come and strip them for next to nothing and they sell on the side for their financial gain. Inside crooks!!

They have really bad attitude I brought my son and they made me pay for him and in the other one they dont charge me for him and there way of talking to me a complete stranger is really hateful

If you can pull the part yourself you can save a ton of money why put new parts on a used car when the used part is just as good

I dont understand why they post their phone number on their website. Nobody answers your call and nobody gets back to you for the question you left on their machine. I tried to reach someone for my questions the last three days and nobody comes to the phone! I have never been to this place but I can imagine what kind of service I can get....... On the contrary the Las Vegas pick a part people are very professionals and answers your call and helps you with your question right away! Henderson pick a part employees need customer service training!

I went there at 2 pm today bought junk rims and tires from them to move my bronco. Talk to a man in the booth about what to grab he said ford f150 rims and tires will fit. I bought them went home tried to install them and they dont fit. So by the time I put everything away and got back it was 4pm and was informed that because I didnt by a warranty on the junk rims and tires ($62) I could not get a refund. The rims that dont have the proper bolt pattern to fit my bronco when the guy said they would...

2 weeks ago on a Friday afternoon, I stopped by the Henderson Location to get a part for my car. Unfortunately, I stoppe by to late in the day and was unable to get the part by closing time. When they asked me to leave I gathered my tools and left. When I got to the parking lot my car was gone. The guys laughed and said, I guess it was stolen. I asked if they had moved my car. They said NO!!!! I then walked to the edge of the lot and looked back into the compound. My car had been put in the compound. There was no apology, no admission of wrong doing. If I had to do it over again, I would have called the police. and filed a criminal complaint against them. They had no right, no authority to move my car. I called management, I did not even then get an apology.This company is a bad company. There is no concern for the customer.

Its a junkyard. I dont know what these other people expect. This place is well organized, every car off the ground, and is now fully paved. I never had price issues and I always bought what I brought to the counter; prices were fair. Im headed there today in fact.

Finally got a chance to come and check this place out (9.23.18). Very good selection of vehicles, good prices, people who work there are good folks, open Saturday and Sundays and $1 entry fee and no charge for my wife (free entry for women). Plus its only 15mins from my house. My new go to spot for parts. Only thing is, wish they had shade where you pay for the stuff lol. But, yes... Ill be back soon. Glad I found this place.

Place has no diversity and the employees talk bad about you in SPANISH. They have rims for a stated price stock or after market. They have alternators stock or after market same price. They have speakers stock or after market same price. Stereos / radios stock or after market same price. But when it comes to amps or woofers they have magical prices. Like theyre double and triple charging so they can pocket the money. I called in advance and asked the price for a amp and i was told 16.50. Got to henderson pic a part and JESSE the man told me the guy i called didnt work there. Then referred me to what couldve been his brother the security guard who said 50 for that 1 75 for the other because theyre after market. Rude workers who seem to tell there friends about parts before the public can get to them. Would rather use rock auto dot com.

The service was absolutely atrocious. I called several times, one to get a quote for a part that they had available, and once more to get a picture of that product sent to me, which I was assured could be done, and was told it would be sent. It was not, hours later I call back and I am put on hold for ten minutes before being disconnected and then I call back and now my number no longer goes through. Would not recommend

Alot cheaper than any auto parts stores, and other used parts dealers that are nearby. I can even find the parts i need already taken off by other customers when they are getting their parts. And females get in for free, best date ever!

Went here to get a set of knuckles, hub, and rotors. Took me almost two hours to get them off the subframe. There were axles attached to them that were clearly broken and since I couldnt get them off. They still wanted to charge me for them. Really?... That is some bad business practice for you right there in your face. Wasted my time going there with this nonsense.

This is the first time ive ever rated a business online but I decided to start now because of the what the employees at this Pic-a-part did. I found a front bumper and a pair of taillights for my g3 Integra here in good condition but didnt have cash on me so I used my card. The guy told me to my face $40 for everything. I responded with only $40? and he said yeah 40. I gave him my card and he swiped it, i put in my pin and left without looking at my receipt. I got home and checked my bank account, and it was charged over $150! I went back early the next day and they were reluctant and unhelpful standing by their no refund policy. I know i probably shouldnt have used my card and I should have checked my receipt as soon as i got it but its in the past now. Dont let them do the same thing to you! BRING CASH.EDIT: the owner responded by saying I should check their website for prices, how about the employee shouldnt be lying to customers faces. I looked this dude in the eyes and he told me $40 for everything. he said it to my face. I trusted him. I trusted your employee. and he went over and charged my card over $150. This is a run down and corrupt attempt at a professional yard.Check the prices online and note the zero dollar core for your item. Go pull it get billed a core charge and overcharged. Show the staff the online price and guess what noone cares take it or leave it.I have purchased everything from tailight lenses, to entire cars from yards in the past and never been as disatisfied with a yard as I was today. Congratulations on your achievement. I understand a haggle but that is not what happened here. This was not my first time to your facilities I have purchased many times in my past 2 years in Vegas. Each time is sad to see a business with potential being run so poorly but today you have lost a customer I will not be returning to either location.This was the Henderson location.

I am thoroughly upset with this place. My husband went in there for a few parts, and when checking out and paying for the parts, was searched. I dont know if they are even legally allowed to search you. I have gone in there with my husband numerous times, I generally like going there, but he had mistakenly put a part in his pocket and forgot (out of sight out of mind) due to having his hands full. When realizing his mistake he tried to pay for the part (which is $28 BRAND NEW at AutoZone), not only did they confiscate his tools, they wanted to charge $55 for the part. He tried to give the part back, and they still wanted $55 whether he got the part or not, and still wont give his tools back. I am thoroughly disgusted. We go there at least once a week and have never stolen from there, and an honest mistake turns into that? I am Definitely looking forward to hearing managements opinion on that.

Whats not to love about Pic-A-Part? It is what it is and we love it. Its SuperBowl Sunday and we need a stock exhaust hangar for our Jeep. Headed there now before the big game starts. If you need brand new parts go buy brand new parts. If you just need a missing piece go to Pik A Part !!!
