Josh and his team did the work in a timely fashion. I was able to get my oil changed quickly and at a reasonable cost. They are friendly and want to help to meet the customers automotive repair needs.

Since then, I went to dealerships exclusively. Well, after purchasing a vehicle from Tall Auto for my daughter I could tell this shop was different. I recently bought a 2009 Chevy from Tall Automotive. Great shape, nice and clean and they go right through the whole vehicle. Great price and easy to deal with. Needless to say a month later I had some problems. Josh was at my house within 30 minutes from my phone call to him. Had a tow truck here 20 minutes later. Called me two hours later and told me a valve went. I bought an extended warranty with the vehicle. He told me not to worry about it, that he would take care of it. Had my car back to me in two days. He replaced all the valves with updated valves, gaskets and whatever else to complete the job AT HIS COST. Car is running better than ever. Very happy with my purchase. Brought my wife’s car there to have some work done. They took great care of me, great price and very professional. I found my new mechanic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TALL AUTOMOTIVE.
