Called and arranged an inspection of HVAC system in June, they said they would get back to me in a few days, which turned to a couple of weeks, I decided to wait it out as I wasn’t in much of a hurry, bumped into their technician doing a job in parents in law’s house and he said, there was a delay and I will get the quote by the end of the week. As I’m writing this review, it’s now been almost 3 months since that first visit. I don’t really think they want business, and for someone who came highly recommended to me, this has been an utter disappointment, they haven’t reached out to me once!

They have not let me down yet. Very nice and knowledge technicians.

We called this company out to give us an estimate on two plumbing jobs we needed done. 1. To be connected to city sewer and 2 to fix a vent issues in our two back bathrooms. I explained what i needed done before I made the appointment. They didnt tell me that I needed to have the city mark where the tap was before they would give an estimate. Even though we basically we knew where it was. I Made an appointment which they did show up to. But then we didnt hear from them. I called a week and a half later. The guy on the phone was very rude and told me he cant give us an estimate until the city mark where the tap was. I told him ok it has been mark and asked when were they going to send someone out. He told me they would call me. A week later thinking maybe they got busy i called again. The lady on the phone had no idea what I was talking about said the owner is out doing estimates and would call me that day. Did that happen nope, I even waited a extra day before I called back. Once I did the lady said the owner is the only person you can talk to. She said she did give him the message and would text him that morning to call me. I still didnt hear from them. I am done trying to give this company my understanding and my business.

Highly recommend. Wonderful company. Ive used them over the years. They came when they said. Easy to schedule an appointment on a day I was available. Each employee I had the pleasure of dealing with was very respectful and friendly. I will absolutely use them again.

Updated Review-After miscommunication about what exactly a free estimate we received an apology. It was appreciated. So our A/C unit was pretty old and we could have did a quick fix for about 800 bucks but we decide to just replace everything. They worked fast and professionally. We were contacted by the owner multiple times to make sure everything was fine or if we needed any questions answered. Very great service and we appreciate their hard work. They also do Military discounts so that was nice too. I have the names written down at home, Ill update my review with names later.

Very quick to show up, replaced my water heater next day!

Had them clean my furnace and see about an estimate on other repairs I needed to my hvac system. After 2 weeks they finally got me an estimate which was not itemized. And I havent heard from them again even though Ive called multiple times with no response, they said they would mark my request as urgent I still got nothing. Going to go with another company that is actually willing to help me.

Im very impressed by the level of professionalism Jordan displayed while installing a new gas water heater. He didnt rush the job and made sure everything was done at a high standard which is something I value. His respectfulness to me and my house was top notch and made a good impression on Atlantic Plumbing. Finally Jordan didnt just complete the water heater, he also educated me on the basics of how to operate it and how things work. He also went above and beyond by identifying and fixing small unrelated things on the spot. The best thing of all is I didnt even have to take cold shower because of the efficiency of his work and the company.

After replacing our water main to our house our yard and walkway have experienced settling. I specifically asked prior to the project if the walkway would be impacted and was assured it would not. After the project I received a text stating that if I experience settling after rain to contact them and they will address. So, we texted, we called, and we called again. Finally we got a response that they would address. Weeks go by and nothing. We call again and they say they came by. This is a lie because we have cameras set up that aim on the area. Now they say they can’t fix the walkway but will drop off dirt. Here we are over a week later and no dirt. This company is the worst!!!

The hottest days of summer, my AC went out. I had used a company on 3 different occasions for the same AC problem with no avail. I contacted Atlantic Plumbing Heating and AC Inc after searching online and reading reviews.The company worked with my busy schedule and arrived on time. Shawn is very knowledgeable, friendly and arrived promptly. He provided excellent service at a great price.

We were having some mild backup problems and they came out withing half a day and resolved the problem efficiently. They were very nice and communicative to what was going on.

Scammers. I had a leak coming from some duck work in crawlspace. They claimed to use a wet vac and be there for an hour cleaning up water, charging me nearly $200. They were on videotape and only there for 5 minutes. I already cleaned a puddle before they arrived, which was measuring 3 inches (not depth) in length was cleaned by me. Complete rip off. Stay away!

Great customer service!! The owner gave me free troubleshooting advice over the phone about my water heater (not enough hot water) and helped me determine the issue. I purchased the replacement part online and Atlantic installed it at a fair price. Plenty of hot water now. Highly recommended!!

AC went out at our rental property and after getting blown off by the home warranty company technicians that kept canceling appointments for over 2 weeks and finally came out to diagnose and still require another appointment to repair the issue and rather than the 8th bandaid, decided to replace the whole system. Initially almost went with the company home warranty sent out, but after little research, I couldnt find many reviews on that company, and the ones I did were not good, not to mention they were not accredited with the BBB. So I decided to get a quote with Atlantic. I definitely paid more, but I got items that were not going be replaced by the other company and a unit appropriate for the house. After making the call to Atlantic, I was quickly connected with Tom the owner and had nothing but professional and expeditious service. I live out of state and feel very comfortable with choosing Atlantic for replacing my HVAC, knowing they stand behind their quality. Its only been 1 day, tenant says system is working great. So there is definitely time to pass to see overall, but even then I still feel great knowing Atlantic will be there to stand behind the products. They also did my hot water heater in like 2016. I will continue to reach out to Atlantic For my plumbing and HVAC issues.

Had these guys out a couple weeks ago to do an under slab replacement of cast iron sewer main and the scope of the work tripled after discovering how deteriorated our drain piping had become. The crew handled everything in stride and replaced all of the cast iron drains under the slab and on the first level with PVC. This is an expensive job by any description and the pricing was more than fair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Atlantic Plumbing, Heating and Air.

Too bad I cant leave a 0 star. MY hot water tank that they installed a few years ago wasnt working. I could not get it to start. It had gone out 3 times this past month. So I called the emergency number at 11pm and they said they would have someone get back to me because it was after hours. They called me at 7:50am the next morning. They said they will call 30 minutes before they come. Good think I got home from work in time to receive the 3 minute notice they they were coming at 10 am. I was told it just needed to be cleaned. So $225.00 later my hot water was on. by that night I noticed the water wasnt as hot as it usually is. By thenext day, my son calls me in the morning to tell me he went to take a shower and it was cold. Called them and talked to some rude secretary that tells me they do not have an appointment until tomorrow afternoon. I said well that is bulls%$%$#. that I paid over $200 the day before . She sat there for 5 minute and said it was not an emergency and that I should not use that language. So i told her I needed someone here today. She said the manager could have someone out here later today but didnt know what time. Fine I said, I dont care if they come out at 10 pm. Again she tries to correct my language, which she is still talking about from 10 minutes ago. Get over it lady. So dont call this company if u have an emergency because there is no one available after hours in an emergency situation but will charge u over $200 and not fix the issue. Maybe if they spend a little more time doing a better job cleaning instead of a 10 minute job, they would not have to come back.

Set up an appointment to have my AC serviced and was told the technician would be there between 11-2. The technician never showed up. I had to call at 215 and was told the technician was running late and the person on the phone didnt seem to care that I took off work to be there during the time they said they would be there. I canceled and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had my furnace serviced. Fortunately, it only needed some routine maintenance. The technician arrived within the 2 hour window that I was given and completed the service in a timely manor. He was professional and answered all my questions. Their customer service reps are very polite and responsive. I was happy to hear that the diagnostic fee would be rolled into the service charge. I would definitely recommend Atlantic.

My wife and I have used Atlantic for plumbing issues (2 separate visits now), and today we had them come out for an issue with our air conditioner.We have a 5 month old baby, and a 3 year old, so we were super impressed when they were able to come out quickly to fix our a/c.For today’s visit, our tech was Mark and he did an amazing job. He was professional, polite, and he put on shoe covers over his shoes when inside our home. Mark also communicated clearly (in terms that I could understand) what was wrong, and what he did to fix our a/c unit.Between all the visits, Atlantic has done an incredible job. We can’t say enough good things about their techs, and the owner behind the company, Tom Hartman. As long as we live in the area, we will always use Atlantic. If you’re looking for an air conditioning, heating, or plumbing company that you can trust, and that will do an amazing job… don’t hesitate at all, just call Atlantic.

I had Atlantic Plumbing replace my old Central Air unit with a 14 Seer HVAC Package. I was very pleased with the work and impressed by the sheet metal work at the base giving it a very clean look. I had some questions about the installation. They sent a technician out the next day and now all is well.

A complete sham - the worst, please save your money. I contacted Atlantic last Summer to service my AC unit. At the time it was nearly 10 years old. They came out, charged the unit, and offered 3 follow up inspections and charges for approximately $600. To be true, they charged the unit. It worked well. They came back twice afterwards, claimed to inspect it again, and again claimed that the unit was fine, should continue to be fine, and all was well. Well - suddenly we couldnt turn the AC on. I gave them a call. A tech came out and insisted that the coil was shot - had holes all through it. Submitted an invoice for over $5000 to replace the unit. Please avoid these people. Ill be posting the invoices and receipts soon with my personal info masked out. I didnt contact the BBB at the time because I didnt really expect to recoup my expense, but Im posting this now, especially before the Summer season as a warning to all of you. LOOK ELSEWHERE. You can do better. Trust me.

Service was prompt and price was reasonable. The men (Dave and Nick) who came to my house were extremely kind and were happy to explain what was going on with my AC unit and the checks they were running to figure out why it wasnt working right.Id rate higher than 5 stars if Google would let me!

After going through 2 plumbers who were not able to fix a 2nd story clog. They came out and fixed it in no time flat. Very friendly and the price was great. Will keep this number handy for sure!!

Kitchen sink fun with old galvanized iron (1969 house and previous owner clearly was into frying everything). Water everywhere. Line always bern an issue and it was in worse shape inside wall. Prompt and very professional worksmanship in clearing line and replacing everything back to standpipe. Sink has never drained like this! They absolutely warranty their work. Their word matters as much as their workmanship. Hard to find that anymore... that is why Atlantic is our go-to when we have an emergency

Appointment was scheduled between 11 am -2 pm. They call at 2:45 says he will be at my house in 30-45 minutes. I call back an hour later and receptionist tells me technician was at the door. I go downstairs and no one is at the door. I call back and the receptionist has an attitude. So, I told them the heck with them. I have wasted 4 hours of my life waiting for them and they give me poor customer service. Very poor customer service!!! I wish I could give them no stars!!!

A couple months ago, my wife and I smelled gas leaking from our water heater. We called Atlantic and Shawn came out and fixed the issue promptly. Just yesterday, our A/C went out and we again called Atlantic. Shawn again was onsite promptly (within 2 hours of us calling) and had our A/C up and running the best it’s been in years. I’d also like to mention we called several other local HVAC companies and none of them even bothered responding to our calls. Shawn was knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all our questions. Prices have been fair and we never felt we were getting scammed or ripped off. We will definitely continue to use Atlantic in the future.

We had an urgent need to replace our failed hot-water heater. Mark came out and we had a new hot-water heater installed within 4 hours of making the initial call. The technicians were friendly, helpful and polite. We will never go anywhere else.

They advertise free estimates-until you call to set up one! I was told they only do a certain number of estimates and to call back in a week. No thank you. Either you offer it or you dont. I need my home serviced now.

Saved our Thanksgiving! Main water line broke Monday. Came out Tuesday (when they said they would) for a bid. Fixed it Wednesday.EVERYONE was helpful, pleasant, and professional. Will call them again!

I messaged the company on a Sunday night about a leak in my laundry (on 2nd floor) and One of the assistance message me back in 10 minutes seeing if it was an emergency or if you could wait till the morning I said I could wait to the morning and they would call me at 8 AM. Unfortunately he copied my number down wrong so I didn’t get a phone call but when I called him at nine they were very apologetic and said they would have somebody out today. Dave and Jordan arrived And were extremely polite and got right to inspecting for location of the leak. Leak was isolated and all repairs made in about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Price for repairs was very reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to any friends in the area.

Setup an appointment for toilet repair 05/21/19 for between 1-4pm they call at 3pm saying they won’t be able to make it and next available is 05/24. My wife took day off for this repair and yet they didn’t care. This company needs to manage time better and not overbook. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

I have known and been working with Loic and Shawn for many years and they not only do great work, but are friendly to me as well. Do not call for emergency services! I called this company during middle of night for service of a plumbing problem. I was told a technician would call me back and they never did. Even after I called them back after an hour, a technician still did not call me back. What is the point for having emergency services if you really dont offer it! Waste of my time.

My AC is not working. I booked an apt early last week and we have just been dealing with it. The apt was confirmed and here we are 9:48 and no one showed up. My husband took off work this morning to be here. However that is not what prompted this review. The owner just called me and was extremely rude. His comment was we called and sent a text and we assumed no one was home.I explained that I was up all night and my husband had been sitting here waiting on him. He responded in a nasty tone, well we can get someone out later but the tec is already on another call.I then asked this man if he was the owner and due to his tone and just the over all attitude. He advised me that he was and I advised him NO thank you we will go with another company.He actually replied GOOD. WOW! THats the type of service one gets for 175.00 and they have yet to even look at my ac.Maybe I should have gave them another 25.00 make an even 200 and he could kick me in the face. Part of being in a service industry is dealing with people. If you lack people skills find another job!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If they cant show up and talk nicely to the people whom give them work, they do not deserve work.******UPDATE*******The owner replied to this post with nothing but excuses to why they did not show up, pointing the finger at me the customer. The company I used is super nice, did not charge to come out and gave us a great rate to replace it. He also paid no atten to that I happen to be a renter. As far as this company I think the owner should be coming up on retirement and might want to push that up since he clearly lacks the skill to deal with people and people is something one must deal with when owning a business.

Almost three weeks after meeting with two different technicians, I’ve called four times asking for my estimates and still don’t have anything. I guess they don’t need any business.

Ive been using Atlantic for heat and aircondioning service for over twenty-two years, (ever since i purchased my house).They always show up at the appointed time prepared to do what is necessary to resolve your issue.The service persional are knowledgeable and courteous and never over-sell, (a clogged filter never results in a pitch to replace your entire unit).They have been keeping my builder installed HVAC system working a peek efficiency, in spite of the fact that parts are no longer available for this now obsolete system, for over twenty years.
