These guys did a check up for me on a used vehicle I was considering buying. They found stuff that was not obvious, but would have cost me a lot of money. I appreciated their honesty and help.

This place is top notch! I brought our van there to have them diagnose our lack of AC. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue in less than 24 hrs. I had talked to other shops and was told that with the issue that it ended up being would take several days to repair. Not only did they have a great turn around time, they came through considerably cheaper. They also inspected other areas of the vehicle which had issues and let me know what it would take to fix them. I have nothing but high praise for this place.

Went here on Friday July 2nd. They saved my familys fourth of July weekend. We have been wanting to watch fireworks from a boat for many years. This was the year we were going to be able to, and we were disappointed that two days before the 4th our big plans were crashing down. The bearings went out on the boat trailer, and the wheel was sitting crooked. We got the trailer on a flat bed wrecker (North Star Towing). After being told by several other businesses that they could not even look at it for at least a week and a half I called Victory. They said sure they could get me in and look at it, and if they can fix it they would have me out the door that day. Sure enough they were able to fix it and they got me back on my way up north by about 2:30pm. Great service, very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this business. I also found out they do full service so when my vehicle breaks down, I am going to Victory in Ham Lake. Thanks guys, You saved our fourth of July.

You wont regret Victory! I know nothing about cars which the mechanics are always super engaging and explain all the issues with simple terms. I felt super confident having my car fixed here unlike some mechanics where I felt I was getting ripped off. At least get your oil changed here and then go from there. I get a since that they care about me and my little car and want the best but also wont push things to get fixed if it can wait

We’re relatively new to Victory, but already love the friendly service and high quality work they offer. Our vehicles have been quickly put back into top notch shape. We’re not working with a huge budget- and they have been very understanding and honest about what services our vehicles MUST have immediately vs what our vehicles should have eventually.We’ll definitely be going back.

Updated 05-21-20: My original 2 Star review is listed below; I received a call the next day and Jordan from customer service stated that it was not correct that they did not refund my money instead of just a future credit. He resolved the issue and then sum. Updating it to a 4 star prompt resolution but leaving off one for the hassle. Absent of this issue I would have given them 5 stars.Had an idling issue on a GMC Acadia which they could not find anything wrong directly, but suggested it could be a battery going. I certainly can change out a battery myself, but since I wanted to make sure it was related to my idling issue, I had them replace the battery. Did not fix the issue and besides charging me for the battery install they also charged me for a $10 for a battery anti-corrosion service kit which I assumed was nothing more than a single spray of the battery terminal anti-corrosion spray. Since the battery replacement did not fix the idling I brought the vehicle back I asked them why they charged so much for a spray of the corrosion spray. They said it was actually a kit required for some vehicles and acknowledged mine vehicle did not need it and should have not be charged for the kit. I asked them for a refund and they said they could not provide a refund, but only offer a credit on next service call. You can make you own opinion on the issue.

Quick to solve the problem and explained exactly what was done and warned me of some upcoming things that I need to keep an eye on! Allowing me this time to plan and budget for future repairs is extremely helpful.

Its just a great place to bring your car or truck for repair work or maintenance. Always friendly, and oh so honest on price, needed repair work, and what maybe needed in the future. Simply, I love to do business with them!

Great experience today. I was experiencing a noise while driving. They performed a complete inspection and were able to let me know it was just worn tires. Made a recommendation to replace and quoted a great price. No pressure! Just fair, honest service.

Top Notch customer service and attention to detail. If you need to wait for your car to be repaired they have a very nice lounge with Beverages and small snacks. The mechanics do good work and theyre honest and straightforward with their pricing before you choose to have them do your work. I would come back here again for any of my auto repair needs.

Absolutely love this place. Staff is friendly, helpful & very understanding. Appointments are usually readily available when needed. They communicate with their customers well & dont charge an arm & a leg! Its also located conveniently close to our home:) My only complaint would be that I wish they were open on weekends to fit with my work schedule better... but you cant have it all.

It is hard to find a truly reliable mechanic who isnt trying to sell more work, but I have found them. The technicians/mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable about all our vehicles foreign and domestic. They thoroughly explain all findings/work they need to do. From oil changes to major service needs, they have been able to be our go-to provider. Its a plus that they have offered me with a loaner car when needed.

Im so glad I got a referral to Victory. Ive been bringing my vehicles in for service for about 2 years. Jordan and the staff are honest, dependable, and professional.My wife just dropped off her Lexus for the 25k service. The dealership quoted $500 for this service. You know what Victory charged us?$100. They went through the Lexus checklist and did all the required maintenance- including full synthetic oil They didnt even try to sell her a new air filter like most places!!If want someone you can trust, you cant go wrong choosing Victory in Ham Lake.

GREAT BUSINESS! I recently moved to this beautiful state from California. My wife has been a customer of Victory Auto for many years. I love my vehicle its been great to me. And Victory has taken care of my vehicle better than I ever could. One thing you should take away from reading this review is that the staff at the Ham Lake location are just phenomenal! In greeting you, asking questions about the needs of your vehicle and concerns you may have about it. Getting you in and out of your appointments on time and the services performed on your vehicle. Nothing short of a great business. There is no feeling of being cornered into making decisions about your vehicle. If it needs to be done, the issue will be addressed at least youre aware of the matter. Trust is a big thing to me and Victory Auto has it.

I have been in to have my car worked on a half a dozen times now and the employees have always taken care of me. The manager is great to work with and most recently made sure to warranty out a heater core I had done last year with them that went out again on my Chrysler 200. Love that they have loaner cars available so that I am not inconvenienced while I am getting work done. Recommend them based on their customer service and reasonable prices.

My family has been going to Victory Auto for over a decade.Jordan and the rest of the staff is honest and friendly, and I appreciate that they have my best interest in mind.They are quick in their service, whether it is changing my oil, or working on a bigger issue that needs to be fixed. Additionally, they are very accommodating when I need to get on their schedule on short notice.As others have mentioned, they do not push services on you, and are always very helpful in presenting what options might work for some of the bigger fixes that you may encounter with your car, rather than just suggesting the most expensive fix. They also have ensured that my car continues to be reliable after all these years, by letting me know what issues I need to monitor or be mindful of.I wont trust my car to anyone else, and even after I recently moved, I continue to drive the extra miles to bring my car to them!

Big thanks to the staff at Victory auto service in Ham Lake. This is a great auto repair shop with honest and trustworthy mechanics. They gave me a free loaner car while they replaced my tie rods, and when I returned to pick up my vehicle they gave me a lower price than they originally quoted me! They made sure to let me know about some other things that may need to be replaced in the near future to keep an eye on, but they did not push any extra sales on to me that I did not need! Great shop, great service, and great free drink and popcorn!

Today I had a wonderful experience with victory auto!! My daughters car engine light came on yesterday so we dropped it off today and their convent loaner/ride service gave me a ride back home. They did an oil change and complete inspection while we where school/work and what a competitive price!! I felt so good with their work and their service I brought my high school daughter back there later to introduce them to the manager and one of the mechanics so that she felt comfortable going there if she ever had a challenge with her car. They made her feel so comfortable, gave her some tips on taking care of her car, I love Victory Auto!!

Ive had a lot of great experiences with Victory Auto. I know the owners son personally which is what lead me to use their company. Ive been to three of there locations in MN as well as seen their new Florida location, and have never had any problems. The most important thing for me is having a honest assessment and service from my auto provider and Victory is known for this. On multiple occasions I have paid less than anticipated which is rare for an auto shop. I appreciate Jeff, Jordan, and the employees for their service and highly recommend them. My experience with Victory was amazing. I had an oil change done with them, at that time, they were able to assess my air conditioning issues and gave me an estimate, told me theyd give me a free loaner, and gave me a couple days to think about it. I decided to let them do it all and they indeed gave me a free loaner and got all my $1,000 work done in five hours! Talk about speedy, efficient and a fantastic job done!! Called Victory Auto to get my car fixed. They got me in right away which was impressive. I got a call the next day letting me know they had found what they believed the problem is, and that they had fixed it. So I went and picked it up. An hour later the problem presented itself again, disappointed and frustrated I took it back in and left them a message letting them know it wasnt fully fixed. I called them the next morning asking them to look at it again, and gave them some more descriptions as to what the car was doing. The saving grace in the story was that they figured out it was a computer problem that only the manufacturing company could fix for me. They didnt charge me for looking at it again, and they called ahead to Ford for me to get as much information as they could before I took it again. Overall, the service was excellent, and I felt they were incredibly honorable and honest throughout the whole process. Hard to find that in a car dealer. Great job Victory Auto!

They also found front brakes needed work and took care of that, too. They let him look underneath. They are so friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make sure your vehicle is fixed!

I have been doing business with Victory Auto Service in Ham Lake for years. Recently I brought my car in for a noise in the front end. They were able to get me right in and found it to be a minor issue with the brake should rubbing on the rotor. I have never been pressured into repairs that arent needed. They will let you know what they find and if it is a safety concern and should be addressed. I recommend all of my friends and family to Victory!
