Worse ever... I have never dealt with a worse company... I have ups and FedEx here every week... no problem.. when there is.. man a phone call and its fixed... not with DHL.... they wont allow you to talk with a manager or with the branch your getting your package from... your package was suppose to be delivered a week ago.. We still havent received it... one excuse after another.. then lies... Saying that we wont home... please I work from home.. Im here 24 7 ... so we decided to have it put into a DHL box.. and it still cant be even put there... wow .. what did it get lost...

Hands-down the worst shipping experience I have ever had! I ordered my parts on the third and paid over $50 in shipping to get everything by the sixth, both packages arrived to my local building on the fourth, so I thought everything was fine. But then the sixth rolled around and nothing came, so I checked their website and it said that no tracking information was available for either of my Packages, only one package arrived yesterday On the 10th, and I I have no idea where the second is even though both said that they were out for delivery since the fifth, I was told I could not get a refund on the shipping price because I had a day specific order and I did not pay extra for a time specific meeting, and no one could offer me any information as to where my packages were. And to top it all off when the half of my order finally came four days late, after 5 o’clock in the afternoon, the delivery driver just sent the package on the porch and left, never knocked, run the doorbell, or anything.I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Why are they still around? DHL can never keep up with its competitors. They always run late and it astounds me why one would still ship with them.

Ordered a part that was shipped via this company and it wasnt delivered to me or near me. Ordered a replacement, again shipped via DHL and again, wasnt delivered to me or in my area. Dhl saint louis location is a lost cause as a business. Held package for 5 business days, after 8 attempts to speak to supervisor by way of an internationally outsourced call center — no supervisor or local response. Opts to pick up package. In addition have received international packages from them completely opened. Beware

First of all I asked for my delivery to be made on the 13th, but they did not come so I called that evening, talked to a guy by the name of Deigo who told me I would for sure get it on the 14th before 4 because DHL supposedly delivered in my area at 7-11am. Today is the 14th and I was told it would be scheduled for 3:50 delivery, then all of a sudden it’s 4:50 not here, i’m late for my event, and am now being told it was handed off to usps and that they can schedule the delivery for monday?! Are you kidding me? It’s honestly ridiculous to give specific instructions and be given specific and told that my package would be here on time for it not to only be not on time but even late!! I wont be in town for it and now have to leave my daughter behind to collect it for me! Ridiculous.

Package sent from overseas and came up to Hazelwood, MO, USA accurately in time but they took 3 days to deliver to my address which is 15 miles from the DHL Hazelwood MO store. when ever i call they just say some technical issue.. this is not the service I am expecting from DHL. I see most of the reviews are same on this store and there was no one to look after the services. I had no choice to leave it blank so given 1 star but it should be 0 start..

Stick with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. DHL has horrible customer service, and they open your packages that you ship individually to check them. (They even unwrap the items inside each packaging even if they are factory sealed.) I dont have time to wait for them to unwrap and check every package before it is shipped. I thought I would give them a try, but Ill go back to the other 3 since this was such a poor experience.

Any time I see a company I order from ship with DHL I just go ahead and cancel my order. If it is coming through this location it is a lost cause and has probably fallen off the back of the truck and now someone else has it. I hate this company strictly because of this location.

Id rather not even give it one star! Ordercwas to be here initially Monday, was not. Contacted Tuesday and told I would be getting a call back with in 4 hours. Did not revieve a call, but did recieve an email that it was to be delivered Tuesday by end of day. Did not come. Contacted Wednesday, I was told had not been scanned so did not go out. They would be contacted the Hazelwood, MO location and it would be recieved Thursday. This morning (now Thursday) I check online and it is still showing no update. So I contact, im told once again they will be contacting the Hazelwood, MO location as it was not done yesterday and they would make sure it was on the truck tomorrow. At this point I have NO faith in them nor do I know why I paid extra in shipping to have my package here 4 days ago. Very disappointed, as well as frustrated with the b.s. they tell me of will be out the next day. Package has not been update since it shows out for delivery Tuesday so I dont even really know for certain where it is. I have a large dog I have to keep in so that a driver is not knocked down when they say it will be coming. Doggie is not happy either as he likes to lay around outside.

Sent a used laptop from US to the Phils end-to-end thru DHL. Staff service is polite, quick and professional. Shipping and insurance was paid in the US but customs interaction in receiving country and handling should be improved as recipient was still charged almost the cost of the whole shipping!

I had a package that was delivered all the way from China and through other states but once it got to This location in Hazelwood, MO it was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered or the 2 other times it was supposed to be delivered to my home, then it was suddenly lost at the facility! and it took them two weeks to figure it out! I contacted my shipper and made sure they knew to not send packages through this company!

We switched to UPS and Fedex. Late on deliveries and truck drivers claimed that our facility closed when we were waiting for them the whole day.

I schedule for my package to be delivered to my home. It turns out DHL allowed someone to come in and get my package without presenting identification. Nobody seems to know anything. They tell me they are going to call me back and no one calls back. I am very dissatisfied. Im starting to think someone who works there stole my package.

The gentleman that retrieved my package was polite and efficient.

I ordered a part for my car from Rock Auto and paid for the two day shipping which I was disappointed to find out was through DHL. As soon as the tracking number was available I called DHL and released the shipment so that they would leave the package at my house. They did not, and when I called them to figure the situation out, they told me that it was my fault for not releasing the shipment. This is the second time that DHL has done this to me, and I will NEVER ship with them or let them handle any package I need again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a package from China and it arrived to the US after 4 days (including the weekend). It got to the nearest DHL headquarters/hub but somehow it’s taking longer for the package to go from the hub to my house than from China to the US! I got notification that my package would not be delivered because a signature was needed to authorize delivery and there was nobody home. The delivery man keeps trying to drop the package off at Noon-1PM on weekdays, when it is virtually impossible for me to be home due to work and school & I have expressed this to him. (why not attempt to deliver at a different time of the past two times were unsuccessful?) He seems irritated that he’s had to come to my house 3 times to attempt the delivery (bad customer service). He tells me that I have to go to the hub all the way in Missouri. I live in Illinois. I call corporate and they tell me the same thing. There is no way I should have to cross state lines to receive my package. It would make more sense for DHL to deliver packages requiring signatures earlier in the mornings or later in the afternoons, when it is more likely for people to be at home, not at work and/or school. I paid a lot of money for my goods and they are making it so difficult for me to receive them. 0 stars out of 5.

BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING! I just wasted four hours trying to ship a package at the DHL Hazelwood office. My customer requested DHL shipping. I got a quote on their website, and executed the transaction. DHL have one location in St. Louis for non-pre-paid packages, and it is 40 miles from me. I drove up there with the product to go into their cardboard envelope, filled out the paperwork, and they wanted 21% more than the website quote. They refused my request to access to their website to show them, and I was forced to go home and print out the evidence. I did so, returned, and presented that evidence to them. THEY STILL REFUSED TO HONOR THE PRICE QUOTED ON THEIR WEBSITE! And I am out 120 miles of driving, half a day, and still do not have the package shipped. I will never do business with DHL. I now understand how they earned their bad reputation.

The worst customer service. I was supposed to receive a package from India two weeks ago. Inspire of updating address three time that include 3 phone calls and a standard answer (we dont know who u talk to). As an organization you are suppose to keep track rather than customer reminding you every time.Street vendors will have more professionalism than DHL.

BY FAR THE WORST EXPIERENCE. I ordered my package for two day shipping.. i got a message saying they tried to deliver but no one was home. ok, fine! the next day was my off day, so i was definitely going to be able to sign for my package. 1:41 the next day.. i get a message saying “package delivered”. so i walked downstairs to my mailbox to see no package. i called the office to see what was going on. the driver said “the door was open” and she did leave it on the mailbox. Mind you, you HAVE to either buzz the door to get into the building or have a key. 4:00pm comes... she rings my buzzer, i let her in and she throw my package at me from the bottom of the stairs. horrible service.

Worst of the worst. DHL shipped my package 1/2 way around the world in just a couple of days but when it got to this facility they put it on hold and let it sit for 5 days till I called and complained before sending it out for delivery. I would never use this carrier if you wanted to get your shipment on time.

Well my package would have gotten to me on time but Sally, the delivery driver, decided to not ring my doorbell or knock and to just to put a Sorry we missed you tag on my door and run away. So yeah, now I have to wait another day when I really needed my package. All this because the driver didnt knock or do anything but put a tag on my door and if she would have rung my doorbell my 4 dogs would have gone ballistic so no I wasnt downstairs or something like the secretary asked when I called them really upset.

Just got off the phone with their 1 800 number, tuesday 830am excellent experience , fast, knowelegable, and understandable. Found my issue in no time at all. Thanks Eric.

Get a text that says I will receive my package by the end of the day it leaves with a carrier at 12 o’clock and I finally get a hold of customer service at 6 PM and they tell me unfortunately it will be a day or so and cant explain why.

DHL as a whole is the worst delivery service. I sometimes have the notion to not order things when I can see that its going to be delivered by DHL. Anything they deliver takes a month to get to you. Thats sad.

This company has some pretty incompetent people. I had an order sent from over seas to be delivered by these people, despite the correct address given to the Over Seas party, somehow DHL input the wrong house number and claimed I needed to give them additional information.On top of that when I asked if I could just pick it up, I get told over the phone This place is closed right now repetitively. Its late, of course its closed! Im talking about tomorrow. So despite it being only five minute away and was suppose to be delivered today, they want me to wait another five days.No, Im not waiting that long when its their screw up.

Really poor service in delivering the package. Driver just updates as incorrect address and no communications to the consignee and no attempts to contact us. When USPS, UPS, FEDEX could all deliver at my address, DHL was consistent in detaining multiple packages citing incorrect address. Forced to give 1 star, had no choice to leave it blank.

I had a delivery scheduled on 12-17-18 when it came they delivered the wrong package to my house. I was delivered someone elses package worst ordeal of my life! Would give zero stars if that was an option!

After reading all the reviews my experience with DHL is NOT unique. They told me they couldnt deliver my package because my address was wrong. My address was verified 3 times by 3 different people.Then they told me they couldnt find my house. UPS, FedEx, The Post Office, The local pizza delivery boy and even Doordash can find my house with NO PROBLEM. DHL is a multibillion dollar major international company but I guess they dont have g.p.s. in their delivery trucks. My 15 year old Minivan has g.p.s., but their trucks dont. Im calling Bulls#t but o.k.Finally they said they attempted to deliver my package. Which was a flat out lie because I have a Ring doorbell and Ring camera over my garage. They NEVER rang my door or set foot on my property.I will NEVER use this company again

My package left Melrose Park, IL and somehow it took 3 days (weekdays) to reach St. Charles, MO which is 4 hours away. Completely unacceptable, I’m not sure how this company still manages to stay open when most carriers can take things across the country in the matter of a day or two. Horrible service.

This is the fifth time my cosplays got delayed due to their incompetent workers. Also the delivery driver put that at 12:15 they were there even though I walked out the door to check at 12:13. Turns out they were at my door three hours before that! No notifications and now I have to wait - again. God damn place.

DO NOT USE. I watched the dhl driver pass my house. The tracking number said no one was home to answer while i was waiting for the package to arrive at the door. I called to resolve the issue and they told me they will not call the drivers but they will attempt to drop it off tomorrow and if that doesnt work they said they will find a new solution.

Absolutely the worst place. Terrible customer service and gave me little to no answer as to why my package is going to be late. My package was supposed to arrive today but I now have to wait 2 more days. I was not notified of this change. I will never use nor reccomend this company. If it was possible id give 0 stars.

DHL service was terrible. The supervisor was not knowledgeable when dealing with DG and Haz. Mat. shipping out of the country. Was insistent that our documents were incorrect when in fact they were. Which we later proved. Preventing a time sensitive shipment from reaching its distanation on time.

You’ll be sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes until someone notices you’re here. Ugh, not to mention they deliver your parcel whenever they want then requires a signature... they forget we have lives/jobs and can’t sit home and hope they deliver our package by the end of the day😭🤣🤣🤡

I was supposed to have an expedited package arrive on 3-1-18 and it was late so it was supposed to come on3-2-18 but the comany states they didn’t have the correct address so they couldn’t deliver it which I confirmed my address and had plenty of packages send to my home with no issues. They reported to me that there’s nothing they can do and my package won’t arrive until Monday now when I paid to have expedited shipping. Awful customer service and an awful experience with this company. I would not recommend.
