Friendly and helpful staff! Went in to upgrade my phone tonight and they were very busy! We waited a short time and the two employees were patient with each customer and even stayed late to help us switch everything over to my new phone. Will definitely be going back to this store.

I have to say that the service and the staff at this location is top notch! I may be partial as Jacob Hunt is my nephew but he has definitely gone over and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of perfection! I came in yesterday Oct14 and Lauren quickly ascertained the problem and sent me to contact tech support. It was amazingly easy and also thorough. They said the phone was no good and sent me another. Went in to Verizon TCC on Monday 11/18 to get two smart phones, we were told they would have to order them, that was fine with us.Our phones came in and we were called on Thursday 11/24. We went to their store on Friday 11/24 and spent two hours with Jake, the person that sold us the phones, trying to get the phones activated with no success.We left and told them to call us when they figure out the problem to call us.I didnt hear anything for the rest of the week, so I called them on Sunday 11/24 and left a message, two hours later no returned call, so I left a second message with the same result, them I called Jakes personal cell and talked to him, we said he would call me back, guess what? ,no returned call. We went out to the store to fine out why no one could return our calls, there was one customer in the store , we were told that they were busy, I guess it took three people to wait on one person.I told them that I wanted to cancel our order and we would take our business elsewhere, which we did. We went to the mall at T Mobil and in one and a half hours we had two new phones all activated with our contact numbers transferred and Verizons service canceled, they had great customer service A ++++.

Having reached out to Verizon via web and phone for two days in an effort to buy a cell phone, with no results, was amazed at how much easy it was in person at the store! Great service, excellent and patient staff...these folks really know their biz!

I ordered and paid for a phone online for pick at this store. When I arrived at the store I was told that my phone was sold to another customer that day. I was informed that even though they received my order, the phone was not associated with my name and therefore they were within their right to sell it to someone else. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not in. I requested that he call customer service and he said that I would have to leave and do it myself. I told him that it was their responsibility to address the issue as they sold my phone. He said there was nothing he could do and that it was not his problem. I called customer service outside of the store from my car and they called the agent and resolved the problem by offering me a different phone.When I went back into the store, the same agent was there. I asked if he got credit for the sale and he told me they work on commission. I said that I was considering buying from a different agent. I did not appreciate the way he treated me and did not want to reward him for it. In any event, the previous order was not cancelled and they needed to call customer service. There appeared to be some confusion on his part so I asked if he was going to call them because he was unwilling to do so earlier. He the accused me of lying to customer service and that he did nothing wrong. I informed him that he was now yelling at me and that I was a customer that simply wanted the phone I purchased in good faith. I finally asked if he was going to sell me the phone at if I should buy it somewhere else. He finally said that at this time, I think you should buy it somewhere else.I found it very ironic that when I went to the Verizon in the Hanover mall, they very quickly understood and resolved the issue for me in under 20 minutes. This was even after the agent told me that the customer service there was bad and that his was superior.

Morgan was amazing and saw us through the entire process and several visits. The other women in the store were also great! Friendly, efficient and helpful! Top notch customer service in person and on phone.

I came here about three weeks ago with my parents to upgrade their phones. Mason was extremely helpful and patient with us. He explained the different options and what option he thought would best fit and even went as far to switch over their phones, which saved me a lot of hassle. I live in Orlando so it was comforting that he was so helpful. He even installed their tempered glass screens for me! The Verizon store I go in Orlando basically ignores you unless you want to spend top dollar so this store and mason was a breath of fresh air.

They were very friendly and helpful! Abbey made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store and I didnt feel pressured to get anything I didnt need. Great customer service!!

Recently just upgraded at this location, saw it was newly remodeled and a new staff. My experience was amazing. They answered all my questions, transferred all my information for me to my new phone, and left happy. Store said it was under new management, plus they had a store mascot of a cute black puppy!! I’m giving this one star rating based on my phone conversation today with an employee named Josh. I told him I called the store number and left a voicemail a week ago and didn’t hear anything back. He told me they have no way of checking voicemails. I said it seems bizarre that a phone store can’t check their own voicemail. I guess this ticked him off because he started getting defensive, Interrupted me, and raised his voice. He told me I shouldn’t have left a voicemail message. Why in the world does a business have voicemail that they can’t check?

Going on a year, they have STILL not corrected an issue regarding a credit for a free phone.... And they CHARGE YOU for transferring information from your previous phone,,,,, & end up not doing THAT properly as requested either.... DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR DEALING WITH PROBLEMS THAT THEY CAUSE & ARE UNABLE TO CORRECT EFFICIENTLY OR AT ALL.

I tried to order a iPhone 11 Pro Max and was told it would ship with 2 day shipping, but its been a week and it still hasn’t shipped and no phone call saying it had arrived! And they also said it was in stock at the warehouse, and that it would ship out last week, but they couldn’t tell me if they had an order number or confirmation tracking number on a $1400+ phone. Not too happy with this business.....And no one will return phone calls when I left a voicemail calling to check a week later as to if it had arrived yet.

Stay away!! They love to take extra money from you and promise you all the things that money will deliver but it is not true. I bought a $50.00 screen protector from them with the new phone I purchased and was told when I bought if anything happens bring it in and they will take care of it. The screen protector broke and we went in and they told us how to order a replacement and to bring it back in when we get it. After I got the new screen protector in I took it in to have it installed like they told me to, only to be told they would have to charge $9.99 to install it. What a joke. I can not and would not recomend the service here!!!!!

Went to the store at 11:08am on Sunday 6/24/18 for assistance with getting a new phone since mine broke, I only had like 30 dollars left on the phone payment and wanted to pay it off and get a new phone and then have the bill adjust accordingly. The man working there was not willing to help and put in very little effort to assist. He told me he could not find my account after I gave him all my info and told me I required a pin number for him to look me up. I explained to him that I never setup a pin number and I was not sure what he was asking for. He told me without it he couldnt find anything as far as my account which is ridiculous because he works at Verizon and im a customer with them and have an account they should have no problems finding me by phone number.After I got 0 help from the man working there, I left the store and when I returned back to State College the next day, I went to Verizon and within 2 seconds after typing in my phone number they brought up all of my info and were able to assist. I was very displeased by the service and lack of care and effort on the employees end at the Hanover store and think this man needs to be talked to by management or take a training on how to do their job since they either have no idea what they are doing or they just dont care and thats a bad look for Verizon.

Rep was friendly found me a awesome case it has a kick stand and is military grade protection.

Most of the time I can give 5 stars, but I went in the store on Saturday Jan.20 at around 7:30pm and th ere was one employee working, he greeted me and said he had th e people he waas with and 2 more people ahead of me. I waited for about 30 minutes and he was still with the same people, so I finally left. It is ridiculous that on a saturday evening there is only one employee, it takes awhile I realize but this was more than any customer should have to wait.

If your a Verizon customer this is the best retailer in Hanover.

Every time I come in here they make a promise and then back track the next time. Customer service is terrible here, and they ARE NOT A CORPORATE STORE I do not care what they tell you, that was the first question I asked when I came in and it was a bold faced lie.
