They did a great job of repairing my 2016 GMC Canyon back passenger door. Complete it within about one weeks time. Very happy.

Absolute professionals. Had a few thousand in body damage and Liberty Collision Center did excellent work. Got it done in the exact amount of days estimated, with less the cost estimated. Got my car back clean and in great shape. Would definitely suggest you take your vehicle to these guys if you have work needing done.

My daughters car was hit and we took it here for repairs. The staff was very friendly but the work they did was unsatisfactory. After removing the bumper they noticed there was prior damage which caused them to not be able secure it properly. They never informed her of this. After picking up the car the guard underneath began to fall off and was dragging the ground. We took the car back the next day and that is when we were told about prior damage. One side of the bumper came unsecured as well. They fixed it to the best of their ability without replacing the bumper and gave us an estimate to replace it. When I expressed my unhappiness that they didn’t put it back together properly or even tell her about it and let her take the car with pieces falling off the car they apologized. Too little too late. They should’ve made a call when all this was discovered instead of trying to pass it off.

Refused to even help us. Said my car was too old (its an 86) and would require too much of their time so I should go somewhere else or do it myself. Even told them money was not a concern nor was time frame. But they still said no. If I could do it myself I wouldnt be at a body shop.

Needed noisy lower drivers side door hinge (door check) replaced on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Had to remove the door to replace the hinge. These folks are super fast! Planed for 30 minute or more wait and I wasnt there 15. Door alignment is perfect. Friendly, FAST, and Fair rates. Easily earn 5 Stars!

Outstanding Service and Work! Brought my vehicle in after a brush with the concrete wall. Before committing, the staff was happy to answer questions and share their repair process by taking us back to see work happening on other vehicles. What I saw made me confident I was at the right place. When the estimate was finished, they said they could take it right away. I didnt have a rental car arranged yet...so the staff gave me a lift back home! After that, I knew I was in good hands.During my repair, I was able to stop by and see progress. The owner was kind enough to send pictures to me directly. I received phone calls keeping me apprised the entire time. When my repair was finished, I found my vehicle in better condition than it was before my accident. The work was flawless, and Id be the first one to find even the tiniest mistake.As other reviews note, the staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my experience. My daughter rear ended another student in the school parking lot. The bumper was damaged and we decided to work with the other parent to pay for repairs without getting insurance involved. The father of the student told us paying cash should get us a discount and he really wasn’t trying to drive up our cost more than necessary. The car was taken in to be repaired. Original quote came in at $1,528. We called to speak to the owner several times, but it wasn’t until giving us the final price of $1628 on what he deemed himself as a simple repair that we actually spoke to him. He said “I had no idea you were trying to save money.”If paying the most you can for any repair makes you happy, this is your place. If in fact you’re like most people know that they will over charge just because they can.
