As a person who was in the travel industry over 20 years I have to say I have never been treated as badly as I was from the manager find Florida Avenue in Hemet. She was condescending and rude I will never go back there again and I suggest if you need a rental car that you try the Collision Center in San Jacinto they have a rental car company inside that you can rent times and the prices were half Enterprise

If I could give zero stars I would Hannah the manager at this location was incredibly inappropriate. she was passive aggressive when she spoke to me, after I explain to her that that was terrible customer service. She then stated “ no I don’t talk to YOU PEOPLE “. I have called corporate to complain several times with no response. I do feel that the phrase “you people” is A racial slur!

They beat Hertz on having car rentals but there is a wait..

The overweight white manager lady is prejudice and isn’t afraid to show it. I have been here many times and it wasn’t until she started that I felt discriminated against. Don’t ever rent here use hertz they are so much nicer and no under the breath comments or mistreatment based on your skin color.

In and out with my car in 15 minutes. Kevin vandermeulen was very helpful. Office was clean . I only rent from enterprise never had any problems will continue to keep renting there.

I have been waiting for 50 minutes and every one behind me got their car but not me... Im still waiting.. I did ask how much longer should I wait and the girl working here told let me finish with a customer first and Ill let you know.. SHE FINISH AND WHENT INSIDE and never came back, my appointment was at 12..... and right now is 12:59pm.. really bad service and bad cars, I got a damaged car, but couldnt stay to get another car, I would have to wait more hours... BAD SERVICE, definitely not coming back.

This place is so slow compared to Hertz or other rental places. Waited over an hour to pick up a reserved vehicle. You have to sit outside due to the covi. Staff was ok and pleasant enough. I would suggest if you have to use Enterprise, check other areas first 👍

Going to rental car place is worse than getting a root canal. This place was no different.

They said they had a car available we go they didnt. And now they no longer except your atm as a credit card even if it swings both ways. Need to improve communications with customers.

I have had faster experiences at the DMV. Not sure what’s the purpose of a online reservation if you still have to wait almost 2 hours for a rental. Sheesh. Not too mention every location has different rules for renting. When I’m renting for business purposes why does it matter where I live.

This place has very poor customer service. Hannah is very rude and short . She sent someone out to retrieve the vehicle without even once attempting to contact me. Also they kept my deposit and I did not owe them one dime I feel event that I was charged for the day that they retrieved the vehicle even know they showed up at 8 am ringing my doorbell. I will never use Enterprise again.

Go to a different agency if you want prompt service. There is a recurring problem here. You will wait an hour after check in for them to prepare a car for you.

The manager Ben was a great help in finding the correct size truck that I needed to rent. The wait was about one hour long. But this seems to be normal anywhere you go nowadays due to COVID. Less staff working. Again great customer service from Ben and also Edward.

Made our reservation online for 8am pick up. Arrived to the address indicated on the confirmation email and that location was permanently closed. Drove 20 minutes to the next location. We have been waiting now 2 hours for our vehicle that was supposed to be picked up at 8am. Very disappointed standing here still waiting. If I was using this vehicle to get the the airport (which I am) I could have missed my flight by now. Calling corporate this is unreal

Needed a rental to go out of town for funeral, this place had best price for my situation, good folks, found a place close by to leave my car, so I could do this whole thing by myself (no need for someone to pick-up/drop-off)

They should tell you it dont accept venmo or cash for the $300 deposit thats required which they also dont tell you about over the phone. The young man working there was rude. I expected more.

My girlfriend rented a car here on the 28th to October 6th. When she returned the car it had a nick on the windshield from a thrown rock. They charged her $500.00 for the nick. It could be repaired for less than $100.00. It was not her fault but they said it was. W we hen the car was left they refused to take her home. Leaving her stranded. I talked to Katie the manager and she affirmed all this. I asked her what they would charge if a tree fell in the car. She wouldn’t answer. I asked her why they didn’t pick up the car at her home and she wouldn’t answer,This is no way to run a business. If you want to rent a car don’t go to this place. They are looking for any excuse to tip you off. She felt like she was at a Tijuana car rental. Go elsewhere. These people are crooks.

We arrived at their lot in Orange at 7pm and drove out in our newly purchase Hyundai Tucson at 930pm. Carina and Candace were very pleasant, professional and informative. I have purchased a number of new and used vehicles in the Orange County area in the last 40 years and this was my most enjoyable and straightforward experience. I would recommend giving Enterprise a look if a person is interested in a well maintained, lightly used vehicle, at a very competitive price.

I had a recall egr cooler done on my 1500 dodge ram. It is now running a trouble code and i am waiting to get services done dew to enterprise is unable to provide a truck of equal hauling capacity.

THIS PLACE IS DREADFUL. Do not go here! There is horrible customer service, and you have to wait hours just to get a car. Caitlyn (Customer Service) was no help at all. She was incredibly rude and has horrible people skills (Would rather deal with a Karen). Their whole lot is full of cars and it takes hours just to get one. If you want to save time just walk to where you’re going.(We Even had a reservation, apparently that means nothing to them)

This location is horrible. Been waiting for over an 1.5 hrs. They have a line for checking in, and a line to wait to get your car. Have no restrooms, and no handicap consideration. 2 ladies with disabilities had challenges waiting over an hour for their turn. They also had no safety measures on the waiting area, and didnt meet the covit19 distancing requirement. Staff had no sequential order. People who had arrived in line for 10 mns got a car , and went on their way. When I asked staff about it, I was told they had luxury car rentals, and we had standard reservations. Very disappointed 😞 on their horrible customer service.

This place is horrible. They take forever to get you a car, they claim to only have certain cars available, but if you go online they let you rent what ever you want. There is about 5 families outside standing in the heat, waiting over 2 hours to rent a car. I hope they read this and fix the issue.

I usually have a great experience with Enterprise. But there were a couple issues. It was my first time renting from this location.First, the office was having computer issues. Their tablets were not working, so they needed to print paperwork. Too bad their printer wasnt working either. They may want to test these items on occasion in case they need it. It took 45 - 60 minutes to get a car. Several other folks were also waiting and getting pretty hot.Second, the car looked fine. Tires up and all that. When I headed down the road, the low pressure warning came on. Apparently it had run flat tires. When I stopped up the road to check the air, the highest pressure was 3.7psi. These tires are rated for 51psi. Whoever handles their maintenance may want to check things a little closer.

Currently standing in line outside waiting for a rental. Along with 8 other people, unbelievable that 3 employees are in office while we wait for the one guy working outside. Heard one customer call and ask why we can’t come inside. Only now they have another guy working out here, since the one customer called and complaining! Felling ticked off! We know there is COVID-19, however everything else is opened with mask being mandatory, why can’t people go in for help. I mean it’s hot for some folks.

Customer service is beyond satisfaction never had a bad experience. Employees are very helpful and friendly, have you on the road in just a few minutes. Very easy to call them if you need to extend your rental car. Website is very easy to use and Reserve a rental. Number one choice for rentals when going on business trips or vacations.

Ive used this enterprise a few times for different reasons and every time Ive had a great experience. Theyre staff are very professional. They take care of all the leg work between the insurance companies and auto shops. Prices are very reasonable and every car Ive had the pleasure to use were clean.

Outstanding customer service. I did not wait any additional time besides the customers in from of me. Cat was ready and cleaned. I love it how they are paperless now and everything was sent through my email. I have rented vehicles from this location before and I have to say this past experience was by far the most pleasant. I rent cars frequently for out of town trips. Ive used Enterprise in Orange County and Riverside for several years. Im always happy with the cars Im provided and the cost of the service. I value their free and efficient pickup and dropoff service. More importantly, I value the interactions with Enterprise employees. Theyve either been trained very well or Enterprise manages to hire the very best customer-oriented staff.

Ben Giese did a great job getting me checked in, and then he provided me with my rental car in a reasonable time. What I also appreciated was that Ben took time to explain the special dials and controls, and then he asked if I had any questions. The past two or three times that I rented from Enterprise, the service person was not as helpful as Ben. Finally, Ben was clean cut and personable.Walter P

Car worked well, staff was nice. I asked for a mid-sized sedan like a Maxima which I reserved almost 2 months prior. I was offered a pick up truck. I agreed at first but the associate seemed to be having trouble getting the steering wheel unlocked so, I opted to wait for the small SUV to “get cleaned” that I was initially offered upon arrival. When I got it, it was clear that it had not been wash, just barely rinsed off. The interior had not been wiped down and there was food and other debris stuck between the seats. I usually have a better experience from this location but the last 2 cars have been dirty. I was offered $20 off of my rental in an attempt to make some type of amends which I accepted.

This was my first time renting a car and they were awesome. We were in and out in no time at all. I thought being a first time renter would be a hassle but the process was a breeze. Will absolutely use them again!

So disappointed, I exchanged my car because It needed an oil change and traded my Nissan for an Altima. Long story short the car feels dangerous, it jerks when put in reverse, and it was dirty when received. I called the next day at 8:02 am, they open at 8:00 am , Josh told me to come in between 4:00 pm- 5:00 pm. I arrived at 4:44 pm and Edward nonchalant tells me that the car isn’t available, and the oil change hasn’t been done when josh made it clear that it would be. Edward lack of concern about my safety in this car sickens me, and his lack of knowledge. How don’t you know what cars you have available. Smh so disappointed

They took great care of us. What started out to be a 1 day rental turned out to be several days. I had put my truck in for some maintenance and appreciate enterprise upgraded our rental at no charge. I will use enterprise again should I need a rental.

Nowadays everything got too expensive in California including cheap service and duty cars 350.00 for 3 days in a Corolla; hateable!😖😱

Made a reservation for 11/22/19 for @5pm pick up. Get there and they said no cars available... would have to pick up car at the one inside the dealership. Ive always rented here and Ive always had great service... Except the last time. I had am appointment for 8am but u needed to be picked up so they came and got me, I got there at 9 and they didnt have any cars available, I didnt leave there til 11 and wh n u got the car it was filthy on the outside. Im still going to rent there because that was my first bad experience. Going to try one more time.

I had the misfortune of needing to rent a car due to an accident. My insurance hadnt sent the information to Enterprise yet, and this young lady was just as helpful and sweet as could be. I am very happy with this company.

I love this place, I wouldnt go to any place else. The cars are always clean (I like a clean car). So your good to go as soon as the keys are in your hands. The workers are courteous, professional and aim to please. Enterprise is always my first choice.Thank You Enterprise :)

Worst. Enterprise. Ever. Currently standing in line for going on 2 hours now. They have the inside closed off so we have to stand outside in the heat. I cant go get water because my cars in the shop, which is why Im here in the first place. If i pass out from dehydration im suing.😂

It took a while to get a car. I rent a car from Enterprise twice a month. The last 2 times there was trash left in the center console (subway sandwich, water bottles). The Enterprise in San Diego gives you a full tank of gas and the Enterprise in Hemet doesnt have the same standards. In San Diego they give me better vehicles than in Hemet with my corporate account at the same price. Its whatever. Theyll get you from point A to point B, but in Hemet, dont expect anything extraordinary.

Called the Hemet office three times! No answer! Came in drop a three week rental of a suv. Waited out side in the heat as four representative sit inside the store in the air conditioner talking and laughing. Very unprofessional !

Slow, have to wait for vehicles to come from another outlet, other than that its ok, I would use them again.

Great place to rent a car

Great experience it was super easy and fast to rent a car not sure if it made it easy because I input my info on their site first. I was in an out in seconds. I called them to pick me up and that took longer then expected I watied and waited good thing I didnt have an appointment or somewhere to be. They did pick me up in style. I rented a car longer then expected and I was able to call in and reserve it for longer time with no problem. Besides the long pick up wait great experience I recommend it.

I am so not pleased with this location first after arriving to pickup the rental with an appointment I waited way to long then after getting the car I get in only to find that the car was so dirty inside it had food all on the seats and stuff was under the chair. I will never use this location ever again it sucks.

I was in need in a rental car while my truck was in the repair shop. Ryan put me in an Infinity that had two little stars (on the windshield) repaired but 3 days into the rental one of the stars began to grow. I took the car back to Enterprise on a busy Friday afternoon, Michelle, asked me how she could help me. Since I was just there to exchange vehicles she took me right away and got me on my way in no time at all. And when I returned the vehicle both Ryan and Michelle were working and once again they were both so pleasant to work with. I would recommend this Enterprise office.

THE Dodge Dart that we used is behind times when it comes to technology. I was very disappointed with the car.I would absolutely reject this car or upgrade to better vehicle if this is presented to us again.The representative was 10+, quickly checked us in and was very attentive. For the pick up I had to wait about 2 1/2 hours. They apologized and offered me a new up grade for next rental. Employees for professional and courteous.

Prices are average. Easy to work with. The women currently employed could use some customer service tips, very curt and having personal conversations together. The men were very helpful & professional. Even when I encountered an issue with my reservation. When making a reservation in the phone on behalf of my parents, the woman was not very welcoming or helpful.

We rented a great Nissan Altima. Service here was awesome. Easy check in and out.

The wait to pick up the rental was about an hour. But was considered and up graded so worth the wait. Rental was a little souled and rear window was very smeared on the inside. Staff was great and concerned that it was taking so long to clean the vehicle. I have been using Enterprise for 30 years. Keep up the family atmosphere.

Customer service is good no complaints. My rental car was full of black dog hair and I had to drive the car with the windows rolled down because it smelled like an ash tray. At the time of the rental I didnt smell the cigarette smell, due to the window was down and it didnt have a chance to concentrate in the car.I usually dont rate companies but this time I was not satisfied with the car!ThanksR.N
