Great group of guys. Quoted me a price and stuck to it. Got me in without an appointment. The only thing I could say is they forgot to call me but, they were extremely busy so Ill let that slide. Very friendly and people oriented. I highly recommend this particular store to anyone.

Very friendly employees. Up front about costs and timelines. Came on a busy day and did wait a while but they were honest about it being a wait. Rest room available and free coffee in the waiting area also a drinking fountain. Seems to be a lot of tires and wheels in stock. Operating hours are good for working folks. Small battery selection. Standard oil change options. Small wind shield wiper options.

Long time customer. Had an appointment lined up for a week for an oil change tire rotation and front brakes. Dropped off when they opened and got a call at the end of day that the oil change and tire rotation was done. They didnt have the time to do the brakes. The whole reason for the appointment was the brake job.

Waited there for half HR didnt get one person to even notice me

Stay away went in for an oil change and was completely lied too. I was told my struts where leaking and needed replaced . Also was told my houses and case for transmission where leaking . Had a friend look at it he didnt find anything went to dealer and they told me I had no leaks and struts where fine. Will never go back to them lies trying to take advantage of a single mom.

I absolutely love this Tire Discounters for sooo many reasons! The entire staff is incredible and it’s nice to know almost everyone on a first name basis. They took care of me through my really harsh warranty company battling them through every part of the process but everything is always great here. It’s also not like any other car place where they talk down to me because I’m a woman who doesn’t know much about cars instead Dustin, Antwan, Anthony, Rob, and Cody all break down the information to where I know what’s going on and their prices aren’t ridiculous either. I always recommend this store to all of my friends and family members because of how delightful they all are!

This shop is nothing but a joke, they have cost me an extra $500 on top of what they charged me to take my truck to Chevy and get it fixed and done right. Not willing to give me a dime towards it with receipts from Chevy and even brought in the parts they broke. They couldn’t even maintain my freaking keys as I was waiting on work to be done!! They came running around in the shop asking everyone where they put the keys for my truck. Absolutely a joke wouldn’t take my vehicle here if it’s the last place in the world. Absolutely nothing but a rude and miserable staff.

You would think when you buy tires and buy the road hazard protection that the protection would last as long as you have the tires, and maybe prorate it because fo the wear. Not so I found out there is a time limit on the protection.I bought the best brand of tires at that time, and kept my vehicle in alignment, and my tires still look like they don’t have much wear.I don’t know if this policy is standard, but in the future I will shop other tire dealers.

The guys were very helpful in trying to get me the best tires that were in my budget. They helped me make an informed decision and during installation of the new tires that I had picked, they found a couple of issues that I needed to address. I came back a couple days later with the repairs finished that I needed to address and they got me right in for the alignment that I had to postpone. Overall great experience for me. And what a busy place, those guys really earn their wages.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Spent almost $700 a month ago for 4 new Nexen tires and a month later my tires blew while on the highway which almost made us flip by throwing us onto the cement barrier. I have had nothing but issues from the manager Antwan and he is extremely rude to his customers. We will never to this place who gets there tires from China then wants to blame the customer.

Tire Discounters has always been my first choice and they always will. It is obviously where I go for tires, but it is also where I go for brakes and any others issues that need repaired, like bearings or suspension. This location is my favorite. Antwan and his staff are top notch. They know their stuff and they are respectful of my time and my money. They get an A+ from me!!!

The manager was very helpful and his tire suggestion was on spot with information...we took our2012 Ford Fusion there to get tires they found out we had a couple of busted springs an struts needed replacing toothey took us in the automotive garage an showed us the cracks in the springs we were amazed they have been truthful with us would recommend them to friends or anyone. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. My husband bought 4 tires from them in JANUARY. When he returned to pick up his car they had broken MULTIPLE of his rims. They said they would replace the rims. MARCH rolled around and we heard nothing ( we had a baby in January so we let it go longer than we should have). So we call and check he states they havent found any. Finally we get a call that they have rims for him. He goes and they are rims off a car from a junk yard and do not fit. Now, my husband is a much more patient man than myself. The guy tells him oh I guess we are going to have to order them and pay for new ones for you. REALLY??!! Covid came. My husband called end of may/early june. We were told they lost his name and number.... but guess what STILL NO RIMS. Its now July Its been SEVEN MONTHS and we still have not gotten rims or our money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE.

This place is always so accommodating. A friend of mine at work told me they noticed my tail light and turn signal was out. I drive a lot at night so after work at 5:30pm I stopped in to make an appointment for an oil change and too have my light bulbs checked. The guy behind the counter said we can take care of it now. I was like WOW! Cool. It was about 35 minutes (they even checked my battery and tire pressure) and I was out of there. The price was pretty much what I expected for a V8 Ford Expedition. The dealer would have been $50 more. Thanks guys. Another satisfied customer.

Called location at about 8:30 in the morning, scheduled an appointment for 4 pm. Called ahead of time at about 3:30 to see if it was ok to bring my car in early. Im told ahhh ya I dont think Ill be able to get to it today... What?!?!?!?! When I say to the man, Ill go else where dont worry about it, Im told go ahead and bring it in, Ill try to get it finished tonight. I have have to work in the morning. I cant just wait, so I went elsewhere.I had the common courtesy to call and schedule an appointment. I understand things come up. I understand things happen. At least have the common courtesy and communicate with me. I specifically told them I work in Deer Park so I have to leave work early. This is why I chose the 4:00pm time.

Use this location frequently. Great service. Have always been happy. Antwan took good care of me on a rotation and balancing.

They told me i needed pads, rotors, and calipers all the way around for an insane price. Had a mobile mechanic come to my house. He did the pads for 60 dollars and showed me my calipers and rotors are in good shape. I feel like they tried to get over on me and they should be ashamed of themselves. I feel bad for people they have gotten away with that on. I wouldnt let these jokers work on my childs power wheel.

They took good care of my daughter car accept they snaped a lug nut and told her it was safe they told us to bring back they would change it free they should of done it then pleasent people who work there very busy

Robbie and Chris provided my friend and I with superb customer service. They were friendly and a pleasure to do business with. My friend ended up having a flat tire. I arrived at Tire discounters 15 minutes before they closed to help my friend out and my friend arrived roughly 10 minutes later; with only 5 minutes left, they still decided to change her tire and put a new one on and stayed after hours to get the job done. That is going above and beyond. Excellent customer service for taking their time after hours to help someone in need. Thanks Tire Discounters and Robbie & Chris.

Called to make an appointment on Thursday for Saturday at 8am.I showed up at 7:55am on Saturday. Employees show up but no one to open the store. At 8:15am there was still no one there and employees and customers were still waiting for a manager to show up. I ended up leaving because I had other plans and could not wait any longer. My time is valuable and I didn’t have time to wait for a “manager” to show up.I will not be going to this location again.

They are very pleasant to deal with. Explain every thing so a senior lady can understand. I will be going back soon.

Arrived this past Saturday before opening. Thought I was watching a commercial. All the employees walked in together like a team or band of brothers. Tyler gave exceptional service! The other associates were friendly and hard working. Hot coffee, ESPN Gameday and fresh Pirelli kicks....all at a really awesome price. I highly recommend this location!

I went in for an appointment, spoke with a girl (Kayla) She was newer I believe but she was a multitasking PRO! She was answering phones and cashing people out all while keeping the guys in back updated and informed. She was quick and efficient. I conversed with a guy (Chris) he was very nice and worked very hard on getting me a quote for brakes and also insuring I was getting the best deal! They even had a guy who speaks spanish there which is AMAZING, it really helps with customer service. I believe the mechanic was Quincy and he put my brakes on and then filled up my tires with air also explained in detail what exactly he did and why my brakes faltered to begin with. I really appreciate this store and will continue doing business here

Prompt service and great customer service. The wait area is no as comfortable but it doesn’t matter because they take care of your car for a much lower price than other places. Brought my car in for a problem and they did the service for a great price.

Had one wheel and tire I needed dismounted already off the vehicle they told me they were booked for day even though two techs were on smoke break and the others were sitting by their tool box the manager or sales associate acted like he didnt want to help me or more as I was a burden I will not return to this location or any other as they have permanently lost my business. If there was an option for zero stars Id choose that the store has went down hill with all the staff changes and they were very unprofessional

Didnt tell me til after they had my truck in the air and wheels off that they didnt have the tires in that i had ordered special a week ahead of time, then would not pull my truck out and reschedule, instead made me leave it additional 6hrs to have the tires on, but ran out of time to do alignment and wanted me to leave it overnight... Will not return here. The other Hamilton location is far better all the way around!

Had a flat tire while traveling this morning. Stopped in to have the tire plugged. Even though there was no one in the lobby they said they were too busy to plug the tire. If I could drop it off MAYBE they could get to it today.... no help at all... went next door to Big O tire and they said they would help squeeze me in... done with Tire Discounters.

Couldn’t have choose a better place to install my lift, wheels and tires . All the employees here really know what they are doing. Prices are very competitive for top notch work. I’d recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

Happy with tires and service. VERY unhappy with scam charge for the road hazard warranty I did NOT ask for. Many calls later they still have not refunded the charge. I have spent way too much of my time trying to get this refunded.

I’ve had my oil changed here every time my car needed service. They’ve always treated me with the upmost respect and always answered any questions I had. They’re very professional and their techs are very experienced. I would and do recommend them to anyone with mechanical needs.

Brought my girlfriends car there to get all new tires and an alignment. It took all day, but we later went to pick it up as they were closing. Not 10 minutes later he Brake light comes on, her traction control light, and her ABS light as well as her speedometer stopped working. The car was then brought in at the next available time. They say that the Sensor went bad while working in it and that it was just a coincidence. Really? It was a coincidence that your new technician worked on the car and something “went bad” while it was being worked on. HORRIBLE experience and wish we would’ve gone elsewhere.

I live in Cincinnati but drove all the way to Hamilton because of the excellent service from TD on Main St. The store was recommended to me by one of your customers and when my local TD could not get the tires I wanted I called your store and spoke with Mike who not only managed to find what I needed but could also get me an appt. on fairly short notice. Mike made the whole experience seamless and pleasant and I left an extremely satisfied customer. Hes the kind of person who creates loyal customers for your company. Kudos to Mike and TD on Main!!

Fast Friendly.service no issues getting tires replaced

Once again very satisfied. Justin Took care of me when I accidentally requested the wrong tire. The ones I wanted were not in stock, he was able to contact his vendors, exchange the incorrectly ordered tires, and send me out the door with the correct tire, same day on a Saturday! Absolute professional service even when it was my error to begin with. Will not consider anyone else for my tire service needs.

Would not ever use this place again. Went in for 2 tire pressure sensors ended up returning three times for slow leaks because they didnt clean the dirt off the bead of the tires. Then was told i needed front brake pads so i said i would take care of it myself. When i went to do the brakes the lug nuts were cross threaded and broke three studs off taking them off. I took my vehicle back and they replaced all the lugs and lug nuts. I thought it was all taken care after all that, no i got a new code the my wheel speed sensor wasnt reading. When they replaced the lugs they did not put the wire back i the holders for the sensors and it wore through the insulation and lost signal. I replaced this myself. I will say the manager was very helpful through the whole ordeal and tried to make things right. The problem is the technicians they have doing the work just dont care and take no pride in their work.

I called and they told me to bring my car right down. When I got there, they were very knowledgeable and I got a great price for the tires they sold me. Plus it came with a free alignment for the purchase of 4 tires. I had just replaced the lower control arms on my suv and I thought that the tie rods were pretty tight but the inner ones were a little loose so they gave me a certificate for the alignment when I get the inner tie rod ends are fixed.

Recently got a set of tires mounted and balanced on a set of wheels. Get the wheels back and every single one of them has damage. Now they will cover only a small portion of the cost to get them fixed. To top it off, when I went to get them back they were LAYING OUTSIDE IN THE MULCH. Extremely disappointed and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

These guys are friendly and generally do a pretty good job. Gotten a few alignments over the years and always does the trick.

I came in to have my tires rotated and balanced along with a slow leak repair.The garage was empty but 1 car.When I entered the manager greeted me and inquired about what I needed.When I told him he asked if I had an appointment, I didnt.He seemed somewhat annoyed with that and was acting like he didnt have time. I felt like I was a bother to him. I insisted that I needed to get the work done and he then went out to gather my vehicle information.The work was done in a timely manner.I will add that I watched the young assistant manager interact with a few customers and I was Very put off by his arrogant attitude. He spoke down to an older woman and treated her like he was doing her a favor just by waiting on her.Over all I feel that the customer service at this location leaves much to be desired. Both managers gave the impression that the customer is an interruption and NOT the reason they are there.Without the customer, there is no job!Jim Benson

Guys did a great job. Had a flat that could not be repaired. They located a tire for me that apparently is somewhat hard to get. Brought the flat tire to them and they mounted and balanced the new one on my rim very quickly and got me out and on my way.

Been doing business with them for a long time and will do so, but lately the some of the guys up front blow me off if I have questions or not paying for service at the moment. Had one guy keep looking past me at the next customer and trying to blow me off instead of taking care of me first. The other guy was rude and short with me before he even knew way I was there.

Came in without an appointment to have breaks and rotors put on my wifes car, and as always the service was great, and completed fairly quickly. The gentleman at the service desk was very friendly, and gave me a military discount. I will be back very soon for new tires on our other vehicle.

Was here last night for a leaking tire I was assured that it would be fixed. It was about closing time so I asked about my car & I wasnt even on their radar in fact after I asked the manager about my car I found out that they couldnt locate my key or my paper work. It boils down to I waited three ours for them to lose my key & I still have a leaking tire , the kicker is that it was the general manager who took my key & my information. When I asked if this had happened before I was told yes about ten months ago. lf there is a reoccurring problem change your procedure. What a joke, change your management & your procedures please!

Experience was great , was just turned away from place at 6:15 bcs they clsd at 7:00 . I had a bolt in my tire . They wtd me to cbk 7:00 Wednesday morning said it wd take about an hour . She also told me that Walmart clsd at 6:00 and tire discounters was closed or wd close at 7:00 . So left there came into tire discounters at 6:30 and they took me right away and had tire fixed in 20 min . I truly appreciate the professional and kind treatment and will return there when I need tires . Which shd be with in the next year or this fall . I will check w them first .

Ive never had anything but great service here. Ive bought multiple sets of tires from them. Every time the service is fast and friendly. Today I went without an appointment and it took less than 1.5 hours.

I dropped my Jeep off to get the tires balanced again because the wheel weights fell off in my driveway after 3 days. While waiting I decided to have dinner, they called halfway through dinner saying it was ready to pick up. It was 15 minutes before they close and I hadnt finished eating or gotten my bill yet so I asked them to just put the keys in the gas cap so I could pick the Jeep up. Apparently they forgot these simple instructions leaving me stranded with no ride home. This place is ran by a bunch of incompetent asshats. Had they done the job correctly the first time I wouldnt be standing in the cold waiting for a ride. Save yourself the hassle, its worth a few more dollars to go elsewhere.
