I always have a great experience at Leightons. They are very honest, professional and reliable. They always fix the cars and they will tell you the truth about what is going on.

Honest shop with great service. I was in town to buy a vehicle and needed a mechanic to look over a few things. Called at 4:45 on a Friday and though he was swamped busy, he squeezed me in first thing Saturday morning. We went through the vehicle and knowing he wasn’t going to get the work (we were taking the car out of town) he did a thorough inspection and got me quotes of work to be done, so I would know what costs SHOULD BE when I took to another garage later on. That’s what I call outstanding service. Straight shooter, focused on honest service. I wish I lived here so this shop could be my go to forever.

My husband’s car needed an oil change ASAP. I called several garages in the area, and most couldn’t do it w/o an appointment. When I called Leighton’s, they gave me a time frame that would work for them, and I showed up. :) They moved quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t have been happier with the way they treated me and the car. First class service!

Barak is the only person I trust to have anything done on my car. He explained everything to me in detail and helped me navigate what I didn’t know about my vehicle. Every time he works on something he is always available to have my car looked at right away and fixed in no time. He doesn’t jack up prices or fix things that don’t need fixing. Barrack is an amazing mechanic. He is honest and hard working. He has worked on my fathers and I’s 2011 Jeep Patriot since it had 5 miles on it. It now has 130,000 miles on it. He has been very understanding and has been able to squeeze in last minute appointments. His charge is reasonable and is not over priced at all. He explains the problems of the car in details and also shows you where it is in the car so you know exactly what he is doing to the car. I would recommend Barrack to anyone who needs anything done to their car. I recently had a nest in my air cabin. Barrack happily cleaned out the air cabin for free. Me, not knowing a lot about cars, is very happy with how he explained things and how he physically showed me the problems. He is very nice and understanding. Would recommend to anyone who needs a trustworthy mechanic.

Finally, an honest mechanic. My car wouldn’t start, figured it was the battery. Battery tested fine so I brought it to Leightons.I had already come to terms with the idea that I was going to have to spend $1,200 for a new alternator. (My German car has a very expensive alternator)Barak did a high tech diagnostic with his computer tools and tracked it down to a loose wire at my starter that was zipping and zapping and draining my battery.$60 later I’m off and running good as new!I went in telling him I was ready to drop a couple grand. He did right by me.I highly recommend these guys
