Been coming here for years. I always do my due diligence and get estimates and Michel Tires always has the best price and awesome customer service. I will always recommend them and continue to use them.

Have always been treated very well. Reasonable pricing and ver professional. Only down fall is they do not do exhaust work, but very reliable, quick, and polite.

They try to fix things that are not broken on my car just to get more money and got mad that I did not want extra stuff done to my car so they said they wouldnt fix it.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Plus they not really Michel Tires Plus they are just Tires plus so they dont get in trouble.

While they have done good work for me in the past, my son took an older BMW to them to have the toe set. Most modern cars have fully adjustable suspensions that require time consuming caster, camber and toe adjustments. Only toe can be set on his car. He told them up front only toe could be set. Their alignment software should let them know this, anyway. Its a simple job. If it takes more than 30 minutes, the mechanic is sandbagging. They kept the car all day in spite of him being there when they opened and then charged the full 4-wheel alignment price. I will not be sending folks to this shop again after this. They literally charged money for work that was *not* even possible to be performed.

Got a full set of new tires because mine were old and deteriorating. The guys were super nice and helped me pick out the right ones. Quick service. I feel much safer on the road now.

This places brake things on your car and charge u to fix it also the work with Firestone tires and if you call Firestone to let them know that they damaged something on your vehicle they wont replace it also any guarantees you got for getting lifetime breaks or any other thing like that they can deny that too I know just spoke to them this morning spoke to the manager and a supervisor

Ive been buying tires at Michel Tires for quite some time now. Ive always found them to be very fair on their Tire pricing. I recently had a tire patched on my F150. I just noticed some scratches on my truck between the bed and the cab. This could have been caused by someone dragging a Pneumatic line between the bed and the cab. I was just wondering if anyone else had noticed any body damage after having their vehicle serviced at Michel Tire. Im not making any accusations, Im just wondering. As I mentioned before, Ive always been very pleased with Michel Tires Plus.

The worst customer service! Do not go to this place! I booked online for the appointment. Showed up on time and they said they can’t take me in because their mechanic isn’t there for my tires rotation. They didn’t even call me to reschedule or anything! What an unprofessional place. Do not go to this place!!

Improperly installed sensor with valve stem when questioned moved me to the back of line and was told they would charge me more for fixing the problem they made

When repairing a tire for a slow leak, the technician noticed the tire had been installed with the inside tread to the outside. They then checked the other 3 tires and saw they were also installed incorrectly (they had been installed by another dealer prior to my moving to this area ). The service manager told me about it, said it was not a safety issue but the tread design is such that it channels water to the outside if installed correctly. I made an appoint to have them changed and they performed the work, rebalancing the tires and performing an alignment check, all at a very reasonable price.

Best customer service I’ve experienced out of a car place hands down I’ve recommended MULTIPLE people to come here as it is the friendliest and most consistent place around and Brian the guy I usually deal with is awesome and super nice!!

Nick (the technician) listened, came to some good conclusions on the issue, helped me itemize costs to where I could have them do what I couldn’t and gave me the info I needed to fix the rest of the issue. When you do your own work (mostly because us 9-5ers have a tough time with shop hours), it is hard finding a shop that will give you the info you need. They were quick, kept me updated, and kept themselves well ahead of schedule.I replaced the hub assembly myself when I got home, and now the car rides as quiet as a ninja.As long as Nick is there, I will definitely continue to take my car here. I also bought my new tires there today, instead of the deal I had picked out at the competition, much because of how Michel Tires Plus treated me today.

They always try and turn away business.I have came in here on several occasions to get service(just a oil change) and always they try and turn you away by saying we are to busy you need to make an appointment we cant do it today or it will be 3 hours before we can get it done.I thought this was a walk in place to be able to get something done its not a mechanics garage where you need to make an appointment for just a oil change. Its ridiculous.Hire some more help.

I was losing air in my drivers rear tire. Decided to stop by on my way home work to get it checked. Mostly likely a nail. They offered a free check and i accepted. They found a screw, but however they told me they cant patch it and have to order new tires. The next day i took it to another shop to look into getting tires, but they were able to patch it, without any problems.

I had gone to them a few times and had no issue. Then back at the end of June I went for a simple tire rotation and oil change. During this process due to apparent swelling of lug nuts, the worker was hammering on them (making a mark of one of my wheel rims), and chewed them all up. They replaced them all at no cost to me. Now a two months later I discover that the oil filter from that oil change had not been tightened properly and has been leaking ever since. This simple little miss, whether from intention or accident just cost me more money to get that mess fixed.

I usually go here for routine oil changes, but after today Im never going back. I dropped my car off and the attendant said itll be done in 45-60 minutes. It took over 90 minutes.So I sat waiting. Finally got in my car and it had oil/grease all over my steering wheel! Tried to use a coupon and they had extra charges that made it irrelevant.

Did an Oil Change for me last minute on a Sunday. Everyone was really nice. But.. I have a 2 year old Corolla that I bought new that has 17 thousand miles on it and they tried to upsell me 200$ with lifelong wheel alignments plus fuel filter. Super nice folks tho, Im not a mechanic, maybe my car needs it, but dont think so, seemed like a pitch.

Greeted quickly. All bays were full but they still took care of me in a reasonable amount of time, even though I didnt have an appointment. Lobby and restroom were clean.

They are very professional and honest. They do not try to repair or sell you something you dont need. They offer a wide range of services in addition to selling tires.

Was giving an appointment time if 4! Car didnt get taken til well after 4. Hour and a half later still waiting for my car! Made an appointment to be out of here to get my son to baseball on time!

Went in for an alignment. They let me know that the car had been damaged in an accident and that it was difficult to make the outer tie rod adjustment. Despite this, they kept working on the car. When they finished that 3 hours later, they came out and charged me, then said that Id need a new tie rod end. They charged me for an alignment that wouldnt even hold because of a bad tie rod. I left and immediately noticed a clunking noise in the front end. I went back the next day to have it checked and they told me they couldnt hear it because it was raining. Took it back a week or two later and I drove it with a mechanic in the car so he could hear it. They told me that my steering rack was bad, and even though we both knew that my strut mounts are bad, they insisted that the $1,200 problem is the one thats making the noise. How convenient that it started right after that huge ordeal with the alignment? They quoted me for the steering rack and new tie rods, and in the quote, charged me for ANOTHER alignment after charging me for a piss poor alignment 2 weeks prior. Little did they know, I took 3 years of automotive classes when I was going through school. They arent fooling me, and they sure as hell arent receiving my business. I just want my car fixed from whatever they did to it to make it sound the way it does now. It sounds like my front end is falling apart when I hit a bump!

Appt 5:30 right on time. 4 new tires out by 7:15. Priced as promised! Very happy!

Do not recommend store to anyone , new manager is rude and does not want anyones business. Told me to go elsewhere if I wanted a deal. Was stunned to here it have went here 13 plus years will never return. Wanted to charge me 85.99 for a part that cost 32.99 shop elsewhere.

I will never use your company for anything again. I had previously used your for West side -Hamilton, Ohio store for tires. When I first called they said they didnt carry the tires I needed and couldnt get them and recommended that I buy online at Simple Tire and they would install them. I followed what they told me and paid your company for the install. I was told I get lifetime balance and rotation. This week I made an appointment for the free balance and rotation and to have my brakes checked. I asked when I made the appointment if this was free because of my previous install and they looked me up on computer and said yes. I made the appointment for today. When I arrived the guy at the counter checked me in and said do you want to pay for one time or lifetime rotation. I said I had my tires installed here and he said well they werent are tires so no free rotation.i said I was told twice, once when I did it and once on phone this week. He just kept belittling me about not buying tires there. No apology or responsibility for the employess telling me that. Finally, he said well I will rotate them for you but I am not balancing them because you didnt buy tired here. I think that was the 12th time he said that and still no professionalism about what I was told. After the 13th time of belittling me and stating that he was not giving free balance, I just said forget it. I will take my business elsewhere where they are professional. So, Tireplus you lost the brake job and whatever else my car needs in the future as I refuse to deal with your centers lacknof professionalism and lack of integrity. It says all calls are recorded, so how about listen to my call and see what was told to me. Probably just trying to bait me in so they can try to hose me.

Avoid at all cost. My father had his breaks done here and within a month his break line broke due to the tire rubbing and the manager blamed it on the break line manufacturer. Did not apologize until prompted. We will be speaking legal council due to this being a life threating hack job.

Manager lied about cross threading drain plug got home had to fix it my self. Called back would not give me a refund basically said I lied. Offered to show him pictures and evidence then said I didn’t know what I was talking about. The only reason I stopped by was because it was so cold out and didn’t want to do it myself. Thanks now I get to spend a day in the cold anyway fixing there mistake. Wish I could give zero stars.

Great service for tires, but I wouldnt recommend for any other service. I went in asking for new tires, and a tune up. I got my new tires and when I asked if they did the tune up they said my car didnt need new spark plugs until 210,000 miles. I felt like they didnt want to be bothered with it... had someone else look at it and my car did need new spark plugs and now starts on the first few turnovers instead of the 9th or 10th.

Will do say and do anything to get out of lifetime warrantys which is why I just go to tire plus in Fairfield or forest park and they honor their warrantys and lifetime alignments.

Service techs were not very nice, both guys were actually pretty nasty to me and very unwilling to help with my fleet vehicle.
