Not recommended. The apartment itself isnt bad but the management is horrible. We called, no one answered. We left messages, no one called us back. They charged way too much for trash, water and sewage and they dont even probably handle trash well.

Very hard to get in contact with management. They don’t answer the phone and don’t open the door at the office. They did construction inside our apt for 2 weeks leaving us without access to kitchen. Can’t wait to move out.

Dont move here your car will be broken into or stolen.. They always turning off the water without notice. There never no office manager here fpi just collect the money and leave. There washer machine are always broke. There is only 4 washer and 8 dryers for this whole complex. No security and it dark at night. The apartment is super HOT in the summer. They start one project and wont finish it. They dont do any repairs in your apartment..

If I could give 0 stars I would! I moved out March 2018 it’s now May 23rd and HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK! I am taking them to small claims court now, I left my apartment in better condition than I moved in. The neighbors smoke weed and kids run crazy. Cars get broken into and office staff is terrible, they don’t return calls or follow up with ANYTHING. DO NOT MOVE HERE!**UPDATE**I did not receive my security deposit back until October 2018 AFTER I filed my small claims case. I called them everyday 3 times a day left voicemails to anyone and everyone in the company. NOT ONE CALL BACK! They issued my refund in my children’s name instead of mine and my husbands name. This place is a joke took a whole other month to receive the check under the correct name after it was “expedited overnight”.

I lived here a very long time ago whats a decent place to live back in the early 2000s very close to the 92 and the 880 Freeway

I came to see the apartment and was told by the assistant manager Nyala that I would get a $250 visa gift card if i put down the deposit so I did on the same day, signed the lease and moved in that same week.I was never given the $250 visa gift card on the day I moved in when Nyala did a walkthru of the apartment to me. I sent her an email reminder a week later but she ignored my email. I went to the office and she tried to ignore and gave me some bogus story.I sent her another email reminder about the gift card and she basically ignored and never replied my emails. I went to the office today and the new assistant manager told me Nyala was no longer working there. I asked the new assistant manager about the $250 gift card and she said she knew nothing about it.Then I asked her to explain what one of the charges is for on the bill I received in the mail. She said she doesnt know. I asked her how can you expect people to pay if you cant explain what the charges are for. She raised her voice and yelled at me and told me to just pay it.This is a problem when the company hired these workers to work in the leasing office alone. They run their own show because they know their boss is not there to watch over them.
