I have only good things to say about the service I received here. Brittany and Stephanie were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were communicative, timely and thorough. The work was quality and interactions with the staff felt authentic. I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience and would 10/10 use Caliber again!

This was the best experience I have ever had at a body shop! Every employee was top notch! Customer service was above and beyond! They even washed and vacuumed my truck when only the bumper and exhaust was repaired! I will never go anywhere else for future body work!

My vehicle has some modifications that I was concerned about. The customer service representative listened and was able to work with these and get the vehicle back to the way it was prior to the incident.

If I could give them zero stars I would! When we went to pick our car up you could clearly tell they do not care about the cars they work on. If I’m being honest they are just dishonest and try to get cars done quickly and NOT correctly.

My vehicle was returned to me early, very pleased with the work theyve done.

I like the products that they sell they are reasonable I buy a lot of different items from them. The staff has always been willing to help me if I cant find anything its always a good experience.

Had my car repaired here after damages resultant from a fight with a deer. Very knowledgeable staff and always happy to provide updates as often as desired. Quick to order parts and repairs were great. Even had some minor issues resultant of the accident shortly after the first repairs, and they were quick and great to work with finishing up these as well. Great place to get work done!

Got vehicle done on time. They threw out my new led headlights and replaced them with oem junk. Were supposed to fix engine block heater didnt.

They did an excellent job for us. Quick turnaround to all that had to be done.

My 2016 Kia Sedona was the victim of a hit and run, and ended up having to have both the doors on the right side completely replaced.Brandon kept me updated all through the process, and they got my van back to me in SIX days! Thats including a weekend, and I dropped it off on a Thursday.They did a wonderful job matching the paint, outside of it is spotless. The carpet of my van was a absolute mess due to being on vacation for two weeks when the accident happened and carpet was terribly dirty from salt and mud while we were out of town. They vacuumed everything on the inside.These guys did an amazing job!

I had abra repair my Nissan. They did a good job keeping me updated but I assume that was some sort of automatic system however when I received a text that my car was completed I took off work early to go pick it up. When I showed up and said I received a text it was ready they said it would be another day.So the next day I called and they said it was ready to go so I left work early again. So you can imagine how happy I was when I get my car and the paint didnt match. They said they did not see that big of a difference my car is a newer Nissan and the paint was well taken care of. After talking to what I assume was the manager I could tell they were not ging to fix it. I am not happy and would not refer a person to go there.

Work was performed and completed with the time they stated they exceeded my expectations on the quality of work.

Had gerber give me an estimate of 2400.00 their price was double that amount .we had alot of missteps .I felt they were not the most honest people to deal with ,my opinion. I wont return there.

They do good work but their survey people are psycho and will not stop calling.

They suck ass big time after a month I still dont have a car but two weeks of its in the paint shop called and was told they have to put it together still and this was a minor repair door skin and side panel small dent and scratch Ill never use them again

Tried to tell us our car was totaled (over $8000) after it got side swiped in a hit & run, took to Mirror Magic and they are fixing it for less than half that estimate.
