My experience with Comfort Technology, Inc. was beyond phenomenal!!! I had a clogged drain pipe in my mini split ac unit, and from the time I called Comfort Technology, until they came out and fixed my issue, my experience could not have been better. Called first thing in the morning, and Scott Smith, a very skilled and very professional gentleman, came by the same afternoon, fixed our problem in less than an hour, and offered very excellent advice on how to keep up with maintenance, so I would not have the same issue in the future. Mr. Scott Smith arrived on time, and did not try to charge me for services not needed. He offered great advice, while explaining the problem in detail, what was causing the issue, and how to prevent the issue from happening again. If you are in need of an ac unit, or a repair on an ac unit, including ductless mini split systems, please dont waste your time trying to find the right company and the man you want to request when calling Comfort Technology, Inc., Mr. Scott Smith. I had a brand new unit placed March 2021. The process was seemless and they saved me several thousand dollars compared to another company. My AC has been struggling recently (July 2021) due to our very hot summer. I called them to come look at it and they came 3 different times under the warranty and were able to figure out the issue was I have no insulation in my homes attic. Very professional and went above and beyond. Very happy with their service.

Tony and Brock were awesome! They communicated throughout the process and put the duct pieces together outside my home so I saw the quality. I didn’t have to ask them to wear booties in the home and they let me know when they were leaving and when they’d return. Work was done at the cost estimate and within the agreed upon time. I saw the pictures and feel the difference. Lastly he mentioned how I can adjust the dampers to maximize the airflow between floor levels in winter vs summer. What more could I ask?

Tony and Brock installed 20’ of gas line from our existing meter to a newly installed pool heater.They took the gas line apart at the meter and added a 3/4” tee in order to attach new, flexible gas line. They then strapped that gas line to the side of the house (nicely inline with the electrical conduit there), routing it to the heater via a new cutoff and drip leg. They checked all connections for leaks, bled our line of air and relit all gas appliances in house. Technicians were responsible, respectful and courteous. Comfort Technology is #1! A+++++

Scott Smith arrived on time and put shoe covers on before coming inside. He maintained social distancing as I showed him the HVAC units (time of Covid). As a first-time HVAC maintenance, I followed him around and asked lots of questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I subscribed to the annual maintenance plan because of its value. In my case, two regular visits a year are $320 and the plan is $350. An extra $30 for labor and diagnostic savings will be saved in a single unplanned visit.Update 5/27/2021: Second visit for routine maintenance. Technician didnt know if my units drew makeup air from the outside. I pointed to the makeup air duct on the inlet side of my attic unit, and when he saw that it went to the outside of my house he said it must be drawing air from outside. As he was about to leave the unit, he noticed writing on the duct connector that said filter. He opened it and found a very old torn up filter with dirt caked in the filter fibers. He didnt have a 10 x 10 filter in his truck so he moved on to checking other things. After he left, it occurred to me that my downstairs unit might also have a makeup air duct. Sure enough it did, and there was a similar panel. I opened it and found another 10 x 10 filter caked with dirt. It is frustrating that an HVAC technician isnt familiar with the general concept of makeup air and that units might have these ducts. It is inexcusable that checking the makeup air filter isnt part of the maintenance plan. Seems like a basic checklist would solve this. I changed from 5 stars to 2 stars.

My husband and I were very pleased with how organized they were and how they did not have a mess at all. I was honestly surprised by the poor service based on the reviews. Some of The guys doing the repairs did not wear face coverings one had a nasty cough. AND DID NOT WEAR A MASK. They did not wear foot coverings despite having them. They were generally nice and knowledgeable but customer service was 2 star at best.

Three months ago we purchased a hot water heater from Home Depot and had it installed. That one quit on us and we thought we would use the warranty to have it repaired. That turned out to be a long difficult process. We found Comfort Technology who was able to send someone out right away. The technician, Lee Chapman, soon diagnosed the problem and was willing to work us in his schedule, the next day. We chose to let them replace the hot water heater since their service and warranty program was much better than what we had. The installation went well. I highly recommend this company!

Comes to appointments on times, reliable service. It helps not to have to worry about breakdowns with annual plan. Combo pack works as well as it can with this retrofitted home that didnt have central air until I put it in.

The heating in the property I rent through KRS holdings failed about a month ago. It took them a few tries, but the Comfort Technology Crew has the town house feeling cozy again. KRS holdings is hands down one of the worst companies in the world, but Comfort Tech is easily one of the best. There was never a doubt that they would be able to resolve the issue. All of the technicians seemed seasoned and proficient in their trade. The ladies answering the phones were beyond pleasant and are asset to the company.

They installed gas service to my kitchen range for an electric to gas conversion. Overall, Im extremely pleased. The finished product is great, the price was affordable, and the technicians were professional and courteous. The first hole they drilled in my floor ended up being in a location that would not allow the new range to sit flush against the wall. When I pointed out the error, the technicians were extremely gracious and rectified it immediately. A little more attention to detail at the beginning would have saved a hole in my hardwood flooring and made this a 5-star experience. With all that said, I wouldnt hesitate to call them again for my next need.

So my downstairs ac unit stopped cooling on Thursday and its been extremely hot this week. The installers were very professional throughout and explained the installation thoroughly, ensuring we understood the process. There was a couple of issues during the installation (including an area power outage) but the installers offered viable options and completed the job. It was a long day for our installers, but they ensured everything was correct, clean, and that my wife and I were happy with our new AC/heat unit. After the call they were able to get to our property the same day due to a cancellation. The interface they use is called House Call and was really good to get notification and billing through an app or online by using my email. The tech who went out was very knowledgeable and fast. Our tenants were happy we could get more coolant put in quickly.

AC went out on Saturday. Our regular maintenance company couldnt come out and didnt seem at all concerned that we were expecting record heat and we have 3 kids and 3 pets. We had our HVAC system replaced several years ago by Comfort Technology. I was impressed by their work then and I am impressed now. Over time the condensation PVC pipe leading outside accumulated debris causing a clog. I noticed water in the pan and called CT. They had 2 techs stop by within a couple hours and cleared the clog in minutes. My home was not in any danger since a sensor CT had installed would have turned off the system if too much water. The techs were great, explained everything and left me a happy camper.
