This place is great. The manager Rickey is very helpful and doesnt try to get you to buy stuff you dont need. I was in and out in 25 minutes. If your looking for a quick oil change this is your place.

Im not surprised how hard they try to upsell but quoting me at over 200 dollars for a tire, not even including the service when I can get it elsewhere for 100 dollars is insane. Not to mention trying to top off fluids I can do myself and trying to charge 5 dollars a quart. Im good, thanks.

Prompt, reasonable prices, (as expected anyways), topped off my fluids free of charge not expected but appreciated ! also they reset my oil light on my dash then gave me a reminder sticker for 7,500 miles on the windshield as expected with my full synthetic oil change .. awesome place to take your vehicle.

I went to Jiffy Lube for a battery check. I needed a new battery and it was replaced in no time! Ricky was so considerate and did the most to make sure I had a great experience. Update: Ive already contacted customer service, thank you for the suggestion.As it turns out it was the district manager, Ryan Conroy, who took a hose off that no one could get back on, he wouldnt answer his phone to come back to help for a very long time, he also double filled my oil, so they ended up having to empty it and do it again, when he did show back up he came back with an attitude that was absurd, when I drove away I had to go straight to the gas station to clean my windows from where he smeared them so badly I couldnt see out even...it was more of a pain this go around than it was worth for sure...but what I can tell you is the shop manager, Ricky, followed up and he and the actual employees of the shop are absolutely wonderful, they were real super heros considering what this district manager threw at them!!

I come here every time to get my oil changed and the gm of the place is AMAZING!! They are all funny and make you feel comfortable. They are extremely fast and with two kiddos thats always a plus in my book. 100% recommend.

I went to this business a couple days ago the manager Ricky said he would change oil and take care of me. So I paid 52.17 for an oil change that wasn’t done. The next day I had two mechanics checking something else out on car, I mentioned having an oil change. They both checked it and told me it was not changed only topped off. They showed me the stick it was dirty brown on stick and the wipe they used. I got a hold of corporate and they are sending me a coupon to have it changed again at another station. It just shouldn’t never happened to begin with. I’m very disappointed to say the least and will never return.

I went in for a very expensive oil and filter change and they knocked my mass air flow sensor loose. I only discovered it a few miles down the road when my truck would not stay running. It nearly stranded me but I was able to fix it in the Meijer parking lot. I should have done it myself but I thought it would be convenient it turns out I was wrong.....I have had better experiences with Walmart oil changes.

The customer service is always superb here, this is my go to place for anything for my vehicles. I just had my brakes and rotors and oil change done the other day and my caliber bolts were being stubborn but they made sure to still get the job done quickly, professionally and efficiently. David and his crew are very professional and I would recommend to anyone. I’ll continue to keep going back to this Jiffy Lube. I was also having issues with my Pontiac grand am overheating because of Dex Cool antifreeze and David did a coolant flush for me and ever since then I haven’t had any issues with it overheating and the car continues to still run great 3 months in. If you want great customer service and quick convenient service, this is the place to go!

Overpaid ($95 even after a coupon) for an oil change when synthetic oil oil changes usually run around $60 at dealerships. Besides that, my receipt said that vacuuming had been completed and when my interior was clearing not vacuumed and that I had “declined” to have my windows washed when I was never asked. These were services that I paid for as part of the oil change and I am disappointed that those employees working did not fulfill what I rightfully paid for. Since these items weren’t accurately completed, I really have no idea if any of the other items like checking fluids and checking tire pressure had also been completed. I will never be returning to this or any jiffy lube because I felt I was treated poorly and dishonestly at this Hamilton location.

Theres always small print and up sales. I was okay with Groupon I ended up having to pay more. We all know almost all newer cars take 6 QTS by now companies should do better by customers its 2020! If oil changes have increased more than 55% why tack on more costs. Groupon included extras that were done as if I was at a struggling car wash. The vacuum was bare minimum and took longer that expected. The are no complaints aboutmechanics because they tried. Even with the coupon book given I will not be returning for any services. Prices are just like going to a dealership.

Very fast and friendly service, and they are one of the few quick lube places who use Pennzoil, which is my preference. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because Im pretty sure they dont do everything that is marked as part of their Signature service, such as vacuuming the interior, for example. Also, my vehicle has a splash guard that covers the underside of the engine and makes it hard to get to the drain plug and oil filter. They dont do a great job of cleaning up the oil that runs down onto that guard during the oil change. I park on a slope, so that oil eventually makes its way onto my driveway.

Fast and friendly service! The staff was so polite, even opening the doors for me. We were on our way to Kings Island when the check engine light came on and the staff diagnosed and fixed the issue in 30 mins and we were back on the road.

More than double the price of ANYONE in town. In a hurry? Go somewhere else. I also would recommend jiffy lube not leave some generic excuse under my review. Every oil change place in town would recommend the same oil to me as suggested by the Make and model of my car....but you know as well that you are way over priced. Companies go out business really fast these days and you guys were empty for a reason. I would change your current scam.

I will not return to Jiffy lube. My first time several months ago I was very pleased with the experience. Today however was a different story. The guy that checked me in told me that he couldnt how much it would be until the did something in the computer. I was thinking it would be about 80 dollars like the last time. Boy was I shocked when after they completed the oil change it was $117.00. they didnt even vacuum my car out like they did the first time. Lesson learned !

Charged double the cost the dealer charges for an oil change. A week later there is oil leaking on the garage floor. I took the car back to Jiffy Lube and they said it was transmission fluid not oil leaking. So I take the car to the dealer. It was a leaking oil filter and they fixed it right. Jiffy Lube refuses to compensate for the cost to correct their mistake.

I told the staff I wanted a basic oil change today, not to replace my air filter. They only showed me synthetic options, witch I thought were outrageous. The assistant manager stated he would give me $10 off, but after reviewing my bill they charged me for a $10 special filter My dodge caravan doesnt take a special filter. Needless to say my basic oil change cost me $105.42Oh and they did not vacuum like my receipt stated they did. The worker was polite, but I feel like I was taken advantage of. I showed the recipe to my husband and he said I got screwed over, I should have been offered conventional pricing. He actually laughed and said they seen me coming a mile away. Looks like I will go back to Monroe down the street. It wont happen again Jiffy Lube

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in for a brake check since I have squeeling brakes, they came back out with a prop to show me my pads were worn all the way down. My pads were replaced 8 months ago, not possible. I went out to look and they were close to the new 12mm thickness, not even worn down half way. They were the ones that replaced them last time. they are now charging $475.00 for just brake pads. HAHAHA Have a look for yourself at your pads and take a ruler, with you! you need pads when they are between 3.6- 6 mm thick. My squealing is from them not cleaning them or seating them right probably. What do they do with all these good brake pads they are screwing people out of, hmm?

1) they recommended a semi synthetic for my car, so I went with that. Then the guy came back and said, actually, we dont have that oil anymore. So why are you recommending it if you dont have it!?2) I told them to give me whatever was the closest and so he charged me for it and went out and came back a minute later saying they were out of that oil too. But this time they ordered it from autozone across the street and said that it would be there in a minute. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE ANY OIL!?3) when the oil finally came, they shorted me and now I have to go back and get more put in! Hopefully I dont have to wait on them to order it in from autozone again. Well see.DO NOT GO HERE. EVER.

I went to tire discounters they quoted me at 308 for front rotors and breaks then I went to mitchel tires plus where I usually go they quoted me at 317 and I was like whao do you know anywhere cheaper and he was like it doesnt exist well for 312 I just got new filter oil change brakes and rotors these guys helped me out and saved the day. Bravo from youre uber guy!

I want to preface this poor review by saying that Jiffy Lube corporate office in NC and the Jiffy Lube in Middletown were great to work with fixing the $500+ mess the Hamilton shop made. Hamilton Firestone is also great!Having called around for quotes, the offer of a set of Cooper tires for $488 was the best deal I could find and I happily made my appointment with the Hamilton Jiffy Lube. Within a week, all four tires were nearly flat, so I took it back to the shop. They looked at them only visually (no soap test) and put air in them, telling me if that didnt work Id have to file on the warranty with the tire company and saying they didnt see holes. He told me he overfilled my tires to 35 psi so that they might hold better. Not only is overfilling bad for tires, but my tire pressure monitor system was still flashing that one tire was at 22 psi when I got back in the car. Also, what are the odds of four brand new tires all being bad? Reluctant to take it back to a shop where the workers had trouble reading a tire gauge or checking for leaks, I filled it myself at the gas station that evening, at which point I realized they put Ironman tires on my car - not even the Coopers they had quoted me! The next morning, I called to see if they would make it right and they didnt have anything to say other than file on the warranty and/or call corporate to complain if I wanted.So, I called corporate, who was great! I explained why I didnt want to return to the Hamilton store and they allowed me to go for repairs at Middletown. Middletown revealed that all four of my valve stems and attached pressure sensors had been damaged during the last install (my tires had never leaked before). They were not able to repair them because my car has a tire pressure monitor system that has to be calibrated. I appreciated their honesty, however. I called corporate again the next morning with the report from the Middletown shop and they sent a check to me that day based on an estimate from Hamilton Firestone, along with a gift card.Finally, when I had Firestone completed the repair (after I missed half a days work and accrued a $55 service call after waking up to flat tires once again while waiting for the check), they also noted that whoever installed the tires failed to remove the corrosion from the wheels so the tires couldnt seal properly (you shouldve seen how messy they looked!).Now, my tires look great and arent leaking thanks to Firestone and Jiffys corporate office. Sure glad I didnt go on a wild goose chase hunting down a warranty that wouldve done no good. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. And, Ill never go back.

This guys keeps asking to change stuff in the car that does not required. They over price the spare parts and over price the service cost. Never get back to them again.

I took my car in for an oil change. 3 hours later Im driving down the road and all the oil spilled out and my car died. with my 9 year and myself stranded in the middle of the road on 747. When I called them they said theyd send some guys out.....when they arrived 1 crawled under my car and starts tightening my filter and then when he found the dip stick dry proceeded to add oil. Which did little considering the damage was already done. Now after telling me to towing it to their chosen auto shop Im told that I need a new engine and when they looked it over they found a hole in my block and oil was low but still some in the oil pan. They are not taking the responsibility for the hole that is now in my block. And Ryan the customer service for Jiffy Lube has HORRIBLE customer service skills and needs some SERIOUS training.
