Big lot to back into docks. Theres a small lot to park in overnight. The lot is down hill from main gate. No live loading or unloading between 10pm & 6am.

Don’t ever expect to get your package on time out of here. The whole state knows this facility is absolutely garbage. The entire staff needs to be fired and start from the beginning.

My package was received by USPS over a week ago and they still havent even accepted it. Im not sure what the problem at this facility is, but the postal service should be ashamed of this place and the lack of professionalism in their handling of customer packages.Seriously, people are paying for this service and the USPS failure to do their job in a timely manner is akin to theft.

Shut it down. Start over. Ive never heard so many complaints about any one thing like I have this post office

Just awful. We have had numerous packages lost there for from a few days to 4 weeks. Close the place. And fire the highest up manager that has anything to do with this place. They call it The Black Hole at the local post office where I live

May package was received by USPS 10 days ago and was finally put into tracking as being processed. Something is seriously wrong here. When I see my packages go through this place I am immediately upset because I know I will be waiting at least a month to get my packages. Why? Ive tried making formal complaints, but nothing happens. New employees and management are greatly needed.

I honestly dont know what to do!!!I have called three(3) times now , have turned in two(2) change of address cards...Yet My Mail is still going to My Old Address.I just do not understand the problem!?!? Totally unprofessional manager at facility , probably the worst facility i have ever been in my life .

Sent my package in the complete opposite direction and delayed my package several days. Called to ask what happened and the receptionist blamed the truckers saying we dont know what the truckers do sometimes they just go in a different direction. She then refused to look into the issue beyond that and redirected me to a number that isnt even in service.

Ive had 2 packages go through here and be delayed. Its extremely annoying. It was guaranteed March 22 and didnt arrive until after I left the state!

I’ve had 4 packages go through this faculty and they have yet to transit them to other facility’s it’s been a month so I’ll do my best to never get my packages through the mail ever again

My Christmas package that was guaranteed by the 22nd has now sat at their facility for 5 days and will not make it for Christmas.. Its still there. And they have no way of letting me pick it up. When Im just miles away.

Still waiting on a package from there 17 days later when it shouldve only taken 2 days to arrive from there.
