We took are vehicle in for an oil change. On the report we were given with our receipt there was a list of various things they checked during the service. In the notes it listed a diagnosis and customer refused service. We didnt refuse service. - no one reviewed the list with us or brought anything to our attention. When I reviewed the paperwork at home most of it was illegible. I was very impressed with the level of communication.

I will recommend this place to anyone wanting to find a good shop. They’ve always been extremely helpful and always got the job done no matter what the issues were great people to deal with

I requested an A/C check and they checked my A/C system out. It was quick, fast and easy. I need more work done on my A/C. The team here is nice and explained things in simple ways for me to understand what’s going on. The work that needs to be done is pricey but well worth it in me opinion. Was lucky and had a same day appointment for a oil change. Compared price, the same as other shops in the area. 23 point safety check, and tire rotation Included. They also support the local boy scouts pack with a pine wood durby car. I enjoyed looking at them while I have a short wait for the oil change.

I used a Groupon for wheel alignment. They were very courteous and did accept appointment. I was in and out in about 45 mins.However coming to the actual alignment not sure the car feels the same prior to how it was before alignment work done. Tyres continue to wear on one side and upon driving car tend to sway on one side

They are super easy to work with & helpful. Dropped my car off the night before & they were able to pull my care in their garage over night. & worked on it the next day. I’d recommend them & I will continue to go to them for any of my cars needs .

The mechanic gave me some really good advice on why my steering wheel was shaking during driving and pointed out some loose tie rod ends that presented a safety hazard.What I liked (being mechanically inclined myself) was that he took me back to the shop and physically showed me the problems so there was no question about his integrity.He was really upfront about it and I appreciated that in a neighborly kind of way.

Ive had several vehicle 4 wheel alignments done by the Meineke Ham Lake location. They are able to schedule me in within a couple days of my call and the alignment process is very quick. They usually get me out the door within an hour without the (false) guilty feeling that I need a bunch of suspension components replaced (tie rod ends, etc). If something does need work I receive a fair and honest estimate and they show me the problem. I feel they go the extra mile to make sure Im satisfied with the work theyve done on my vehicles.

Greeted upon my appt. Appt took an hour as stated. Nice staff and was informed of my vehicles status at all times. Good value. I loved the sticker they put on my windshield, for it was typed and easy to read! Not written in own and smudged like other places! Never had that, so was exciting to me! Fast turnaround on a tire plug for spare tire I brought in on a Friday 30 min b4 closing... Price was highway robbery for $26,,, for a tire plug that took less than five minutes! Thats $520/hr for service makes me avoid this place like the Corona virus

Went for wheel alignment and I think they did a good job with it. Friendly and helpful.Only thing I did not like was no precautions were taken during this covid times. No masks worn by anyone.

I swung in after seeing the AC recharge sale ad on their sign out front. They scheduled me and got me in and out in under an hour. They didnt try to talk me into any other car repair or maintenance services. Highly recommend.

My exhaust pipe blew a hole in it. I brought it into meineke to see if they could get my car in, she said yep just leave the car and we will get to it (I did not have an appointment but we had an extra vehicles so I wasnt worried on how long they would have my car). It was my first time going to meineke. Meineke called me the next day and said it was done. I worked a double that day and couldnt pick it up till Saturday, they said that was fine and would keep it inside overnight. The price was very reasonable! The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend them

Friendly efficient service. Got me in on short notice late in the day. A/C service was done well, and completed quicker than promised. They happily ran several quotes for me on other services I wanted to check prices on (vehicle typically needs special procedures and parts), as well as making recommendations without being pushy. Will be back again.

Everything was good. I dropped off my car but nobody called me. I had to call to keep checking on my car and see how it was going. Come to find out there was a default part put on my vehicle, I was directed to either drive it home with that part on it and bringIt back the following day or to leave it which I did. They replaced a new part with no extra charge but then the next day I again had no update on my vehicle and had to call so about 2 hrs later, I got a call to come pick it up. After picking it up I noticed my car was making alot noise after the repair which was not normal and I have never heard before. It sounds like my cares about to fall apart! I asked about the before I left the premises and they told me first that my car was sounding like that before I brought it in ( which it didn’t I know my car), then I was told it wasn’t a right fitting part, So all in all 1/5. Don’t ever want to take my car here EVER AGAIN!

Always the best service!Upon bringing my car to a different shop, who told me I needed all new breaks and tires at 20,000 miles.I then brought my car here, to Mieneke informing them of what the other shop told me was wrong with my car.I dropped it off and they gave me a FREE loaner car to use. I got a call a short time later where the owner, Mark, told me there was nothing wrong with my car.I have never had an experience where a Car shop has told me NOTHING is wrong. On top of it, Mieneke charged me nothing, even though it took time for their mechanics to go through my car!They have earned my business for life and are one of the most honest companies I have ever encountered.Great care, affordable prices, and extremely ethical!

The service desk is efficient and friendly, the work is done correctly and on time, (generally faster than the initial estimated time), and they will call with recommendations for other service I can choose or decline. I’ve used Meineke in Ham Lake, MN several times and they are always pleasant, friendly and efficient.

Why does this seem extraordinary? Because I have had mechanics in the past that have taken advantage of the trust I placed in them. Took my car in to him on four different occasions for four different problems over the course of a year and every single issue was $500.00.Took one of the business cars into my friends at Meineke because the brakes were squeaky and grabbing. Assumed I would be paying for a brake job. Nope. There is nothing wrong with the brakes. Pads, discs, rotors all good. No charge.A mechanic you can trust is worth their weight in gold. If you are dissatisfied with yours; give these folks a try.

Aside from the price which is hard for this mother / teacher /student as it is for all... I love the Ham Lake Mineke. They always are able to squeeze me in, help me find all coupons or deals that will help, and get things fixed fast. The staff are polite and prompt.

Greg and the staff did a fantastic job on my Jeep. They installed a lift, custom rims, tires and a drop hitch. Everything turned out perfect and the price was very fair. Greg even had my Jeep washed for me and ready to go when I picked it up. The next day Greg called to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this shop to family and friends!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my car in to have my timing cover gasket replaced. $1500.00 and almost 3 days. On the way home from picking it up from Meineke, it started backfiring. The next day my low oil pressure light came on then within minutes the engine seized. I had a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix. The oil pump is in the front timing cover. So not only did it cost me $1500 I also had to buy another car to get to work. I contacted Meineke corporate and they sent me a reply asking me to give them another opportunity to essentially take my money and run. DO NOT GO TO MEINEKE! They have zero idea what they are doing. If you live in the East Bethel, Ham Lake area, take your vehicle to Cedar Creek Automotive. They will treat you right.

Greg and the team at Meineke deserve 6-stars for their recent service on my vehicle. When I thought I was SOL on my DIY, they took over and everything went smoothly. I needed to replace my a wheel hub assembly that I intended to work on at home but my axle nut was seized into place (even after putting 1200 foot pounds of torque on it). After bringing it into them to break the nut loose for me, I was so impressed with their transparency and know-how, that I decided to hire them to take care of the full job. They used the parts that I supplied and everything runs great now. Since I live fairly close, the staff was courteous enough to offer to drive me home and pick me up when the job was done. This is by far the best service Ive ever had in the Blaine/Ham Lake area.

Recently I took my truck to a different shop to have it inspected. Once they did they strait tried to tell me I needed I timing chain job done that would cost at least 2400 and that they would do any work on it unless they started with that job. Naturally I told them Im gunna hold off on that. After some asking around from friends and family I took it to meineke and asked them to do the same and gave them next to no info. They got back to me quick and told it was most likely a timing solenoid issue based on there inspection and they would start there instead of jumping in to a major job. Turned out they were right and they saved me 1900$$$ truck runs like it did when I bought it know and I couldnt be happier!!!! Thanks again I will be going ba k to them

Great facilities. There are very comfortable chairs, a tv, and childrens toys if you wish to wait there. The service was good, and I really appreciate that they actually list their prices online. I got an oil change and grease job for $20. All said, no complaints. Great experience.

In and out within 15 minutes for an oil change. Didnt try to upsell my girlfriend, yet just mentioned the tires and brakes which did need some TLC.

Called at 9am and had a full set of new tires and an oil change done that same afternoon! Only took them 45 minutes to do it too! Very happy!!!

This was one of the best experiences ive had with auto repair shops. My car had many issues that were able to be fixed quickly and at better prices than any other shop in the area. The employees were friendly and showed me the exact issues on my car so I know more about the issues (how and why they occurred). But I think the best part about this shop, was they took more than the minimum amount of time to help me understand when I wasnt. I would recommend this shop to everyone!!!!!

The team was friendly and helpful. After taking care of the original issue with my brakes I noticed a noise coming from the rear brakes. Though it wasnt directly related to the original issue - they fixed it quickly and did not charge me extra. I highly recommend these guys.
