I love this place. Put in my maintenance request because there was a hornets nest on the carport right above where I parked my car and I just noticed it immediately submitted a maintenance request and within 2 hours Alex came out and got rid of The hornets nest. I love this place thank you for all that you do.

Submit a request for the garbage disposal and someone showed up the next day. He was in and out in 5 minutes, very much appreciated!

I’m so happy to live here! Great management team and pet friendly environment. Wonderful friendly neighbors that welcomed my husband and I as we moved in. Beautiful gated property that features swimming pool, bbq area, gym and laundry room. Highly recommend for first time renters:)

The timbers is honestly a great place to live! they get any mainteance request done asap and the assistant manager Jessica is super helpful with anything! the people living there are also super nice. AND they allow cats!

The Timbers Apartments is an amazing place to live. The apartments are modern and clean, and have tons of storage space. Management is great. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Ive been at The Timbers Apartments for 3 months now. Management and staff have been nothing but helpful. Ive asked for minor repairs to be done in my apartment and have gotten a quick response. Repairs have been done within a day of the request, and Ive always gotten a follow up call. Premises are always maintained nice and clean.

Ive been here for over 2 years now. I just renewed my lease. Dulce the current manager has been one of the most professional and understanding managers that Ive seen. She gets the job done! Ive seen negative rewiews and believe that these reviews are written by people who break the rules and cant handle the fact that Dulce inforces these rules. Because of her I feel more comfortable being here! Thank you Dulce for doing your job! I would also like to add that Ive never experienced any cockroaches ever! I keep my place clean, I dont leave food out and I take my garbage out! Cockroaches thrive on garbage and unsanitary living..if you dont want these critters in your house then keep your area clean! Bottom line!

This is not a good place to live at. Do not rent from this place under the current manager Dulce. My husband and I have lived here at the Timbers for 9 years, never had a cockroach problem until Feb. 2018. This has been the worst. We have had problems with cockroaches, plumbing issues, stealing of our truck and they broke into our other car twice. Our mailboxes have been broken into twice. When I asked the manager about having camera footage to see who might of stolen our car, he told me that the security did not take any pictures of the apartment front parking lot that night. This happen on a Saturday. The security guard must of fell asleep that night or not bothered to come by. I asked for my carpet to be cleaned for the past 8 years and never has been cleaned once. We have been faithful in paying our rent on time for the going on 9 years now. We had to live with cockroaches for 10 months, they went into my Keurig coffee maker, printer, and TV and the manager did nothing to replace anything. It turns out there was an apartment that was fully infested with cockroaches and this management did very little to make sure the cockroaches dont run into other apartments by spraying the other units around until the people moved out. After having to deal with these issues for 10 months, Dulce had the audacity to charge a 10% increase on my rent, when it was time to renew the lease at the beginning of January of 2019. I finally called the city Hayward because nothing was being fixed. I have a front door that still does not lock properly, even after I called the city. The maintenance person Earl came and fix it but did a horrible job and it did not lock at all. He left it worse then it was before and broke the inside wood where the lock goes in. They did some painting on the bathroom ceiling to cover the ceiling from a leaking pipe and left paint on my carpet, bathroom soap and shampoo and did not bother to clean it. This has been the 3rd time and I have told them to replace the pipe on the ceiling but they keep ignoring me because I am a woman and dont know anything about plumbing. Nothing is being done. Now Dulce told me if I dont like it I can move out. She said I harassed her because I complained about the cockroaches. I am living off a big yellow container to keep my kitchen things in, nice and locked in, while paying full rent.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE PERIOD!The management is not truthful, disrespectful, petty, manipulative and unprofessional. I have lived in these appartements for 5 years now and this is The worst I have seen management behave. For the fourth time in a row I came home to find my door unlocked. when i complain, they get really agressive and inappropriate as if we didn’t have the right to complain. And every time We raise a concern they are quick To tell us to move out instead of fixing the issue at hand. I was on my couch one day when a complete stranger walked into my home telling me that the manager had given him the keys to my home without my consent and knowledge yet again putting me and my home harms way! My clothes have been stolen, my kitchen ustensiles are all gone, my mailbox have been broken into, leading to a stolen identity. Like this wasn’t enough, they are changing my one year lease to a month to month out of NOWHERE (just cause)...NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!! This management enables the community to be discriminatory against black people, no regard nor respect for us here!!! Save your time, money and Sanity.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.I usually renew my lease with my apartment complex and stay a residence for at minimum 2 years. But this has been the worst apartment complex I have ever rented from and counting the days to move out. I have experienced packages being taking (once found in the maintenance closet that no one seems to know how it got in there) and when the suggested to have a camera place near the mailboxes follow up was never received and cameras are still no where on the property. This place is NASTY they have stranded cats throughout the property and roaches in their apartments. I am a minimalist and very clean person but I yet needed my apartment to be bomb for roaches and still saw more after the bombing. When I first moved in someone attempted to break into my apartment and destroyed the lock when I brought the issue to the office they said I had to pay for the lock change. And lastly the rent increase on the new lease ( IF I wanted to renew) was a $174 increase plus water and garbage (which ranges from $135-$160/month). It would not be beneficial for anyone to rent from them save your time, sanity, and money.

Timbers apartments are not at all up to the expectations. Huge amount of rent and no work. Its not safe either. Most of the time the gates are open so the drug peddlers are always roaming in and out. If you are single or have a family its a strict no for you. The management is very slow to react on anything. I am not going to renew my lease. Just want to leave this place and move to a better neighborhood.

Its quite good experience living here....good atmosphere here...bt as we talk abt security...its not up to expectation...not as well cleanliness is good..

Do you like silence? So dont live here, boy by the wind, I live practically facing the pool and for Gods sake! I cant stand the noise of the kids, I think the $ 2,300 I paid is not worth it! Disappointed that they didnt warn me about this, which is a problem for me! I asked about children and I was not informed about this “problem”Do you like weed? So you will feel good in that environment, the neighbor downstairs smokes all the time and my apartment stinks 24 hours a day, everyone around me smokes this disgrace!You pay dearly for parking, right? Wrong! At the weekend forget to find a place inside the condo and theres no use complaining! OK?I cant wait for my contract to end!

They are comfortable apartments, located in a quiet and safe area, clean gardens. They are worth for the price of rent, maybe some maintenance incident will help you on the same day. 5 * service and friendliness.
