I had a blowout while visiting the Miss. Coast for vacation. The service advisor, Rick Scruggs at J. Allen Toyota, was excellent! He was very thorough explaining the repairs that my car needed. The wait time was very minimal & the repair cost was much less than I thought!!! I appreciate the professionalism I received in dealing with Rick & J. Allen Toyota. I brought my rav4 in for an oil change and for a diagnosis check on noise coming from the front of the car. After waiting the rest of the day, they told me it was the water pump making most of the noise which thank goodness was covered under my warranty contract, however once I went to go pick it up my car shut down and would not restart. I was then told it’s probably because my battery is bad and that should change it. I confirmed do you really think that’s all? And they were like yes. So I get the battery changed went to pick it up the next morning and on my way home the car SHUT OFF on me! The fact that these people repeatedly told me my car was fine now and that there shouldn’t be anything wrong with it. So here I am at 8pm trying to find a tow truck to get my car home, and the tow truck driver was the one that found that the tech or whoever worked on my car did not properly connect the battery to the alternator resulting it to come apart and my car shutting down. Thank goodness I was on back roads when I did because I was going to take the interstate home. I’m upset at the fact they they told me repeated like your car is good when I asked them multiple times. Now this morning the car is currently making same sounds... I am still upset at the fact the they let me have to car without properly making sure everything was secure.

Zach is an excellent caring and compassionate consultant. Not only did Zach meet me at my appointment, he called me prior to ask if i required anything before my appointment. His gesture confirmed the Allen Toyota was the correct service department for me. I will tell my friends and colleagues about Zach and if you want excellent service and care he is the best. As long as i am in the area Zach will only have my business. I will ask only for him. I hope you get a raise and promotion because you deserve it.

Always a positive experiance here. For the Last Decade ive owned just about all Toyotas and they have always done an exceptional job when it comes to the service department and sales. Heck even getting parts is cheaper than at the parts store sometimes. And on this trip they found a nail in the tire. Covered under the optional coverage i have.

Six stars!!! Brandon Eldridge is awesome! I use my car for work and so I have to make sure it’s in tip top shape! He keeps me and my car up to date and running well. Absolutely wonderful service! I recommend this to anyone and everyone!!

I was told my car was outside waiting. I sighned the paper work went outside. No car, waited 5 mins... went back in, The guy said the car is coming. So i go back out waited about 10/15 mins still no car. Finally guy said they had lost my keys to my car. They was trying to find this girl who had them last. Well she finally shows up with my car, said she had put my keys in another black vechile? She said its her typical Monday morning. But all this inconvenience made me late for a meeting I had, which resulted in them canceling it. So now I have to wait another two months to reschedule this.

Kenny was very helpful and professional. He made my experience withAllen Toyota very pleasant.

Ive been here 3 times for my 2019 truck over the last 6 months and every time I make an appointment it takes 3+ hours to complete the routine maintenance and then today it took over 5 hours. The work is done well by the mechanics and the service writers are nice but the time it takes to do routine maintenance even with an appointment is inexcusable.

Called for info. Was told Id hear back and never did.

Went there to pick up some paperwork from the service department and this was the third time visiting for this paperwork. I was very disappointed from going there previously and it not being ready, however, the paperwork was ready this time (It took two weeks to get the paperwork and 3 visits). This was inexcusable to me. You dont tell somebody youre going to do something and then not follow through with it, especially, the service department. I wouldve been more satisfied if they would have given me a realistic time frame as to when the paperwork would be ready instead of listening to a bunch of excuses as to why it wasnt ready.
