I bought a TV several weeks before Christmas, and I was suggested by the retailer to pay more to substitute the UPS by DB Schenker service. The package was out from the retailer two weeks before Christmas and was supposed to arrive days before Christmas. One day before Christmas Eve, I still didnt get my TV and so I had to call them. They said “oh we missed that package on our last delivery truck today, and you can either come pick it up by yourself or we can only deliver it after Christmas.” What the heck?? If I went with UPS originally, I would had got my TV by now, and I even pay $50 more for such treatment?? The worse comes, after driving 30 minutes to their facility, they asked my to sign an document before I can see my package, and I told the staff (a young male) that I would like to examine my package to see if any damage had been present before I take it. Guess what he replied? He said no you signed it you gave to take it !!” what the f***? This is a Halloween trick or something? I then demanded to see his manager, and I finally got to check around my package. Now, after driving another 30 minutes back, I now had to get the TV out of my sedan by myself, on a snowy day! Well, if this is your work attitude and quality of service, the only thing you should do is to close your door, be fired, and never come out again to ruin peoples life ! What the f*** !!

Employees are rude and get high on the job, you can smell the weed from 10 feet away!
