I bought my first car here and I was amazed by the quality of the car. I got it for a great price. It was a much better value than the other dealers in the area. I went back a couple weeks later with a small punch list and they quickly repaired the issues. It is a great family owned business with friendly and qualified staff.

Ive been going to Hampstead Garage for all my familys car needs for 18 years. The owners Bill and Kevin David are true professionals, which seem to be a dying breed these days. They do great work and dont overcharge. They also recommend quality parts, when replacements are needed. They stand by their craftsmanship with pride and wont recommend bad products to any of their customers. Both Bill and Kevin, along with their other mechanic Bryan will also give you very helpful information on your vehicles to keep them running longer and more efficiently. They are also very courteous, respectful and real gentlemen. I would highly recommend Hampstead Garage to anyone.

If you are considering hampstead garage, go somewhere else, anywhere else. I brought my car in and told them it needed either new struts or new ball joints, a check engine code read, and an oil change. When they called me with an estimate they said that they didnt know what was wrong with my struts/ball joints, and tried to charge me $150 for the inspection in which they actually gave me less information than i gave them from the start. when i picked up the car they told me it was the strut mounts so i brought it to another garage near my work asking them to replace the strut mounts for me. they took a 5 minute look at it and discovered that, low and behold it was the upper ball joints that needed replaced. the idiot assistant who test drove my car obviously backed it into something too because theres a big dent in my bumper that wasnt there before. I would recommend any other garage in the world over this one.---------------- In response to what the owner has said, I had originally intended on having him do the work. When i got the estimate of what the cost of the work would be, I decided that I would have the work done somewhere else. his apprentice called me and told me to bring them a check for 150$, 86 of which was for the inspection of the car. only after having my father call back (as Im only 18) did they drop the price that I had to pay. the words I used may not have been the best, but when somebody tries to charge you 85$ for incorrect information, I believe you retain the right to be frustrated. Im not saying all experiences at this garage will be like mine, but I can assure you that there are better, more reliable, and more trustworthy mechanics in the area that cost much less.

I have been customer of Hampstead Garage for many years. Bill and his crew have serviced both my trucks and my SUV with excellence.The tasks Ive asked them to do have included alternator replacement, brake repair, belts, transmission, new fuel tank and even replacing an engine in my Tahoe. All work was done on time and without any problems later. His prices have always been very reasonable. Often surprisingly low. (I hope he doesnt read this)Recently I purchased a really nice Jeep Laredo from Hampstead Garage. Since delivery his team has gone out of their way to make sure Im happy and even looked for ways to provide free service saying it was always warranty.Bills team best talent is not just their technical expertise but their ability to make you feel like part of their family. They care about making your car work right because they care about helping you.

My family and I have been going to Hampstead Garage for 11 years now and I cant tell you how awesome these guys are! Weve bought every car from myself, my brother and my parents from them and also all the work we go to them for. They are SO loyal to their customers and anytime I have an issue they get me in there as soon as possible so its fixed the day of or the next day. Theyre always willing to help whenever and are so flexiable. I never have issues after theyre done working on my car and there prices are so reasonable! They aim to please and they execute that while exceeding any expectations you may have. If youre looking for GREAT service, prices and quality work then you need to go visit Billy, Kevin and Brian over at Hampstead Garage, theres not many loyal mechanics out there today, but these guys are loyal, trustworthy and excellent at what they do with great personalities!!I highly recommend these guys at Hampstead Garage, theyre the needle in the haystack- hard to find nowadays!If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Hampstead Garage diagnosis and repairs Volvos. These European cars require skill and special computers to diagnose and repair. If you can fix Volvos you can repair almost any complex automobile.They also sell recondition Volvo-XCs too.I have had my Volvo codes read for a vary reasonable price.

Been bringing my wifes and my cars here for about 10 years. Prices have always been good, they have always taken care of us and been trustworthy. On more than 1 occasion I have thought there would be a very expensive fix based on an engine light, and they have replaced defective sensors or the like, when they could have charged me much more and I would never have been the wiser. So, they have my gratitude and business for years to come.

Perfect place to go and get your car done. They sell a lot of Volvos.
