Wow.I would HIGHLY suggest not using them for any services.Ive been in transport as a Logistics Supervisor for 12 years. Never had customer service this bad.The pick-up driver had zero communication skills and a bad attitude.The owner that I was referred also had this issue. It seems to be a company problem.

They only ship during M-F business hours. No weekends or late delivery. They told me to pick up. How does this business stay relevant?

EXTREMELY RUDE.! I was supposed to get my dresser delivered last WEEK on Wednesday. I got a call from the delivery guy saying he didnt know I lived in an apartment and that hes not getting paid to deliver my dresser to my apartment door and that he would have to contact the company to see if theyll pay to have another guy help him deliver. Okay a bit too much irrelevant information for me as a customer who paid $400 for this dresser, but alrighty then. So that was last wednesday I call back on Thursday to find out if their is any update on my delivery. They told me theyre still waiting on HUNTER to call them back. MONDAY I call and they say oh we are going to deliver it FRIDAY okay....Its FRIDAY I call to check the time of delivery and DARLENE (PRESIDENT of the company) answers the phone and tells me AGAIN they are waiting to hear from the people i bought the dresser from. And whats going on DARLENE well this is the process she says I say well DARLENE why has them process taking an entire week and is still not taking care of DARLENE says Im going to call you back and then hangs up on me........................................IM PISSED.!!!! LIKE when doesnt the customer matter DARLENE????????!!!! HOW DARE YOU HANG UP ON ME LIKE IM NOT TALKING ABOUT ANYTHING.!!!!!! THEN I call back and the employee had me on hold to speak with DARLENE and he tells me Im going to have to contact the people i bought the dresser from and tell them that TRANSPORT EXPRESS is NOT GOING TO DELIVER MY DRESSER.!!! SHADY individuals from the President all the way down to the delivery men. DO NOT FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.!
