Please be advised that the most current review was sent out to every apartment complex with the same name in California and has nothing to do with us. This is a very family oriented complex. My son has been raised here and I know all of the neighbors.

Ashley the manager over here she is no more manager over here in building. Today on 07/25/20 she talked nonsense without any rights.she start giving false statements about us.

While leasing they dont provide all rules. Later on they create new rules and notices. We keep some plants in balcony which doesnt need watering even then they gave notice to took out all plants. They blamed due to our plants other balconies are damaging, but there is no damage at all. Manager doesnt inform before visit. We dont know when she visited our apartment we were not at home. She balmed that we are creating problems to other apartments people.We dont even know who is living around us.you can see attcahed pictures in profile.

Not ran professionally on site management shows no interest in tenants concerns not all residents work so this is an section 8 approved apartment complex. Units are small no utility closets.Nice area neighborhood near golf course, if management had better resources between them in their management agency place would be a wonderful place to live lack of communication between the two.all in all 2 1/2 stars.

Ashley the manager over mental lady no sense to talk

This apartment if you break the lease you have to pay until the entire lease is over unless they find another tenant for your apartment which is least likely looking at the behavior of leasing agent. They are behaving so bad because they know if they could not get new tenant then also old tenant still be paying for the entire lease. Terrible and weird management. I visited cherry hill with appointment from central office for 1 BR. but the Manager(Jo Anna) refused to show the apartment that she is not aware of appointment and said that it is not my problem that i am not aware of appointment.She started saying this right when I was at the door entrance.I felt very unwelcome . Later on sharing how i booked the appointment she agreed to show a model 2 BR next to leasing office. I told her I am coming from 80 miles because I have to move this area then she took the discussion in other direction by saying that I raised voice on her. I got scared and left saying I will come morning. Next when I came in morning Tiffany showed me apartment and I found her reasonable. I left a message with Angela(top manager) at parent property headquarters complaining about Jo Anna. I dont know if she took any action or warned Jo Anna or she (Angela) feels it be a normal behavior. Lot of people stay here because one very good school nearby but basic human courtesy is expected from Manager at site.
