Good service, fast and easy. Nick was up front and honest on what my car needed. Came in needing an oil change and brakes checked. Found out I need 4 new brakes and a new air filter. Nick went through all the options of what I could do and recommended that I get it all done then and there so there are no problems in the near future.

My car needed work done, more than what I thought, lol, Elite was recommended. It cost a little bit but it works perfect now! Quick and professional service. I would definitely recommend this place!

Nick was fantastic to work with! The motor in my sons car threw a rod and we werent sure if the extended warranty would cover it. I brought my van into Elite Automotive Repair this week while out of town on a work trip. I needed some major repairs done, and Nick, the mechanic, was there to help me figure out exactly what needed to be done.First, it was super easy to make the appointment on my very busy schedule.Second, it was so easy to get to, being right on the frontage road off Hwy 65 and Crosstown Blvd.He greeted me right when I walked in, and explained everything he would be doing and even asked me when I needed it to be done by, so we were all on the same page for that. Then, he called me the next day to pick it up. (which, btw, I often need to call places to find out what is going on) When I arrived, he even showed me the old parts and explained why it was good that we got them removed. (One of those parts 2 other mechanics couldnt get the bolt off to work on it, but Nick said that he had the right tool for it, and was able to get it off no problem).The price was way more than fair, being that the last mechanic would was going to do the job, was going to charge me about $700 more than Nick did. He delayed his lunch break so I could pick it up.He even text me a couple days later to make sure everything was working well and that I got home safely!I feel the need to add that as a female, going to the mechanic gives me a lot of anxiety, because I never know if they will speak to me in a way I can understand, or if they will try to take advantage of me by telling me I need more than I do, or by trying to rip me off.Nick, I may just scheduled all my upcoming repairs with you when I am in town! Thank you for your hard work and your dedication to your customers. I can tell you love doing what you do!
