Doyle was amazing! Wonderful customer service! He has a great positive and friendly attitude! Lets face it, getting a new phone isnt the most pleasant experience, its frustrating, confusing and can be very expensive! Doyle took a lot of time to explain everything and make it less confusing and it wasnt frustrating at all! I originally showed up with a phone that I bought from Amazon that wouldnt allow me to receive text messages. He did everything possible to get it to work but it was defective. I ended up getting a new phone for even cheaper than Amazon! So a word of advice, just get the phone from Verizon, youll save yourself from getting a huge headache and wasting half of your day trying to get it to work. The process was painless once I made that decision! This was the best Verizon experience Ive ever had! Thank you Doyle!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

I was there in February 2021 and im very happy with the service i received from a young man named Doyle. He has a great personality and greeted me with a smile. I had my phone for over 4 year and i was hesitant about getting a new one. When i sat down with Doyle to talk about which phone, he wasnt trying to sell me the most expensive phone like past salespeople tried to do. He simply asked so what phone do you perform ? Hes very easy to talk to. I choose the 21 plus and i absolutely love it. I never had to do a thing Doyle took care of everything and even gave me a run down on all of the cool features the phone had. Oh, and might i add that he stayed over an hour past his shift to make sure that i was 100% happy, most would say come back another day. I would not recommend going to this retailer what so ever. I was talked into adding a line for a promotion of a BOGO for a fancy phone. My bill was not supposed to go up, turns out it did. The sales person was unaware the the offer was expired and sold me the promotion anyways. Not only will the local store do nothing about it, there corporate office will not do anything stating they dont know what the sales person said. I am filling complaint with Verizon and BBB. Unbelievable that they do business this way.

We came in to the store to add a line for my son and do a possible upgrade for myself. Doyle W. was very patient with us and went through all of our options a few times. We both got the Glass Screen protector and really love it.

I got a new phone over the weekend (completely unplanned actually). You know how when you go get a phone its usually a several hour event? Doyle made it as quick as can be. In fact, he actually made getting the phone enjoyable. He was easy to talk to, answered all and any of my questions while making helpful suggestions/recommendatio­ns. Went here today after my phone decided to take a bath in the toilet :-( the screen was completely black. I was obviously frustrated with the situation. I met and spoke with Doyle who was super friendly and accommodating and helped me feel less stressed about the situation. He was very thorough in talking me through the various options and was honest and transparent about what he could and couldn’t do for me, which I really appreciated. He didn’t try to upsell me - he simply asked what I needed and helped me get it! I walked out with a new phone that is perfect for me and feeling really good about the entire experience from beginning to end!! I’ll definitely go back to see him when/if I have future phone troubles!

He was very helpful, impatient explained everything to Big which is not easy because Im very cell phone illiterate help me set up the new phone and everything I was going from an Apple phone back to a regular phone I hate Apple phone Ill never have anything to do with apple again. I was very satisfied with him would recommend him to anyone I saw him again the other day when I was in there and enjoyed seeing him and speaking with him again I also spoke with somebody else the other day when I was in there young man he was also very pleasant I forget what his name was but twice Ive been there and twice had very very good experience Im a hundred percent disabled and a widow Im 60 years old and anytime I can go and have a salesperson be that helpful that patient with me Believe me I appreciate it 150% and thats what I got from there so I thank them very very much and wish them well will go back again if I have to.

Very clean and spacious store

Tyler was awesome! I was bringing over 3 phone numbers from Sprint, bringing over 2 of my existing phones, adding 3 new phones and 2 new lines! It was not a walk in and walk right out situation to say the least. He new exactly how to do everything, walked me through what steps I needed to take to get away from Sprint and even came in on his day off to activate my phones! Definitely a great start to my Verizon experience!

I called ahead to make sure they had the phone I wanted to buy. Upon arrival I was informed in order to purchase the phone out right it had to be in cash. So I left went to an ATM and returned. The salesman then informed me that the price he gave me wasn’t correct. This was a horrible experience. This is extremely unprofessional. Beware

The sales person was pushy, aggressive, and condescending. While he was waiting on us someone was wandering around the store for about 15 minutes. a third customer came in and another salesman tried to wait on that person. The person that had been waiting 15 minutes became upset that someone else was being waited on before him. Understandably so. He stated something to the effect of fantastic customer service for someone whos been with you for 25 years and left. After you left our salesmen made a comment about taking his 25 years and shoving them right up his butt. We wont be back to store.

From the moment we walking into the store our Wireless Consultant, Dallas Windsor, was on top of his game. He listened to our needs and presented all of the options with professionalism and knowledge. No strong arm techniques to get us to buy, but instead presented honest facts that enabled us to come to our own decisions. Needless to say, we switched our wireless carrier and left with new iPhones. Would definitely recommend Dallas if you are looking for a new phone or in the market to change your service.

I had order the new note 20 from another carrier, but was sent the wrong phone. verizon hooked me up and had them in stock, and even paid me more for my old phone than my other carrier was going to for trade in. Doyle was the salesperson that helped me out and was more than willing to make sure I got all the gear and deals that i needed!

Just got my new phone after 4 years with my old Android. Dallas Windsor was extremely helpful. He asked me all the right questions to help direct me to the phone that would best fit my current needs. He was very professional and quickly set me up and transferred all my photos, contacts, etc. I would highly recommend going to Cellular Sales in Hanover, and ask for Dallas. I will be returning to this store for all my cellphone needs, as long as Dallas is there.

I originally dealt with the York store, but had some issues. I had received a call welcoming me back to Verizon from Austin so I decided to visit there for some help. Dallas was most helpful in assisting me with my issue of getting registered for the gift card rebate and clearing up other questions even though he was not the one who got credit for the sale. The individual who handled the sale never gave me a code or told me that there was a registration process until I called and asked when this would happen. Luckily I am still in my 30 day timeframe. I cannot say enough about Dallas and his professionalism. I will continue to deal with that store.

When we came in to see if we could lower our bill we were greeted at the door by dallas. My kids and I came into the store hoping to get phones. I knew i only had a $1000 credit line but Jonathon promised he would perform magic. He sure did! I left with an iPhone XR my daughter walked out with a iPhone 8 and my son an iPhone 7. He was a pleasure to work with! Being a new single mom i didn’t have a lot to spend out of pocket. He nailed my budget and did whatever he had to in order to make it work! Jonathon definitely made this experience a positive one! I came into this store to upgrade a phone for my daughter on 6/9/19. Dallas Windsor Met me at the door and asked if he could help me and took me right in and set me at his desk. He was awesome. Can’t say enough about how outstanding of an experience my husband Randy and I had this evening with a young and outstanding employee named Devon Keller. He went way beyond what I have come to experience in the sales world for wonderful customer service. We came in with a problem with my son’s LG f4 phone not holding a charge. He explained to us after running a couple diagnostic checks on the phone, that we would probably continue to have problems because of the age of the phone etc. He totally did not pressure us about buying a new phone, but after spending some time with him we were convinced it was the right thing to do. He has spent so much time with us and great customer care.
