I stopped in for an oil change before work. The guys were super nice and efficient. The young blonde guy (didn’t get his name) started a conversation with me outside of the reason I was there. Huge breathe of fresh air having someone take time to have a conversation. I’ve worked in customer service for 10+ years and these guys deserve all the praise. Overall quick service. Too much goofing off at Hamilton/Fairfield twp location. I like to see a work environment where people have fun on the job... however when the goofing around causes distraction and you leave battery testers attached and force the hood closed due to it... it is too much. I will continue using Valvoline, just not this particular location.

Very busy but after years as a customer they dropped the ball today. Asked for preferred tire pressure then never checked, never verified oil level after checking for oil pressure, never reviewed other maintenance issues like normal. Had collected my money before they even had the oil filter off the engine. This was after being directed to a line to sit in and watching two other vehicles pull up after me drive in get oil changed and out the door before I was even in. The invoice said they did it all. I guess it doesn’t matter what happens because the paperwork shows what did! Right!

Fast, accurate and professional. I used to complain about the cost. So much so that for a long time I never would go on principle however there was a time you could go to any auto place and they would get you an oil change the same day. I cant seem to find those places as they all always say they are booked and want you to make an appointment for days in the future. Then they still take quite a long time. With Valvoline, I drove in, stayed in my car, got fluids and lights checked, new air filter, found a discount online while I was in my car while it was all being done and out in maybe 15 minutes. Yeah, Im good!!

I have used this place for two different vehicles that I owned, and the same result happened.. they torqued the bolt for the oil pan down so hard that it was stripped completely and could not be changed again. Had to buy a bolt extraction kit and new bolt to fix it because they actually had the balls to attempt to charge me to take the stripped bolt off. Used them in a pinch, but they are highly inexperienced lube techs, and would never recommend them to anyone.

Very expensive the last oil change I had there did not add up on my dipstick oil spill I get that its supposed to be a fast thing but again the quality should also be involved with the speed they dont have it

It was a convenient oil change on a Sunday. My only quibbles are:1) the high price - it cost $55 for a little gas powered SUV.2) they made note of an oil leak but gave no details. Fresh active leak ? Evidence of an old leak? I had an oil leak fixed recently and I dont know if this is old uncleaned remnants or an active leak.

First time in many years getting an oil change. Normally I do it myself. Extremely easy. No pressure on the add ons. They went over everything going on. In and out in under 15 minutes. Will be going back for next service.

In and out like the title, not the stores fault but leaving out can be hard with busy traffic.

The service was excellent. They didn’t hassle me about having a coupon. They gave me recommendations but didn’t push more services. I was done in about 20 minutes and everyone was very friendly.

Don’t go for oil change they are way higher then dealers. They charge me 94 dollars for six quarters oil. Never go back.too expensive and they are not professional. They even don’t know how to remove air filters from GMC Acadia

We love the experience here. Never a long wait to get an easy oil change. Sit in the warm car and wait about 10 to 15 min while they change your oil. Its so much easier than scheduling a time going in dropping off your car coming back in 2 to 4 hours . what a hassle that is! This is the place to go to get a fast and reliable oil change. You can sit right there inside your car and watch them through cameras work on your car ! I highly recommemd this automotive mechanic maintenance garage!

Went in for a oil change and also purchased the Air Conditioning recharge service. The Valvoline employee said the machine they use checks the system for leaks before charging.I proceeded with the service. Within a few days the air was hot again. I returned Valvoline for them to evaluate the problem. I was told the coolant had leaked out and it was my problem to have it fixed and they would recharge it again after the repair. As I said earlier I was told their system checks for leaks?Apparently their system does not detect leaks. My vehicle is old and I would have not proceeded with repairing the air conditioner if I had know it leaked. They have my $150.00 and dont care about a long term customer. If they did I would receive a refund but I was told it was my problem. Im sure other oil change facilities will be glad to have my business.

This is a review you will want to pay attention to. Last month I took my car to these guys for my normal oil change. It was quick and friendly as always, however the next morning when I started my car and headed for work I only made it to the end of my street and my oil level warning came on. I pulled over and shut off the motor immediately and looked back and realized I was losing oil as I was driving down the road. Turns out the oil filter was defective and had blown the rubber seal out. I left the car there and took a family members car to work and gave them a call. They came over and got the car and took it back to their shop, cleaned up all the mess, changed the oil again, and had it ready for pickup when I got off work. And they gave me something for my problems. That is the kind of place I like to do business with. While I would prefer every visit to be perfect stuff happens in life, when it does its nice to deal with folks that will step up and take care of the situation.
