Had a great experience here. My mother and I came in to the store before closing in a bit of a phone emergency, looking to switch providers and with tons of questions. The gentleman working, Justin I believe, was very kind and patient with us and helped get a plan that works with our budget and lifestyle. He even stayed late to help us and get us set up with a new phone for me, better service, and a cheaper plan that the previous company we were with. Best customer service I’ve had in a while.

The woman working the counter was not friendly or helpful. When trying to get a phone she gave some outrageous price that I knew was ridiculously high as I had bought this same phone 6 months ago for half that price. When I pointed out the facts I knew about this phone and being able to order online at boostmobile.com for less than half the price she was trying to charge me she rolled her eyes said whatever and went on to overcharging the next customer. I called the York store to confirm I was correct and they gave me pricing that matched my thoughts and online research. I then went 5 minutes down the road to the other Hanover location, employee was super friendly, helpful and didn’t rip me off. Moral of the story is don’t go here unless you like being treated poorly and charged almost double to more than double what you should be paying.

Purchased an unlocked Google Pixel and needed to get my Boost service set up. Justin was holding down the fort when we arrived. He had all of the knowledge and skills to get our phone working in no time at all. He got us an updated SIM card and had all of our info transferred to the new phone in just a few minutes! Stop by and see Justin for any of your Boost/cell phone needs!!!

Worker here sat in the back for 15 mins and we came in twice, she was back there coughing so she had to of heard us talking too. Boost fix ya customer service. She didn’t even great us, I’m switching carriers just because of this. Also she told us what to do instead of asking us, she was extremely rude especially when she answered her phone and was talking to her partner, she needs fired ASAP

If I could give negative stars I would.We walked into a cigarette smell store with nobody at the counter. When the 2 employees came out they asked what we were there for. We advised we were looking for phone upgrades. They absolutely balked when we said our budget was less the $200. They said discount phones are for new customers only and that none of there phones were less then $200. Zero customer sevice skills!

Rude customer service. The woman had a really poor attitude, seemed annoyed at helping us resolve our issue. Both employees did not have a mask on and were very aloof. Highly disappointed.

Went in here and neither of the people working were wearing masks. The woman was on her phone and didnt even look at my. The guy just stared at me, no welcome, how can I help you nothing. I finally said that I was looking to upgrade my phone and he just stared at me. I asked if they had the iPhone 12 and he responded to me with a condescending tone. At that point I was done. I walked out. I had a similarly bad experience at another local Boost store, and I am getting rid of Boost and taking my business to a company that values human life and has some idea what costumer service entails. Unbelievable.

Incompetent arrogant employees, they messed up the mac address on a router and would not fix the problem, there is no internet cause of their mess up, avoid this location if you can, they will get what they deserve, i told them it is ROOM 12 NOT APARTMENT 12, so now i have no internet and now working with xfinity to make it right, they need to hire knowledgeable employees and not anyone that has a pulse

The attendant is rude obnoxious and full of himself.Came in to buy 2 boost ups and was told had to wait hours.Instead of getting off 1 computer and using another.Highly recommend NEVER use the Boost Mobile store in Hanover Pa Mall!!!
