I love, love, love my new apt. Andina apartments are well maintained on the inside and out, spacious, updated/modern, the balconys are huge and the location is perfect. Having Jose as the property manager is a plus and definitely seals the deal for complete satisfaction. He is highly professional, attentive to his tenants needs and deeply cares. He was very patient and made the application process a wonderful experience. When I arrived my apt was clean and spotless ready to move in. I am home!!

I love it here! I reached out to Jose in the earlier part of the month and he got me in and into an apartment very quickly! He was through, and attentive and truly cares about his residents. Im so happy to be living in this newly renovated apartment.

I had a tour scheduled for today at 10:30 AM. I arrived on time and was greeted by Jose, a leasing agent. I was told that there weren’t any appointments on his schedule nor were there any available units.Im not quite sure as to why I received two texts confirming that I had an appointment scheduled at said time, but when I arrived I did not receive the same message.I am leaving a one star review because I do not like my time being wasted nor do I appreciate the fact that I was lied to.Whether there are apartments available or not, this was very unprofessional and crude.

We have lived here for a little over a year and we love it. Recently, Jose gave us the opportunity to move to one of the newly renovated apartment and they are beautiful. When we needed a few things fixed (which happens in new) Jose got back to us quick and sent Josh to help. Josh is awesome, extremely knowledgeable, its rare he cannot fix something. Hes always helpful and friendly. Jose and Josh make a great team for this complex, we are lucky!

First of all, I just want to thank JOSE for and amazing virtual tour he provided. He is very detail oriented and makes you feel like your actually living at Adina Apartments. His attitude is amazing and fun. Thank you Jose for taking your time and showing me your property. As soon as a 1 bedroom is available I will most definitely fill out an application. If youre looking for affordable apartments in the East Bay with a team led by a manager who cares, I would highly recommend you look into Andina! Since the beginning, Jose, the manager, was highly responsive and extremely helpful. Ever since moving up to the bay area a few years ago and dealing with a multitude of different management teams, this one is by far the best! The apartments are clean, big, and affordable. Management truly cares about the place and you can tell by the recent/ongoing renovations. The company cares about the place and continues to reinvest. Also, the location is really good (15min walk to Bart and youre next to a lot of Hayward shops).

Jose the manager of Andina Apartments is awesome! My wife and I have been looking for a simple yet beautiful looking apartment and when we called Jose he knew exactly what we meant. Very friendly and answered all our questions. He showed us the property and my wife and I knew that this was the place for us. I just want to say thanks again Jose and can’t wait to move in.

I like the apartment. Manager, jose has been awesome in the whole process. We had thousands of questions and he answered all of them and worked with us to get us in.Couple minor issues with the apartment but the maintenance guy, Josh, fixed it first day!Its an older building, but the renovations are solid. They are still renovating and making improvements (elevator and stairs could use some work), hence the 4/5 review. The interior is awesome, new appliances, new floors, and we got a good view. After all the renovations are finished, this place will be on point!

My husband and I have lived here since 2018. These apartments used to be Villa Morada apartments until they were sold and they are now Andina Apartments. Ever since they took over, we have seen improvements. Their new property manager, Jose, is easy to contact via text or phone and he makes sure anything we need is taken care of right away. He is friendly and always greets us when we see him around the property. He keeps us well informed on anything we need to know. The complex is under renovation and I am sure when it is fully complete, it will be great!

My family and I have been long term residents and been through two property acquisitions. Jose our property manager has been wonderful. He gave us the information about what the new owner’s plans for the property. We have had some nice renovations to our building. Jose care about the residents. He helped us transfer into our beautiful renovated penthouse apartment. And he is a very approachable manager who greets you with a smile. My girlfriend and I are moving from Texas to California for work, and we got in contact with Jose, the property manager. Jose has been so so helpful through everything. With us being states away and COVID, Jose took the time to personally walk up through the apartment and around the area. He informed us of stores near by and has been super helpful and patient with us, as this is our first apartment. Jose has mad the first apartment excitement super easy and not stressful at all. I can not wait to move in and start our lives living at Andina Apartments!

I moved into a 1 bedroom 1 bath at Andina Apartments in the middle of February 2020, and was assisted by Jose, the property manager, through the application and lease process.TL;DR (Too Long; Didnt Read): Andina Apartments is going through what seems like a growth phase. There are a lot of projects planned to make living at Andina even better than it already is, and youll notice that. Jose and Josh from the staff are great to work with.The Building:The most important thing to note is the building, as thats where youre probably going to be spending the majority of your time. The two buildings that make up Andina Apartments are well kept for the most part. Since moving in, there have been several maintenance updates to things like the Doorway Security system, new tile in the front entrance, and elevator. There is always a project going on somewhere, and some seem to not be addressed.Regardless, the units available are very nice. At least, the unit I am currently occupying is very nice since its remodeling. Theres paint spatter across multiple areas, which was probably due to an accelerated move-in expectation I set. I wouldnt worry about it or be concerned considering the state of everything else.The Staff:During my time at Andina, I have partnered with two of the staff closely: Jose the property manager, and Josh, one of the maintenance team members. Both are very polite and will do what they can to accommodate you. Jose has worked with me to get me what I needed in a timely manner, and while there were some initial hiccups in communication at first, setting clear expectations and being honest has made working with Jose as a property manager a pleasure.Josh has, at the time of this review, helped me with my door. I wasnt able to get out of the apartment and had sent an email maintenance request at around 10:00 PM the prior evening. Josh got to my door as soon as possible and took care of the problem quickly and professionally.I will come back to this review at the end of my 12-month lease. ($2200 p/month)

I’ve been living at Villa Morada (now sold to Trion Properties as Andina Aprtments) in Hayward for about 3 years now. Jose Varela is the incoming property manager who is processing the transition from Villa Morada to Andina, including property renovations and more. Going through a property acquisition with a new property management company is confusing and uncertain, but Jose has been a great resource throughout the process. In the times I’ve spoken with him, he showed a genuine interest in hearing my questions and comments, and helping in any way related to the rental apartment. Jose goes out of his way to communicate information to tenants of planned work allowing us as tenants to plan around building maintenance. I get the sense that Jose cares about the work he does, which is great because he is very responsive and attentive to the apartment complex. I’d recommend renting from Jose at Andina Apartments.
