I was at this store on Friday July 17 2020 and the staff that was working were extremely helpful and curtious, they toke there time with me and were able to help me with my issue. They made sure everything was working for me that I asked them. Im from York and I never received great service like I do from this store, I will go to this store every time I need anything to do with our cell phones. The girls there were all very nice. Helpful getting me a new phone when my old one quit on me. They didnt have the one I wanted in stock and even called around trying to find me one that was in stock. No one had one. I looked at my options of what was available at this location and selected a different one that would work for me. Great experience!

A simple flip phone purchase has turned into s nightmare for my dad. The phone was not set up properly in store and after my calls to the techs and an hour drive the phone is still not working properly. What a giant mess. To top it off I was told that because s phone that I wanted was not in stock and would have to be ordered that I would be given a discount. I later have found out that the discount was actually a promotional price, one that was being offered. I am very unhappy with this location.

Went here to get my wife a new phone. They had 2 colors for the phone she wanted, pink and black. She chose black. The girl at the counter started the process. When it came time to pay, I said I’d like to pay for half of the cost of the phone on my card. She got irritated and told me that now she had to restart everything and return the phone since I didn’t mention that earlier, which I hadn’t since she didn’t bring it up and I don’t work there so don’t know their system.After restarting everything, she informs us that she can no longer sell us the phone we were going to get, and we’ll need to pick another, but now all they have is pink. My wife tells her she doesn’t want pink, to which the girl tells her to just buy a black case. I inform her of how ludicrous this all seems, and ask to speak to a manager. She informs me that the manager isn’t there, and that she knows I blame her, but she blames me for not saying something sooner about a downpayment. I tell her that I don’t know how her system works and she responds with “okay, whatever.” I decided enough was enough, and we left the store. With this person representing them, I have no idea how they sell anything here.

Although Verizon is getting just a little expensive for me and my taste I am looking for other carriers Ive been with Verizon for about 25 years and I dont get any special treatment or privileges for having an account with them for so long in good standing theres a lot of things companies out there that are betting against each other for the cheapest with the most unlimited everything so I will keep my eye out until then the Verizon store in Hanover Mall is the only place I will go for my Verizon needs

Adam, Kiersten, and Tori were extremely helpful to me and my family during a last minute visit a couple of weekends ago. We were greeted with enthusiasm and willingness to help when we arrived on a Holiday weekend and then realized that we had the incorrect closing time. I had accidentally broken my phone that day, and my father and sister were long overdue for updates so we coupled the visit together (thinking that we were early). The group made it extremely easy for us to make decisions, asked us the right questions, and treated us like human beings. The process was navigated efficiently, especially given the circumstances, and we did not feel rushed or like a bother to the team. This was appreciated especially after visiting another local Verizon location beforehand who were immediately defensive and more concerned with starting off their weekend. (Mind you, they had the same closing hours as Victra Verizon, and also no customers in sight). The Victra Verizon Teams opinions and guidance was authentic and we would fully trust them to aid us in the process again. We appreciate you guys, keep on being awesome!!

Terrible time here,in Hanover mall location. Stood forever, waited while others walked in front of us and we were ignored.Finally someone acknowledges us and blows us off.Furious I was furious!Being a Director of sales ,I wanted to scream.I was dressed like I just came off my farm ,which I did,However shouldnt be judged by appearance.Typing mistakes on my phone I know!We walked out and went to verizon on the main drag in Hanover,free standing location,next to Texas roadhouse.Same old clothes ! Treated like we were the most important people in the world.Walked put with 2 new phones@May offer them jobs if they leave Verizon!

I went to North Hanover Mall Verizon. I was waited on by new girl. She was very nice. The guy that was to be training her, basically was leaning on the counter, he was in a full spread straddle, typing on phone. The girl basically had to beg him to help her. Shed ask him to help get something off the printer, hed let out an exasperated sigh, and slowly lumber back to the printer. On one trip he came out with a bag of orange chips, stuffing them in his mouth as fast as he could. Chips were flying everywhere. Then he proceeded to try and talk to me with a full mouth. At some points he would put his hand up to cover his mouth, from view, but it was still fairly disgusting. It was one of the most unprofessional acts of customer service, I have ever witnessed.I came to return my phone and unfortunately the same guy was there. He waited on me. I was the only customer in the store. Another customer walked in. He proceeded work on the other customer, with the new girl. I said I feel very sick, could you get mine done, since I was there first. He went back to mine, but stopped to help the girl and help her at least a few times. I said I feel like I have to vomit, can we move this along? By this time I am getting upset. I said Can I come back later. I would like to have someone else wait on me. You have the attention span of a 2 year old I think I may have hurt his feelings, but seriously, watch him work, he is a terrible fit for that job. He started to get a little snarky with his response, and thats when my boyfriend stepped up to my defense. That sales rep doesnt have the skills for this job. He never once gave me any advice. It wasnt until I talked to the manager and she explained that my phone, that was dropped in water, probably would not work right, that I decided to keep the new phone. That guy, never mentioned that once. It made complete sense, when she explained it. He is supposed to be the expert. He did nothing more than, make excuses, talk rude to me, fight with my boyfriend and make me cry. Hopefully I will not have to come back out there anytime soon!

Edit*** since having Verizon I get at least 15-20 calls a day from all kinds of random calls that are usually scammers. I even get calls from Egypt.Call to ask them questions and they never answer your questions. They tell you your monthly payment will be one thing then you’re charged way more. Horrible customer service. As soon as my device is paid off I am done with Verizon.
